“I visited the Crumbl Cookies location in Covington, WA with my kids, and we had a great experience! We ordered at one of the kiosks inside the store, which was super easy to use. My kids wanted to try the special cookies of the week, so we picked a few fun ones — the original pink sugar cookie, one with Fruity Pebbles, another with Lucky Charms, and one more I can’t remember — but they were all delicious! Definitely sweet and rich, but perfect for a treat The store was clean, easy to find, and the staff were kind and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth!“

“This is one of my favorite places to satisfy my sweet tooth. They are a family-owned shop where you might have been served by the parents or the kids. They struggled to survive during the pandemic and seem to be thriving again

I can only speak to the quality of the sorbet, of which there are always 2 or e and are wonderful. You may be amazed there is no dairy ingredients. The frozen yogurt looks great and my family loves it. The topings are fresh and everything is clean, very clean. There are 2 registers, so you rarely have to wait long. There is a great mix of people from all areas and walks of life. Did I mention it's very clean and staff are friendly?“

Chorwenn, the representative, was not only knowledgeable of the products but also made great recommendations. We took about 4 different flavors and each one of them “served”. “Amazing desert Taiyaki and ice cream with Taiyaki shell. It's located in a corner with long countertop right across bath and body works. Taiyaki takes about 8 min to make so be prepared to wait, warm bites are the best. Free ice cream toppings upon serving located at the end of the countertop.“

“My service was fantastic. My wife ordered apple pie ala mode and server was unsure how to make it. Really need a better system in place for new employees. The supervisor remade the dish after the new person messed it up. She was very nice. Felt bad for new person because other employees were snickering about the situation. No issues with the mess up. People need to make mistakes to learn. It’s the best way. Doesn’t help to have mean coworkers.“
