“stopped by on a whim as I drove down west valley highway and I was very pleased with the service and food! ordered lumpia, crispy pork belly combo and a brown sugar boba and I was blown away! the crispy pork was beyond good! came with a Mac salad some diced veggies and a wonderfully flavored rice with green onion. the lumpia was freshly made and the boba complimented everything. 10/10 would recommend“

“In my opinion the best coffee around. It started with convenience and unlike Starbucks they made a standard delicious vanilla latte. But really it's all about the blended drinks. There are their specials which are all good but you can also get the coffee drinks blended & they use an ice cream base that takes it to a whole new level. Plus, you get a free bday drink which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!“

“This was my 3rd experience at Copperleaf and it did not disappoint. Each time I say the same thing. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place! The natural, elegant decor and the cozy, inviting ambiance make you feel welcome from the start. The staff completely supports that feeling. They are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. You are never made to feel rushed. It is a relaxing, almost luxurious experience. The noise level is perfect. You can engage in conversation without straining to be heard. Also, despite being incredibly close to the airport and probably in the flight path, I have never heard any overhead noise. How is that even possible? The menu is terrific. I have been there for dinner before, and wanted to try the brunch. There are so many good options. I am a vegetarian and it is gratifying to feel that I have choices. Much appreciated. The food is delicious - beautifully prepared and presented. I was pleasantly surprised at the menu prices. I have been to other restaurants that offer far less of a fine dining experience and cost as much or more. I think it was an excellent value. “My wife and I love this gem of a restaurant. Puyallup/Sumner has only a few upscale restaurants and this place fits for a "special" night dinner. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. The food was exceptional and the happy hour glasses of wine were generous.“

“Great bar/pub location. Lots of TVs and pull tabs. Also a couple of pool tables, electronic dart boards, and a few video games.
Service is good. No pressure, but with a good balance of checking in on you.
Food is ok. I just remember when it was better. Cheese fries used to be my go to item...not anymore. Don't get me wrong, the food isn't bad, just not as good as it used to be.“

“Don't let the fact that this restaurant is in a hotel detour you... it's amazing. Food is delicious, service is stellar, and the price is right. I went for breakfast and dinner in one week. The stuffed French toast was some of the best I've had in Seattle, and for dinner I had the burger with Dejion and caramelized onions. super tasty. Just wish I had room for dessert. Maybe next time. They had the football games on at the bar, so I had cocktails to end the night and almost rented a room just to stay longer but had to work in the AM. Top notch!!“

“Kitchen is open till at least 11pm. Karaoke on Saturdays 9pm-1am is always a blast and enjoyable to watch even if you are not a singer. Lots of variety seating. Several TV's to watch the sports games on.“
