“This place is DELICIOUS! So many great appetizers, sushi rolls and of course, the ramen! Plus, they have great service and really take the time to take care of each patron in the restaurant. “If you are from the era when Seattle teriyaki kinda changed the game, come here to Choi by Fred Meyer. Not gonna lie it’s become my weekly day off spot when I do my shopping i cannot walk by the place and not get the Chicken and gyoza combo. This is just exactly what you would expect in a teriyaki spot, yes you can see the napkins. The main guy and lady are SO NICE, I was in a hurry one time and got a little short with them once and I felt so dumb for being a jerk. They are beyond nice and friendly, will even hook up free soup if you dine in! 20 bucks for a good lunch is so rare these days, I can’t say enough good things about this. It’s just simply the best IMO“

“Blue Fin offers the most beautifully prepared always fresh and delicious Japanese food. I have traveled to many countries including Japan and have never tasted better. The owners and staff are pleasant and helpful also. I really never order sushi etc. anyplace else.“

“This place is special to me. My first day in town my apartment wasnt ready and I slept in the car. I was pretty down about other things going wrong that day and came here for food. Was my first and so far best meal id had living in this state. Such a great feeling in an unfamiliar city.

“I have walked by this place more times than I can count without trying it out. Well today I went in on my lunch break and was absolutely blown away by the quality. I ordered a chicken bento box which came with Soup, Salad, gyoza and tempura, along with a healthy portion of chicken teryaki and rice.

Also tried their housemade hot sauce and couldn't believe how delicious it was. Come check this place out!“

“The chef used to make sushi at the public market with his mom, it was that little sushi stall that made all the best and tastiest rolls. I am so happy he has his own establishment and it is sooooo good. The sushi is beautifully prepared, the atmosphere is quiet and reserved, but the flavors are bold and bright. 10/10 reccomend!“
