You can ask for samples before you commit. You can mix 2 favors in a small cup and upto 3 different flavors in a large cup. The special favors I posted here are Fifa world cup specials. :)“

“This was the best vegan ice cream i’ve ever had, and honestly I think it’s even better than Jeni’s. After sampling a lot of them, we chose some seasonal flavors and some mainstay flavors and they were all delicious. My favorite was the california cabin.“

“This is one of the spots in South Seattle that I actually frequent and keep coming back to. Literally everything on the menu will be a good choice, trust me, I've... tasted the whole menu... The sandeiches are huge and packed full of flavor, the green aioli they use on almost everything is rich. The seasonal sandwiches and soft serve are the things that keep me coming back for more (other than the staff, they're super sweet). Definitely try to visit on Sundays to get their sundaes!“

“This post deserves a SHARE and it’s public! I ventured out to Creamy Cone Cafe (a Black owned small business) for the first time today. The post about the grilled cheese on croissant bread with tomato soup got me. As soon as I walked in I wanted everything!!!! I started with ALL 12 of the flavors currently on hand, the grilled cheese w/soup, the peach cobbler à la mode and a brown sugar cookie that never made it home. My favorite flavors were Strawberry Shortcake, Banana Pudding, Mint Mud pie and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake. None of the flavors were displeasing and ALL of them I would order again. I love that you can taste the individual ingredients in the ice cream it’s self. You can absolutely tell these flavors are made with real fruit!! There was a vegan flavor and a non-dairy flavor that was tasty, something for everyone!!! I will be back often. I did want to point out, just because parking isn’t the greatest doesn’t mean don’t stop in. When you walk through the door it feels like family! Also, they have gift certificates. A win win!!! I’ll be buying some to give to people so they can experience the greatness as well. The list of current flavors are in the photos.“

“What a great, local establishment. You can’t go wrong with any of the sandwiches (the ham salad and the Irish breakfast sandwiches are my favorite). So many flavors of ice cream...all homemade. Locally made chocolates and an amazing assortment of European treats. The owners are so sweet and kind and their staff is always friendly and serves with a smile. Highly recommend (and take a half gallon of ice cream home with you)!“

“After 15 years of friendship, I've discovered that my friends truly don't know me. I've visited Seattle several times a year for the past 4 years and they've lived walking distance from this amazing spot, and they've never once taken me. So much missed craft beer..

Anyway, I wandered into Chuck's around 7PM in the evening. Picked out a few beers. Then found out they do a random grab bag of four beers of a certain type for a discount. I love being surprised and you're basically offering me a beer lootbox? Sold.

The guys at the register gave great suggestions to my friends that were there too.

Stellar crew, great spot to hang, amazing selection. A shame I missed out in coming for a few years.“

“We stopped by for some ice cream and had a great experience! We tried the Mint Chocolate, Cookie Dough, and Strawberry Matcha flavors, and every one of them was delicious. “Ice cream here is pretty elite. Access to freshly made gluten free waffle cones is awesome. Strawberry Milk flavor was great.

My only critique is that there was only one employee working trying to keep up with a huge consistent line. It would be awesome if the owners would hire another person to help so the lone employee had some support. One person working on a busy Sunday seems……. Not ideal.“

“The ice cream here is very tasty, but the experience is inconsistent.

A lot depends on who’s working and how the soft serve machine is behaving. On my first visit, there was only one employee handling a nighttime line while the machine was clearly not cooperating, and the soft serve I received was honestly the ugliest I’ve ever been served. It really should have been remade.

On later visits, there were usually two people working, but service speed varied a lot. A line around the corner might take 20 minutes or 45, depending on the day. They also seem to run out of charcoal cones late on busy days and switch to smaller store-bought cones while charging the same price. I’ve even seen them switch between cone types midday when they were behind on making the charcoal cones.“

Best pistachio, hazelnut… You name it their’s is the best. These nut gelatos are not made out of flavored surgery syrups. They are made out of puréed nuts. No ice cream in Seattle can compare.“

“It was our first time at Salt & Straw! Many places allow tastings before you choose your ice cream, but usually, the staff does get annoyed and treat you like you’re an inconvenience for wanting to taste flavors you’ve never had before. So we were timid coming in. But MADDIE helped us! She was so kind! She was sweet. She didn’t judge us because we looked different than she does or because we wanted to try everything! She was so patient and kind! We left with the flavors we wanted because we got to have such a sweet loving, free, gentle and FUN experience with Maddie! She was amazing and so kindhearted. We were so grateful for her making that experience such a fun one. She has defined Salt & Straw for us. We will be back time and time again. And we will visit other locations all because of our introduction to Salt & Straw with Maddie :)“

I’ve had the Pike place location and now decided to try the West Seattle location since I was in the area, I love the marshmallows, especially on the Sunday however, the chocolate and ice cream itself was the average tasting, very friendly service, though, I highly recommend and would come back“

“My MOST favorite ice cream shop in SOUTH SEATTLE ! I’ve been coming to this spot since 2004 when I moved here from LA. I love playing the quarter arcade machines . I love trying all the different fresh ice cream flavors . They rotate out daily on the fruit that’s available year round! The have an amazing outdoor sitting area right next to Flying Lion 🦁 Brewery! So just saying leave the kids at Full Tilt and you go enjoy the amazing beer 🍺 next door!“

“I love Molly Moon’s, but I especially love the location in my local neighborhood!

I frequent here often because you can never have enough Molly Moon’s. This location is a newer location and it shows. The decor inside is very modern, yet hip and gives great vibes. There is also plenty of seating room for an ice cream parlor.

I always love the classic flavors such as melted chocolate and cookies and cream as well as their seasonal flavors. They never fail to disappoint.

The staff is also very nice and always warm and welcoming. They are always ready to help and offer samples. Fair warning, it does get busy here in the summer months and in the evenings. I highly recommend Molly Moon’s and I’m so happy they came to West Seattle!“

“2 years ago due to health I became a pescatarian and look for quality vegetarian, vegan options. Of the many things I miss at the top of the list was a good pepperoni pizza. I have tried all vegetarian, vegan versions. Last night my son and daughter-in-law brought me to MOTO. I ordered the vegan pepperoni pizza. The first bite made me literally want to cry. This was the best pepperoni pizza of ANY kind I have eaten in my considerably long life! Thank you Lee, Nancy, and the entire MOTO crew! I cannot possibly provide a high enough recommendation, this is the alpha and omega of pizza!“

“Came for the too good to go. I got pastries, I was hoping for sandwiches. They were good, shared with the family. The ice cream is made in store and it's really fresh and tasty. I got mango in sweet cream. They also had coconut cream base. I will try that next time the lady making the ice cream is really sweet.“

“I walked by here during our visit at Pike Place and decided to stop by! The owner served us this delicious froyo! It was before they officially open for the day too. She was super sweet and kind. We had lots of fun talking. Will definitely come back every time I visit Pike Place!“

It was good but it was pretty much what it sounded like. I personally liked the matcha flavour one a lot.

“What a cool place to get ice cream around Eastlake since there’s not too many options. They have ice cream from Sweet alchemy and bluebird. I was disappointed in the portion sizes as a single scoop. It was almost like a kid scoop elsewhere for the price of a single scoop at most places. Overall good spot.“

They have continued to offer the best ice cream, food, and service even during unprecedented times. I bring my kids here, and have been going since I was a kid. Not many places left where you can share childhood memories with your children.“
