“They've got a pretty solid menu, it's pretty focused on a few items and that's what you want in a food truck. My friend likes their Gyros and kebabs but I'm a Pizza Man for life though I love me a good cheese steak sandwich.

Their wood fired pies are pretty tasty, I find their sauce to be a little on the sweet side but they're solid and the ingredients don't taste artificial. The crust can be a little burnt but that's just part of the charm with this style.

It's a good spot to grab a bite during the summer time or to grab a to go order if you live or work in the area.“

Went in about an hour before closing and was greeted immediately upon entering. The menu is simple and very reasonably priced. The positions are VERY generous and the food is incredible.

There is also something special about the atmosphere. The way it’s been decorated. The little touches everywhere. It felt - like you just got invited into someone’s home for a meal. The service felt that same way.

Enter Brenda - part owner of this amazing establishment. Her energy and joy are infectious. She added so much to our dining experience. It was as if she had invited us to be guests at her home and couldn’t wait to share the passion in the food and the dream of this place.

This isn’t just a place to go because you like tacos, or if you know and love birria, or because it’s open. This is a place to go to experience a hug in the form of food. It’s a place to go if you’re missing home meals. It’s a place to go to thank people like Brenda and her family for putting this much joy in the world and soak a little up for yourself.

From Andy's in Snohomish, to The Fish House on your way to Deception Pass, it's a place I recommend you if you like fish tacos. “Got some tacos delivered and boy oh boy lemme tell you how good this place is! The serving size for the price is exactly what I paid for and then some with extra radish and onions on the side. The plating looks appetizing. AND THE SAUCE! The best I’ve had in years. I will be coming back just for the sauce. The food was soooo good and the sauce was the perfect cherry on top. “I have passed by this food truck for several years, but just stopped in on Friday. Ordered burrito with carne asada. It was a real burrito, with rice, beans, and quality meat; a full meal wrapped in a flour tortilla, $10. Will be back.“

“This food truck is tucked away in a gas station parking lot with great signage. The woman who took my order was sooo kind- it honestly made my day better. I stopped by for lunch and had a tasty tamale with a side of rice and beans. I added some salt to the beans due to preference but overall a great stop for a quick lunch and I’ll be back! “Moving to Seattle from Texas, I was worried that I wouldnt be able to get kickass hole-in-the-wall quesadillas and burritos anymore.El Naranjo, just down the road from my new house, dispelled those concerns. I had a delicious carne asada quesadilla ready in TWO MINUTES for ten dollars flat, and it is easily in the top 5 quesadillas I've ever had. The salsa is delicious, and the generous dollop of sour cream, avocado slice, and grilled peppers proved this place has authentic chops.This truck is going to be my new staple takeout joint, and I'm excited to have moved so close by!“

“We just had our first meal from Kottu at an event at the Olympic Sculpture Park. What a treat! The mango chicken curry was amazing! Even though I chose mild, there was still plenty of flavor. The chef was awesome and the portions were huge. I will look for this truck at future events…maybe even attend events just to get another meal from them. So good!“

“I wanted to try out a few of their available proteins. So I got 3 tacos and chose chorizo, adobada, and braised beef cheeks. That is the order in which I would rank them as well. The chorizo was the best, very flavorful and spicy without overwhelming the dish. My second favorite was the adobada. It was good, though not quite as good as it could've been. I have had a whole lot of adobada over the years and there's definitely some better out there but it was still solid, and an option I can comfortably recommend. The cheeks were kinda so so. I felt like they really needed more spices and flavors. Without any spicing up of the dish, I expected a strong flavor of beef, but the flavor was a bit off. It just wasn't very good. I wouldn't say it was bad but it wasn't very good either. I wouldn't get it again. One thing I didn't see on the menu, sadly, was al pastor. It's definitely my favorite Mexican protein, and it's absence here was sorely felt.

The horchata was EXCELLENT.

The outdoor seating area was very cool for a food truck. It's covered which is undoubtedly very nice when there is a bit of rain coming down. There's enough seating there for about 20 people if it's totally packed so not a huge area but certainly enough. A welcome opportunity to enjoy my tacos without having to scurry away first. The location is in the core of Ravenna so there's no real issues with crime or riff raff. I imagine there might be an individual or two from time to time with a touch of the sketch on em but I didn't spot any today.

Parking was street only, and paid, so bring some quarters. The staff was super nice. Very friendly.
