“We ate there last night not having been there for the last fifteen or so years. The food was delicious and a full meal for $20 was wonderful ( actually left overs will cover two lunches) ! The background music was just right and Jasmine, our server, was right on top of all in the room . Good experience and we won’t wait fifteen years to return!“
“I stopped in on a Friday night and found a cozy place with great service. Prices were a pleasant surprise, as were the homemade pulled pork sandwiches that I found cooking out back. Nicely flavored meat stacked on a grilled bun served with beans and the fixings. The many tv's insure that you can see a game from any seat. Pool tables and darts are also available.I had a great time while waiting for my party. I will be sure to stop in the next opportunity I have.“
“This cozy, rustic bar and restaurant was a great place for my son, husband and I to get a bite to eat and watch the NFC championship game last Sunday. I thought the food was fresh and delicious and the staff friendly. Looking forward to another visit soon.“
“I moved to a new place overlooking Echo Lake and was pleasantly pleased to discover this neighborhood watering hole! When I was trying to get my Xfinity wireless working with my cell, I was able to download the app using Woodie's WiFi.“
“Wow, the food here is amazing. The recommendations and feedback I got from the bartender was mediocre. I was feeling adventurous so asked about the octopus, she compared it to steak... it was a little chewy like I expected but the salty richness of the bacon and greens made for an amazing combination. She didn't think the octopus would have been enough for me so suggested I order something else. I went with the Steak tataki salad, which was great. The basalmic, steak and hearts of palm offsets the sharp taste of the greens. More food than I needed but it was all amazingly delicious. Everything I ordered was fantastic.Parking: Parking is a challenge unless you pay to put it politely.“
“I frequent this spot and always have a great time. Perfect for cozy conversations at the start or end of your night. You can’t go wrong with any of the cocktails and the horseradish vodka is a real treat if you’re into that kinda thing. 10/10 would recommend.“
“For my boyfriend’s birthday, I took him to get a Tomahawk steak at Flint Creek. We were both incredibly blown away by the quality of the food and the top tier service given to us by Nathan, our server. The tomahawk was sooo good, it had a delightful spice crust on the outside and was cooked to perfection. We also both swooned over the prosciutto & plum dish (absolutely god tier). Our table service was unmatched— Nathan made sure that we were taken care of every single step of the way and we left feeling full and satisfied. Thank you Nathan & the team at Flint Creek!!“
“A good rock bar in the heart of the city of rock. The atmosphere is great with its musical selection of standards from the 80s/90s/early 2000s (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Blink-182, etc.). The beer is fresh and good, from the first prices. Same for cocktails. And above all, the cuisine is great: we opted for the vegetarian option, cauliflower cooked like chicken wings, and it was to die for.“
“Went on a Friday night at around ~6 30pm as a party of two. There was still a decent amount of seating then, but it did quickly fill up. We ordered the mars sampler and an order of fries and it was actually so much food. The food and drinks were all pretty decent, and I would recommend the fried cauliflower for sure. I tried all 3 flavors from the sampler and enjoyed all of themVegetarian options: Everything is plant based!“
“Kenny was our server and he was awesome. The food was fantastic and we got so much for the price (the biscuits and gravy are to die for). Kenny seemed to be the only server at the time (around 12:45-1:00pm) and was working all the tables calmly and efficiently. He was personable when we talked and was extremely polite.I am a server myself, so I tend to be pretty judgy about the service I get when I’m out, but I was genuinely impressed and pleased with my experience. We are definitely coming back to this cafe!“
“I visited this speakeasy on a Friday night with my husband on recommendation from friends. It is a very small place and mostly seatings are around the bar. Didn’t sound appealing to me but believe me it was fun! I would recommend going in small group of 2 or max 4. I don’t think they accept reservations but we got a table within 10 mins of putting our names. The drinks are amazing! Very flavorful and well made! I loved the dua dua coconut if you are a coffee fan you must try the ca phi tini! Cooling water is also refreshing. In terms of food, we had pho which is made in pho bac downstairs. We also had the tofu rolls and the broccoli cheese dip. My only critic is that the dip came in much later and we were full from the pho so couldn’t do justice with the dip. It was pretty cheesy and heavy. Overall fun time proof being I forgot to click pictures of the drinks ;)“
“"is there a minimum amount of wings I need to order for $1 wings?""do you have a dollar?"came here on Wednesday for $1 wings and they were great. no minimum, can mix and match any sauces.they also had a fun selection of jello shots including root beer float and french 75.neat spot, definitely feels like a fun local bar“
“We finally got here on Christmas Eve. Easy parking!Steve was very welcoming and took care of everybody very well.We got our drinks in record time - a great Dirty Martini, and beer my husband liked. Then fried spring rolls, very tasty! Gochujang wings were nicely spiced and very crispy! There was a special of stewed pork with 5 spice that was so good I wanted a big plate of it! And so many more things to try! We hope to be regulars on weeknights.“
“One of my friends suggested Single Shot for an intimate brunch, and even though we are from Tacoma and I was hesitant to drive all the way to Seattle just for a brunch spot, it was definitely worth it!Single Shot is tucked back in the neighborhoods near Capitol Hill where you wouldn’t even think such a modern and outstanding brunch spot would be! It was honestly hidden between older homes and apartments and would be easy to miss if you didn’t know what you were looking for. It’s a cozy restaurant inside and has nice outdoor seating as well. The decor is a modern take on vintage style, and being there feels both like stepping back in time but also living in the 2024 you only see in movies. The staff are all extremely friendly with customers as well as with each other. I was new, but I could tell based on watching staff and patrons interact that there are a lot of regulars.I was given a heads up that the food is large, so we decided to do family style dining, and it was truly large servings! I was shocked by how large a single pancake was!! Between the three of us, we still had leftovers! Everything is homemade and uses fresh ingredients too! Even the toast was impressive and toast is usually the leftover filler for small meals, but not here!I cannot wait to come back!“
“If you are looking for a vegan restaurant near the Space Needle this is one of the better place to visit! It takes about 10 mins to reach by cab. It’s a cute little restaurant with good ambience! We tried Kati satay for appetizer. And for the main course we tried curry fried rice and khao soi!! The food tasted very good and the service was pretty quick!Overall it was a pleasant experience!“
“Decent Thai food at regular Seattle prices. I got the pad thai and chicken satay to go (for a park picnic) and had plenty of leftovers for a second meal. Utensils seem to be on request.Pad thai was the sweet tamarind type, chicken satay was a bit tough/hard and I could have used more peanut sauce, but that may be personal preference. The restaurant interior looked neat and I would go again to dine in.“
“Had lunch here today with my cousin while I'm in town for a convention. We grew up in Texas so have expectations when trying a new Mexican restaurant and this exceeded them. Started out with an amuse bouche which I'd never had before at a Mexican restaurant. It was a small tortilla topped with beans, a delicious sauce, and two other things I don't quite remember but was so good! We ordered the guacamole with salsa and chips to start. I'm not a big salsa eater but I loved the guacamole, both for flavor and texture. My cousin ordered the carne asada which she let me taste and it was delicious, with very tender meat. I had chicken flautas, which had great texture and flavor. There were also several tvs, so I got to see some of Champions League, which I hadn't expected while traveling.“
“This place is so cute and quaint! It’s small but a great vibe and the staff were wonderful and friendly. I’ve lived in Greenwood for 13 years and never stumbled across this place until recently. It’s a hidden gem. Decent drinks but don’t except to take a gang of people with you. Perfect for a couple! I’ll be back for sure!“
“Absolutely gorgeous venue with incredible staff! I got the Shades of Bae cocktail, and it was amazing! If you like fruity drinks, you have to try it! The view is absolutely amazing! I would recommend going in the spring or summer to enjoy the outdoor seating. There are heaters outside, but not all the tables have heaters connected to them. Staff also provide blankets if you ask, which was super helpful!“
“I love Stampede. It’s one of my favorite cocktail bars in the city. After coming to the bar and meeting the owner I like it even more. Paul is a great, hospitable guy. He employs friendly bartenders and it’s clear they all know how to create a good atmosphere. Plus, the cocktail menus are always creative and fun.“
“Wonderful place where meat eaters and vegans can delight in a delicious meal. Great wine section and craft cocktails. Quaint wine shop to bring something home or scoop a gift for a friend on the way to the party. Be sure to try the butter pickles!“
“This place was the best food we had in Seattle. The Korean food is authentic and delicious. (We should know because we are Korean and live in NJ.) The vibe is awesome and the service was friendly. Took a bit to get served because it was so so busy! The owner was very friendly and lovely. We even considered coming back the next night to try out the other items on the menu. Would give 6 stars if we could!!“
“Very intimate and cozy atmosphere. Visited from out of town and Will was the best! Very attentive, made the best cocktails, and very welcoming! We tried multiple cocktail spots while visiting Seattle, and this spot was the best out of all the ones we visited!“
“Great food, tasty drinks, excellent service! Had the caesar salad, peperonata (that sauce was on point!) shared a pizza- great crust and toppings, shared some spaghetti n meatballs…not like what your mama used to make. My old fashioned was perfectly balanced. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Give this place a shot if you haven’t!“
“What a great place! Tried the pizza and a pasta dish, which were both delicious. Tiramisu for dessert was also great. We went for dinner on Friday, and it was packed (which is always a good sign). Because of the lack of seating, they sat us at the chef's table, which was neat, because we could watch them cook and the line run. Just a note: the seats at the chefs table were pretty uncomfortable (just a small wooden bar stool with no back). It was worth it to me, to be able to watch the chefs cook, but my partner (who is a large man) was very uncomfortable. Overall, a great experience with great food and service!“
“Food ***** Service ***** Ambiance **** While we enjoy Indigo and have never had anything that wasn't top quality, we gave Azul a try. Since they offer Carnitas, we decided to both order Carnitas. We were a little disappointed when the Carnitas turned out to be a bit on the bland side spice wise and had not been cooked again on the grill just before serving. We have found the best Carnitas at Julio's in Bothel.“
“This place is a gem! Incredible authentic Oaxacan food served and made by kind folks. Unlike most restaurants I've found around Seattle, they're not afraid to serve things spicy and that makes all the difference. Everything tastes fresh and the prices are unmatched for being in the city.“
“One of the neighborhood bars!! My mom used to hang out there and bartended for a while and that was my first time there since 2001. It was really nice, very relaxing. The atmosphere was really nice and everybody was very friendly and the bartender was great. Thank you, Mel and all the people to Caroline that “
“This place is an absolute gem with the best service anywhere in Seattle. I went for the first time during their "Tiki Peaks" theme and have been back several times since. I'm a huge Twin Peaks fan and had no idea that was even going on, so it made for the perfect surprise to see the place and the menu decked out in TP references. The cocktails are wonderful with interesting ingredients and the presentation is beautiful, which makes it hard not to stay for an extra drink or two. The food menu is, admittedly, not really my thing so I haven't tried too many options, but it's delicious if you're into some high quality homemade crunchwraps. The huckleberry tres leches was delicious too. And one of my favorite things about this place is that they regularly sell fun merch and replica props from film/TV.“
“The 4 of us are visitors from FL and are at the one on Fremont in Seattle. We each had something different, beef stew, corn beef & cabage, chicken pot pie & the mashers thing.Everything was amazing. Our server was a young lady from Iowa and she was just the best. So friendly and helpful with suggestions and and was just amazing“
“Went for Lady Chablis's Drag Show and it was sooooo much fun! Drinks were amazing, atmosphere is like cool circus bar. The patrons are super nice and fun.Wheelchair accessibility: There is stairs to the downstairs, not wheelchair accessible“
“I love love love your ciders especially Excelsior. BUT EVEN BETTER IS THE APPLE PIE ONE! Please tell me there will be a six pack for those soon! They are incredible! I can only find them in the variety pack! Will there ever be just an apple pie 6 or 12 pack??? If not - what would it take for my entire family to convince you? Haha Thank you in advance. Huge fan. - Gina“
“Definitely try the food! We've tried the yakisoba and bulgogi beef and they were both very good. They are very creative with their spices which elevated both dishes and they were surprise hits. The cocktails are also great. I recommend the cold Giving tree. It's a really delightful cocktail. They also host a bunch of events (ex drag show bingo and water color painting classes) that are very fun. All in all, a great place to visit if you find yourself in Cap Hill!“
“This place is a hidden gem.The happy hour menu is dank and their disclaimers on the menu about time/timing and when to gtfo are awesomeI will say that the music can be strange-no juke box. Once I listened to 15 different versions of 'regulators' (Warren G) throughout dinner.10/10You'd never expect to find this adjacent to a Freddy's. Or maybe you would.“
“Seattle’s own “Real Fisherman’s Wharf.” Good service, great food, not fussy or pretentious. The price is reasonable and the quality is consistent. When I have guests in town, Chinook’s is always on the list of places to go. In a single word “Seattle.”“
“Food was fresh miso soup some of the best I've had and I usually don't care for it. We had two rolls, and it was a lot of food. I found it to be kind of pricey, but good quality food and a lot of it. the restaurant itself is a little dark and hard. It didn't feel like a sushi place but I gave it four stars because the food really was outstanding.“
“I’ve lived in Seattle for 13+ years and this is easily my favorite pizza spot. Love that they offer pizza by the slice and craft cocktails. If you are looking for vegetarian options they have those, try the Fun Guy pizza! If you like meat, the Lasagna pizza is my favorite.“
“we ordered kale chat, baked chicken and chicken chettinad, we also ordered gulabo. the drink was so good.kale chat was ok.. baked chicken fondue is not really a fondue but was definitely one time try..chicken chetinad should be green chili chetinnad. it was so spicy that I had to stop eating and start looking for chillies that we noticed a little late so not worth returning.the highlight was the falooda. not to sweet perfect burst of different tastes in every bite.ambience was ok but I can pass that given the location is great.service was very good.“
“This is an awesome, unique gem of Greenwood. The staff couldn't be better, great bar food(try the burgers, you're welcome), classic and unique arcade games with pinball. If that all wasn't enough, they the wettest water Greenwood.“
“It’s a nice and comfortable spot for some grilled meat and rice bowls. We got seated right away, the servers were fast and friendly. I really enjoyed the beef rice bowl. However, the katsu curry was a disappointment, it was a little sweet and the rice was mushy for my taste.“
“Had to check out the falafel and here's my review... I'd like to state up front that as someone who lived in Israel for years and has always been very critical of "hippie" falafel and most Americans attempts which always seem to include lettuce, which has absolutely no place in a falafel, this was as close to an authentic falafel that I have seen in the western states. That being said, I found no reason to go back. Been there, done that. (Although it is a Hummus Bar and I didn't bother to try that because I make extraordinarily good hummus at home.) I've been avoiding bread on my new diet but was intrigued that there was a new source in town for fresh pita, which can make or break a falafel sandwich. I tried to secure an end to taste, (the top section that is cut off to stuff the pita,) the ends are traditionally tossed but my attempt was rebuffed by the staff who claimed they used them so I went ahead and ordered the "stuffed falafel" sandwich. What I got when I ordered the Stuffed Falafel was better than any pita I've ever had in Seattle, but it wasn't up to snuff with a traditional pita. It was too bready and airy for me, but it held together very well, when it was completely full of all the ingredients and sauce. Everything inside was very yummy, a great tahini sauce and tasty falafel balls, though I thought the falafel was a bit under-cooked and soft. The mix of cucumbers, tomatoes & Israeli-style pickles was great but there was none of the expected red or purple cabbage. The waitress claimed that there was cabbage in there but it was white, but I couldn't taste it at, a definite let down. At my favorite falafel shops in Jerusalem and NYC you load your own veges and choose your own sauces and I always go heavy on cabbage & pickles. No problems though, I wolfed it right down... :) I also tried a side order of חצילים and it was good, but nothing to write home about. In conclusion it was the best falafel I ever had in Seattle, but I'm still looking for that completely authentic falafel shop to come around.“
“From the moment I stepped inside Side Hustle Taproom, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance exuded warmth and conviviality, with a delightful mix of rustic decor and modern touches. The cozy seating arrangements invited conversations among fellow beer and cider lovers, creating an instant sense of camaraderie that permeated throughout the taproom.“
“This is a classic experience for what is advertised. There's beer, there's a lot of open space, there's a good amount of wooden picnic tables which are sometimes awkward to get your legs into, there's screens to watch games on, there's flags draping from the rafters, and there's servers floating around fulfilling orders. It is a pretty large space and would support a big group of people if you have a lot of friends. They do take reservations, and the staff were friendly.“
“The masonry is an absolute gem.Let's start with the food - the pizzas are delicious with excellent ingredients and flavors. The appetizers are fantastic too - the focaccia is the best deal in town. Then there's the beer - one of the best-curated lists in town with a focus on Saisons but a selection of lagers, IPAs, and interesting darker beers. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. This is a must stop for anyone into beer and well worth it for anyone else.“
“The place has great atmosphere but the food taste is sub par. Also for the price, the quantity is not up to the mark. We ordered the cashew nut tofu and drunken noodles with tofu. The noodles tasted good but the cashew nut tofu lacked flavor. Tofu in both these dishes was less.“
“I was so excited to try this place out and it didn't disappoint as a brunch spot. We came on that one Saturday when it was super nice out, and opted to sit outside. The wait staff were nice as well. We had the biscuit sandwich and the brunch board to share and they were both good! I only wished that it came with more bread because we ran out pretty quickly. I came a second time for happy hour but was disappointed that their happy hour was pricing more or less as regular time. We got a board for happy hour and had the corona bean & fennel, whipped avo spread, and crispy yam mochi. All were good but I highly rec the corona bean & fennel! This time, my friend asked if we could have more bread to go with our platter and they kinda gave us some. Not sure if that's the norm or if it's because it's happy hour! TLDR: I'd come back for brunch!“
“If you are passing by, look through the window, and decide to walk in, you'll get exactly what you're looking for. If you decide to keep walking, you won't be missing much. This place is like Moe's Tavern, except with a good beer selection. There's no food, but you can bring some in.Theres some board games to play - classic (chess and go), or party games (say anything, pictionary, etc). Or, you can chat with friends and strangers, or read something. The large front windows make you feel like you're never too far from the street and makes for good people watching.“
“Lovely vinyl bar that actually SPINS VINYL!!!!!!! Love their selection of wine / cider / beer with plenty options available from tap. We were just coming from Copine next door so we didn't order any food but I bet their foods are just as tasty! I can't wait to come back for drinks and munchies. The vibes inside are just right for enjoying music, boardgames/doodling with friends or just chatting. They have beautiful garage windows that open up as a patio space where doggos are welcome to hangout as well. I personally LOVED their vinyl/fridge section and the color pencils / sketchbooks they had by the boardgames. It was a serendipitous moment to have found this bar while walking around.“
“Hadn’t been here in years and was BLOWN away by how good the food was. Nothing special as far as service and it was so loud we couldn’t talk… but the food… OMG! So amazing. Can’t wait to go back!Dietary restrictions: I’m GF and that Miso Salad was divine!“
“Lots of great local beer and wine on tap. They also sell canned NA beers and flavored waters. The in-house kitchen puts out fresh and delicious foods. The Truffle popcorn you can smell from outside and it will lure you in! I wish there were more vegetarian/vegan options (the cheeses used in the mac and beer cheese dip have animal rennet), but there is usually at least one veg option available. Had an amazing carrot curry soup on special there one evening. After 5PM there's a rotating food truck out front for even more food options.“
