“In addition to the excellent quality of the hamburgers and, my personal favorite, chocolate Frostys, I must commend the beautiful landscaping. The flowering trees, the almost topiary like quality to shrub pruning, the park like lawn, etc, all made my wait time actually enjoyable! I hope you can share with your landscaping company, as I am not one who routinely writes reviews of this nature. It was also so unexpected to see this oasis of beauty in the midst of shopping mall parking lots, and just urban concrete in all directions. Thank you again for this lovely space!“

“Such an amazing amount of options for all day hungers; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have a wheat or white pita or even in a gluten free wrap. Vegan and vegetarian opinions, but also a variety for the meat carnivores. Also you can have it in a rice bowl or salad bowl. When done satisfying yourself with your meal, step next door to Yo Licious for a frozen yogurt and toppings. That makes for a happy tummy :)“

And it was hectic when we went for lunch, but the service was fast and the food good and there were very few mix ups. “We live on the opposite side of the state and don’t have a Five Guys so I figured I’d try it while I was in town. The gentleman working the front counter was amazing and instantly recognized that I was a rookie. He walked me through the differences in all of their sizes and burgers so I knew what to order. He also forewarned me that the burgers came with nothing on them. Somewhere else I went yesterday didn’t give me the same courtesy, so that was a plus. And I also kind of like that the customer chooses what goes on the burger. This store is clean and I will definitely be back.“

“It's the sandwiche shop,but the meat is freshly sliced for every sandwich. They're very careful about crossing contamination with dietary restrictions. Which is very important when someone at home has celiac disease. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They are so popular that it gets a bit busy at lunch.“

“I've had Jake Brake a few times now since moving nearby. I've tried several options recommended by Pan and enjoyed each. I absolutely have to recommend the baked chicken and French toast stacker. They were quick and professional, and seem to stay on top of things even when it's busy. Definitely going to keep returning!“

“Exceptional food and service. The women in the back are so friendly and kind. The food is immaculate and fresh, the meat was cooked to order. Absolutely can’t beat the Taco Trio meal ($11 for 3 tacos, bean/rice, and chips/salsa). This location blows Chipotle right out of the park. And the SALSA BAR!! 1000/10. Will be making this a staple.“

“Ricky the manager hooked it up! We had ordered on the mobile app and when we got there two of our items were unavailable. He was very professional, apologetic, and made up for it happily! They were really busy and we didn't have to wait very long for the corrections! Very impressed, he runs the store very well. Seeing how busy they were, everyone was happy and working well and cohesive with each other! That's a great manager, he was running food out to the parking lot and was there in the trenches with his people. Very impressive display of a well running kitchen!!“

“A small place with great quality subs, (hot and cold), beverage station is always being kept clean. But they do lose a star because lately they have been reducing portions on their subs. I've been eating at this chain in different states and across many years so I know when they are being skimpy and honestly it usually comes down to managers decisions. (A clear tell is when they micro manage napkins and/or condiments). Still love the place and it's crew. It is a little cramped in there so I strongly suggest to go orders“

“Burgerville is my favorite establishment. I am a 93 year old woman who brings her grandchildren here after swim practice, every time. Been here since it had opened. The employee named Aurora is such a doll. Perfect service, and definitely coming back because of her. She is going to excel in the burgerville ladder.“

“It's a Carl's Jr, the food is just fine, but the staff here makes is great. Karina is often the employee I communicate with when I pick up my orders and she is so fantastic! She remembers me by name and remembers my order, to the point where if I forget to ask for something, she's able to rectify it before I know there's anything wrong. She is awesome and no matter what yall are currently paying her, I can promise you she deserves a raise.“

“Went today 10/1/25 at 11:15am and the girl working the front was so sweet and attentive. I brought my two young children which is always a little nerve racking bringing them into eating establishments and they made us feel so welcome. She brought them crayons and coloring sheets, a puzzle and even noticed when my son accidentally dropped his fries and brought him a new one. They went above and beyond!“

“The gentleman who worked the shift alone when we got there between 5:55 PM and 6:05 PM, he is an absolute rockstar! Even though it was steady business and he was working alone this guy put in 150% effort. He took great care for making our sandwiches exactly the way we wanted and went the extra mile making sure everything fit inside the sandwich as well as making sure the bacon on my youngest son's sandwich was both cooked too perfection and free of excess grease. This dude is an absolute legend and should absolutely get a pay raise, he will be the reason that I come back to this place“

“First time customer from Pittsburgh PA, visiting my children in Vancouver WA. Ordered online, which was super easy. Tons of delicious topping & sauce options at no extra charge. They even had cauliflower crust, was amazing! I'll just say I WISH there was a MOD Pizza near me, because I would be ordering from there every weekend!!“

“Photo attached is a photo from my vehicle outside mirror, it shows the employee holding the bag out of the window waiting for the next car to pull up. In the rain and wind and 50 degree temperatures. This worker has done this to me in the past. On this visit they held my drink out and asked I pull up to next window. At least my food bag didn't dangle out of the restaurant. The customer behind me wasn't so lucky. Please McDonald's, can you train your employees to keep the food inside the restaurant until they hand it to the actual customer and not hang it out to dry and cool off. Prefer my fries hot. And ketchup on the side.“

“You can order with the touch screen. One woman goes around asking if you need anything. When I found out the bathroom was out of toilet paper, they acted quickly to install more.“

“I placed a huge order ( over $300!) this morning and the manager was amazing! So friendly, had the order done for 6:30am as I asked, ( she had to come in at 4:30 to get it done for me) and the sandwiches were delicious! I wish I had gotten her name.. it started with an M I believe. She was just a joy to work with and I will certainly be back again! Keep doing what you're doing!“

“It’s like any other Burgerville. you get what you pay for, it’s still fast food, but it’s higher quality better tasting fast food and somehow they always manage to hire some of the friendliest employees but i’m still not going to hit that tip button because I’m using the drive-through of a fast food place and it’s already expensive“
