“Christmas eve day you had 2 incredible woman working the job of 5 people as your other employees called out. Despite cars backed up and the lobby busy they smiled and rocked every order and request. They were beyond impressive dealing with sooooo much yet made each customer welcome. They deserve a huge bonus and raise. “Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“The food and service here was great, I received my pizza quickly and it was made in perfect accordance to my modifications I requested. All the employees were kind and friendly twords me which I was grateful for, and even with a long line and very busy staff, they still made sure to keep the lobby clean and trash from over filling, all qualities that their Issiquah location should take notes from. I've been a regular at this location for over a year now and this is the best service I have ever received. There is a new dark haired lady with glasses and she always makes sure the service is fast and the food is perfect!!“

I have been living in Monroe 5 years now and it’s the first time i stopped in here. First impression, clean I mean super clean and organized. Then i met Jesse. What a nice guy.
