“I recently dined at Cantina Monarca, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Maria. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome with her warm smile and attentive service. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that perfectly suited my tastes.
Throughout the meal, Maria ensured everything was perfect—checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly elevated the experience. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making guests feel valued, and Maria does it effortlessly.
If you’re visiting Cantina Monarca, I highly recommend asking for Maria—she’ll make sure you have an outstanding dining experience!“

“We chose Los Chilangos for our wedding catering with their taco bar buffet. It was amazing. Even our California relatives were impressed! There was one snag with them arriving at our billing address instead of the venue but they booked it to our location and no one really noticed.“

“The food was amazing we literally got everything on the menu but the #9 😅 the flavors were all there and also in the salsas. I have a higher spice level so if the salsa was a little spicier it would have been better for me. To me it was more a mild - no spice but again my spice level is on another level.“

“👍 During my recent visit to Adrian's Restaurant with a dear friend, we found ourselves in need of a little pampering after a shopping spree in Old Bellevue. Adrian's turned out to be the perfect choice for our indulgence. Opting for luncheon salads and the calamari appetizer to share, we weren't disappointed. Calamari can be a tricky dish to get right, often either underdone or overcooked. However, our calamari was prepared to perfection, and the salads were simply amazing. The flavors and presentation exceeded our expectations, leaving both of us eager to plan a return visit for a delightful date night with our respective husbands. Adrian's Restaurant proved to be a memorable dining experience that we're excited to relive.“

“I've always noticed a line outside Taqueria Guadalajara whenever I drive by, so I decided to stop by with a coworker for lunch and see what the hype was about. We ordered 3 asada and 3 al pastor tacos, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were, especially for the Bellevue area.
Being originally from Southern California, I'm quite picky about my tacos, but these were as close as it gets to the ones back home. The salsa is sooo good, and the habanero one had a nice kick to it.
I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. If you're in Bellevue and craving some authentic tacos, Taqueria Guadalajara is a must-visit!“

“The taco salad is amazing... it comes with (sour cream & cheese) but I removed the sour cream & cheese and got ranch instead. It was really good, the chicken in the taco salad is never over cooked but obviously you can choose your own meat.“

“Absolutely love this Taco Del Mar location in Bellevue!
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly, upbeat service that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. The staff here are quick, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want.
The food? Consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Whether you’re in the mood for a burrito, tacos, or a bowl, everything is made to order and packed with great ingredients. The portions are generous, and the quality never disappoints.
It’s a great spot for a quick lunch or a casual dinner. Clean space, good vibes, and some of the best fast-casual Mexican food in the area. Highly recommend if you’re in Bellevue and craving something delicious with great service to match!“

“One of the best places you can go. The hours change because of it is not getting enough business on 8th they can't afford to have the second truck there.
If you have never stopped by, I can assure you that the quality of the food, the customer service, it's truly the best around. And you get to support a local family operated business. My favorite is the the burrito. They are packed completely full and are so delicious. I live way up north now, but still come down an hour to eat here. It's my favorite. They are so friendly and fast and good at what they do.“

“So I've seen mixed reviews about Taco Del Mar. it's not a franchise like Chipotle and the first store opened in Washington. They do have a few locations in nearby states but I still consider it a WA local taco place. Sure it's not the best like stuff you'd get from Texas or SoCal but if you have a craving for Mexican and don't want to go to a franchise like Chipotle, then this is your spot.
I think the mixed reviews are due to the varying items they offer. I used to go to Taco Del Mar a lot as a kid - even before Chipotle was a thing. I think they shine with their burritos, fish taco, rice and beans, and taco salad. Anything else I really don't think it's worth trying. While the burrito and fish taco are on the expensive side, the taco salad is a great deal. I door dashed a taco salad for $13 and the portion size was great. They even make their own taco shell. It was a little on the cold side and they forgot my side of white fish sauce (my favorite) but remembered to put my sour cream and salsa on the side. I definitely prefer taco Del Mar over chipotle. Give the taco salad a try (not the burrito bowls). I feel like those aren't filling enough but for $13 total the taco salad is a great bang for your buck.
Also I hope this can be added but on door dash there's no option to add the white fish sauce.“

“Moved to Bellevue 2 years ago, and tried a lot of different Mexican restaurants near the area. Torero's has the best traditional Mexican tacos I've had in the area! I usually order Asada tacos with the "burnt red salsa" and "green salsa".
The asada meat has a nice combination of crisp and tenderness. The tortas and soups in the winter are a hit for me too.
Service is great and the food is consistent which is why it took 2years for me to write this. This location deserves more love.“
