“We've visited The Anderson School for the whiskey bar (The Shed) & the theater. Nui Nui was our first dining experience there. It was thoroughly enjoyable. “Stopped by this place for some lunch. We got margaritas and food. We ordered carnitas de Pollo and beef taquitos. The food was excellent. The chicken was well flavored and the grilled veggies with it were cooked well. The beef taquitos were very good. They had crispy edges and cooked soft middles. The rice and beans on both plates were fresh and delicious.“

“Had a wonderful Galentine’s brunch with bottomless mimosas at Poquitos!! Like everywhere in Bothell, parking is a little bit of a challenge, but definitely worth the experience. Our waiter Brandon was friendly and attentive. We shared the dip trio and each got the mixed tacos. Great value for the price. Food and mimosas were both delicious. Brandon’s Bloody Mary mix was incredible as well! Definitely recommend and we will absolutely be back!“

“This is a favorite out of town escape for us. We live in the heart of Seattle and we love the McMenamins inns and restaurants. This one is so accessible and also a get away for us. We drive up there for dinner and music or a history talk. The menu is great! We had the roasted Brussels, salmon pasta and a wonderful cobbler for dessert. Since we have modest appetites, we shared one order of each and felt happily full. We also like the beer they make , good selection of diverse flavors.“

The fries were loaded and flavorful without being overly greasy, and the crab rangoons had that perfect crispy bite with a rich, creamy filling. The cucumber poke was so refreshing and the pickled radish that comes with the order is so fresh and crunchy. The chicken sandwich was on the smaller side for me so I will definitely stick to the drumsticks. Miduem spicy is just right and I like spicy.“

“No food service, but there is a street taco place around the block that I often visit before enjoying a few drinks here. Several varieties of imported Belgian beers are the specialty as the name suggests. Small groups, few booths, quaint and quiet. Not much has changed since I first dropped in 20 years ago. I should visit more often.“

Original: WOW!!! Went here with my partner, who is from HK, and they were super impressed. Legit HK dishes, done completely on point. Down to the dry ho fan (chow fun) using the correct noodles (something you rarely see in the US) to the hella authentic black pepper sauce, we were blown away. Oh, and the chili oil on the table is legit too, it's seasoned not just chili oil! The service was amazing too, oh and the HK milk tea hot was also just like you'd get in HK! Highly recommend, we'll be back soon!“

“EDIT*** Manager reached out and discussed the issues. I am happy with the resolution. I want to preface this review by stating we paid close to $700 a night and stayed in a king suite with courtyard view. We have stayed at many luxury boutique hotels in the pnw and this has not been our favorite by a long shot. The first night we had dinner at the Fireside lounge. Great atmosphere but as soon as we ordered our drinks with dinner the waitress asked us for our card to hold on file. We felt it was a little odd as we have never been asked for a card up front at any restaurant we have ever eaten at. The beds and pillows were very stiff. The 2 nights we stayed there we woke up sore and not well rested as well as paying extra for the courtyard view which was nice but it was rather noisy. We are 39 and are younger with kids but could hear everything outside and in the hall. The second day we went to the hot tub but was not told they do not have changing rooms avail to those that are not getting a treatment. I had to put my clothes and shoes outside in the rain and my husband couldn't use the sauna because he needed to walk our clothes back to the room. The person at the desk stated lockers were only for guests with treatments. This would have been nice to know. We were not impressed with this boutique hotel. The price was high and the treatment from the staff made us feel not welcome. My husband was asked by the hotel staff if we were even guests when he went to the hot tub! I am just completely in shock comparing to other places we have stayed and paying close to $1500 the rooms are about double what they should be.“
