We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. “Manna Teriyaki, I believe, is a Korean-American run establishment that serves great honest food and the owners/personal are extremely personable. I went with the Japanese-PNW style menu and I had the C3 combo of Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Katsu, and Gyoza. The salad was just iceberg lettuce (this is good as I do not care for carrots) with a slightly sweet dressing on the side, the teriyaki was seasoned perfectly, the katsu was nice and crunchy, the gyoza (whilst obviously not cooked at that particular moment) were tasty and crispy. The three sauces were exactly as they should be! Delicious! Manna Teriyaki is worth a trip to the nebulous Lake City. (Still on the westside of Lake Washington.) Manna Teriyaki offers Korean specialities as well, which I must make my return to sample. :)“
