The handwritten menu makes the place feel friendly and approachable, and I think that because somebody wrote each and every thing, you know they know their stuff! It really shows and I really liked that they had outside seating that's well covered for my dog and fam :) Some taco trucks seem like they slap their food together but TLE didn't sacrifice quality while still CRANKING out orders :) I'm absolutely coming back!“

“I finally found good Mexican food that’s authentic in federal way. I found them while it was walking with Siri and I got their tamales that are Rajas with queso OMG They were so incredibly good. I give up buying tamales quite a while ago because I couldn’t find any good ones. They have great ones and they Agua is awesome. I can’t wait to go back for a torta ahogada!! I haven’t had one since I was in GDL!! Check them out they close a little early. She said 7 PM. They are so good.!!“

The servers were incredibly friendly. Luis brought exceptional customer service going above and beyond for us. I think $23 for this menudo is worth it considering the homemade corn tortillas. It reminded me of home, almost shed a tear in this restaurant. We also got the horchata which I personally preferred it with more cinnamon but good nonetheless. If you’re in the area, or even if you’re not I would say this place is worth the drive.“

I will warn you however if you're expecting quick food you'll be there chillin for a few minutes while uncle is making your food up there.
The tacos where good but not very impressive.
