Any place that tries this style in Washington fails and it's a dry greasy rice bomb. Not here! The ingredient ratio, portion size, taste, friendliest owner, and a great overall experience. Any menu item I bet is fantastic. Not sure if they do catering, but would definitely consider for future events.

They came with chips, which I didn't notice on the menu, so that was a pleasant surprise. They have a salsa bar with 4 types of salsa.“

“First our waitress was to much in a hurry taking our order. Then brings us wrong food. When food arrives we sit and have no utensils. Had to ask a whole different waiter for service. Forgot several items and had to wait longer. The food was not good , I took one taste and ended up going to the bathroom to throw up. Either they had a major change or just was a bad day. Cuz I remember having a good meal a few years back when they opened.“

“I ordered 2 tamales, one red one green, a mesquite, and chicken nachos. By far my favorite nachos, the chips are homemade and were fresh. The chicken had good flavor and seasonings. The tamales taste like the kind my Mom and Tias used to make and had good flavor. The mesquite was prepared very well, a good sized portion and again tasted authentic. I would recommend and can't wait to eat there again.“
