“The menu was surprisingly large for such a small place, and the food was really good too. Definitely on par with some of the bigger restaurants. The family that works there is very kind, and fast with service. You can definitely tell they are putting a lot of heart into their business. They also sell a lot of other things like key chains, croc charms and even home-grown zucchini. I bought one of them and the person who I assumed to be the mom seemed genuinely excited that I was buying from them. I usually don’t write reviews, but I think this place definitely deserves the support.”

“I’m giving this brewery a 5 because it was some of the best beer I’ve had out of over 400 breweries I’ve had it North America. I’m leaving this review because I had a bad experience that left me leaving upset because I was so happy with the experience until I left to get some beer to go and had one of the male employees leaving me feeling a bit pissed off with the customer service, his bad attitude, and rudeness. I didn’t get his name but I’m pretty confident the brewery will know who I’m talking about. Overall amazing brewery and highly recommend hence the 5 starts.”

“Behind the gas station & restaurant is Rodney’s Transfer Station. They will take the trash out of your car, pay by cash or card. Was $10 for a large bag of garbage, a large bag of recycling, & a pile of cardboard, (with credit card processing fee).”

“One of the best meals we had while visiting VT was at the Reservoir. OMG!! The poutine appetizer was absolutely unbelievable. It was cheesy and bacony goodness. We wanted to lick the plate at the end. My smash burger was one of the best burgers that I’ve ever had. Loved it so much! It was so juicy and delicious. The salad was a good side dish. My husband opted for a plain chicken sandwich instead of the hot chicken. Hot chicken would have had more flavor. My cousin loved his cheesesteak. He said it was one of the best cheesesteaks that he’s ever had. It was super juicy and delectable. My other cousin loved her mahi mahi sandwich. She wanted something different and loved it. Our waiter was very attentive, very personable and gave great food recommendations. He deserves a raise. The Reservoir is a must visit when in Waterbury. Everyone loved the food and the service. Wish it was closer. I’d be there all the time. We’ll be dreaming about it until our next trip.”

“The pizza was soooo yummy. Probably one of the best vegan pizzas I have ever had truly. They have 2 vegan pizzas on their signature pizza menu which is very reassuring to have separate established vegan options on the menu. The vibe inside was cool, sort of pricey but genuinely worth it!!”

“We had The Udder Guys ice cream bike at wedding and it was the best! Truly the cutest looking way to get ice cream - it fit right in with our woodsy barn wedding. The ice cream was delicious, and all our guests loved it. Eli was very sweet, and the team was communicative and professional leading up to the wedding!”
