“Di Tazza bakery, cafe and coffee drive thru is a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee with friends. They have pastries and yummy frittatas, biscuits and gravy and breakfast sandwiches. They have vegetarian choices and some nice gluten free pastries that are all made on the premises. It’s really cute and clean. The staff is friendly and quick to make you feel welcome. I live really close to it and I highly recommend it. It is in the previous chase bank on SE 84th and 137th. Easy access from Padden Parkway. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. 🥰“

The coffee was delicious, and my Cortado was made perfectly. I wish I had gotten the barista’s name, she was so nice and genuinely took the time to ask about how I like my coffee. “I came into Foode on a whim, the food looked good and I was in a hurry, so I stopped in and was greeted by a beautiful, clean atmosphere along with kind and joyful employees. Specifically Teylor, who I think might’ve been the manager on duty, was prompt in servicing guests and did so with a smile on her face. My food was delicious, and I was even more impressed with the service I received. Will definitely be back here! And Teylor is an incredibly valuable addition to their team! Thank you Foode!“

“This is actually a 4.5 star review. The owner of this place is super nice, the prices are fair, but unfortunately the temperature of the coffee is consistently way too hot. I even ask for my coffee at 150 degrees and it still take 10-15 minutes for it to cool down to where I can drink it. The thing is that milk heated to that temp burns the milk and even when it cools down, the flavor is not good. I know they were trained by Stumptown to use their hands to decide when the milk is done, but unfortunately, that doesn’t create a consistent temperature. I would highly recommend a thermometer or timer. I have a few friends who specifically don’t come here because of this. I think this alone is keeping them from being next level. Other than this, they really are a nice coffee shop, with very nice baristas. 🫶“

“Pretty standard boba shop. We got here an hour and a half before closing and they were all out of boba which was a huge bummer. Followed up a recommendation from a friend and tried this spot out. Not blown away but not bad at all. Taro smoothie was great. Avocado smoothie was blah.“

“Cafe Yumm is one of the only places in Vancouver with Vegan options on the menu. Ty is a great guy who will greet you with a genuine smile and a great vibe. The food is delicious I suggest you add pumpkin seeds to the Yumm bowls and grab a bottle of Yumm sauce to go. This is by far my favorite place to eat in Vancouver.“

“The coffee itself is really good, but Black Rock in general could you some work on their mixed drinks. Upcharging me for whole milk when they should just be using it anyways to make lattes is annoying and they use half as much flavor as needed so you need to request extra, which is also an up charge. My drink ends up being almost $7!! The service is great and everyone is nice, but dang, getting a drink made how the rest of the coffee places do it is expensive.“

“I'm not why so many 1 stars because I had a pretty good experience. Food was pretty good and I was happy to have the gluten free options. My waitress took maybe 5-10 mins to get my order and she was busy she had several tables. Food was fast but I ordered a sandwich and fruit. This is definitely a good spot for gf options. Overall great experience!“
