“The coffee was fine, no issues. I hate to be that girl, but they don't have pup cups as option (I'd even be willing to pay for it) so we probably won't come here again. My dog has high expectations now and she was sad she wasn't included. My drink came with whipped cream and I don't like whipped cream so I said no, but then when I asked for a pup cup she said they don't make them... which, in the context of whipped cream i technically paid for but didnt want on the drink, doesn't make sense.“

“This place has such a great vibe, the workers are always so friendly even under pressure, they get sooo busy and always do their best!!! They have the best breakfast sandwiches! And I love their drinks too, I highly recommend visiting them 🥰“

“This atmosphere is like being at home. Warm cozy place, friendly staff and great food. If you go home hungry it's your fault. The portions are huge. Customer service goes beyond what you would expect these days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.“

“We've been coming here for a few months and love it. The prices are good, and the drinks are great! Some of the best Boba Tea around!
The seasonal happy hour lured us in originally, but even without, it's still affordable as a treat!
I love the Taro Milk Tea with rainbow jellies (light ice), and my husband loves the Grapefruit Royal Tea with rainbow jellies.
The atmosphere is great, and the service is fast and accurate.“

“I love this place very much! There is super tasty coffee and usually there are friendly employees. Good atmosphere.
The only thing I wish them to improve is to reduce waiting time (I stay in the line for 10-15 minutes and there is no one person who take an order) and also add price to bakery, that’s it!
By the way this is one of my favorite places at Vancouver to take a sip of coffee❤️“

“The employees here are so kind. We came literally 2 minutes before closing (we didn’t realize they were closing) and we went through the drive thru. There was a car in front of us who got 6 drinks and it ended up being 8:02 when we got to the window to order. She was super sweet and still took our single drink order. She had great service and a really good attitude. Always a good experience coming here!“

“I've been to a lot of places and if they have chicken fried steak I'll get it because that's my favorite thing and if it's good I'll go back if it sucked I'll never return, there are a lot of places I've sworn never to go back to, but this place is now among my top three places and it's local which is amazing so I won't have to travel and the prices were great, we happened to go because it was my birthday and my wife and I wanted to go out to try somewhere new while the kids were at school and this place almost got passed up because it wasn't rated the best and the website wasn't that great but we said we would try somewhere new and only we were close because I took a wrong turn but I'm so glad we found this place and we will definitely be coming back and bringing our kids and I've already told my friends about it.“

“The entire staff here is AMAZING, I won’t go to any other black rock or coffee shop drive-they because they have built a strong rapport with me from the ground up. Special Shout Out to the manager Kylee, and also Kate + Karina for always making me feel like I’ve left my friends house when getting a cup of coffee in the BlackRock drive thru <3“
