“If I were going to suggest anything, it would be to put a sign or something outside! It's tucked inside a minimall near a half dozen other eateries and a movie theater. Once we found it . . . True hospitality and wonderful food. I had cioppino and my husband the lamb ragu. Both were terrific. Highly recommend.“

“We recently took the kids to Westside Pizza for a Seahawks game, and it turned out to be an unforgettable evening! The atmosphere was vibrant and family-friendly, making it the perfect spot for us to enjoy the game together.

The kids had a blast playing pinball and shuffleboard, keeping them entertained while my husband and I could relax and focus on the game. It was great to see them having so much fun!

As for the food, we ordered the Greek salad and the Westside pizza, both of which were delicious! The salad was fresh and flavorful, and the pizza was cooked to perfection—definitely a highlight of the evening.

“We try to drop in here every time we dock in Winslow. This wood fired pizza is so wonderful with delicious toppings and excellent flavors. There were three of us in our group and we each ordered a different pizza - all delicious! We look forward to the next time!“

“My family and I regularly go to the Ballard Farmers’ Market and get pizza slices from Vespucci, a pizza vendor with the best pizza in Seattle - hands down. When we found out that they had an Italian restaurant we knew we just had to go. And so we did. All I can say is that the food is some of the best I have ever had, and you just need to try it out for yourself because the whole experience is amazing.“

“My favorite place to eat in Ballard - the food, the staff and the atmosphere are all a delight, every time! They even cater to special dietary requirements and do a vegan pizza with actual vegan cheese (rather than just the bland stuff you’d normally get in most places), and their wholewheat crust is to die for! “the vibe inside is really homey. the price point is great. I was able to comfortably order a few things to try. I also think the portions were good. the duck ragu was very good. I enjoyed that plate very much. the sauce pairs with the duck very well. it's fork licking good. the carbonara I didn't care for, I didn't finish it. it didn't taste quite balanced. also my pasta was under cooked. I checked to see if maybe I was given buccatini on accident but no, it was just underdone spaghetti. overall, I'll try it again. my experience I think was good for a first visit“

“We LOVE this restaurant! The atmosphere is welcoming, soft music in the background so you can enjoy conversations, great service and the food is outstanding. Subtly delicious. A locally owned gem.“

“Last week, a friend and I had lunch at Dalla Baia. Very enjoyable experience. I ordered the linguini with white clam sauce and my friend had the caprese salad. Both were delicious. My entree was very generous with the clams and so tasty! Highly recommended. My friend's caprese salad was beautifully presented and also a generous portion. We celebrated our fun lunch with some lovely Prosecco. If there was one teeny tiny criticism, it is that the focaccia is unremarkable. It comes (2 tiny slices per person) with one's entree, and a nice olive oil/balsamic vinegar dipping sauce. If you want to order more, it is $3.00. Not worth doing. Perhaps this otherwise wonderful restaurant will improve their focaccia recipe in the future. But don't let this stop you from visiting. The food is terrific.“

“Well, I would recommend Spiro's only because in the 30+ years I've been dining there, it's been great... with the exception of yesterday! May 8, 2024, my birthday. Of all the places I could have chosen, I chose Spiro's because the Baked Tortellini sounded so good. And then it was served... so disappointing. It had been under the heat lamp or broiler for so long, the cheese was petrified on top and the tortellini on top was like biting stones. Nobody ever came to check on us. My daughter had to go ask for more of her beverage. Then she had to go again to ask for a box. I had asked for a pitcher of water at the counter where we ordered and paid. None was presented. I ran out of water and proceeded to drink what was left of everyone else's water. It just wasn't the birthday experience I had hoped for. Plus they were having roof work done so the loud thuds and bangs were startling at times! Mainly it was my entree and the service that disappointed me! When we left, nobody said thank you for coming in, nothing! And to think we left a tip before we were seated. Wish we could take that tip back, as it was in no way earned!!! Sorry Spiro's, you need to do better! I like your restaurant, but I'm not anxious to come back after yesterday, sadly.“

“The manager here is completely rude to his customers and his staff. Refuses to refund or replace and item made incorrectly. Just terrible customer service. Think twice before giving your money to such a terrible person. Read many other reviews that talk about how the staff here is treated. The food is mediocre at best, but even of it was better, service matters. I'd encourage the owners to think about how they treat people and how they would like to be treated as a customer when the business was at fault. Disgusting. There were mushrooms sent to a kid with an allergy when it was clearly noted on the order to leave them off, there was a hair in the pizza. I would encourage the owner to take a class in customer service and learn to do what is right instead of being rude and snarky.“

“Everything, from the energy the 2 men brought, to the perfect, warm, and light crunch crust, to the perfect, tomato sauce, to the cheese blocks (which is how pizza should be done), to the perfect basil aftertaste, this pizza is a must have. “Quietly one of the best restaurants in the area. La Rustica gave us a wonderful experience. We got the wild boar special and the risotto with fillet mignon and both were incredible dishes. This is a family owned and operated restaurant and the care for the craft they have for authentic and delicious Italian food is amazing. We will be back for more.“

“Delicious food but disappointing on their hours. I wanted to purchase foccaia bread and tried email and phone and never received an answer. We came by boat and had a delicious late lunch. We live in Bonney Lake and I was coming back to get bread but no contact and I tried several times. They should open for at least lunch, missing a lot of guests. I was going to take my kids there when we drove back for a meeting but closed for lunch on a Thursday.“
