“After hitting up 5 different Coldstones for the choco tacos we finally landed 10 miles away from our original destination to the Kent Coldstone. Jeremy understood his call to arms and was able to hold the last 6 choco tacos for me and my happy family. Jeremy was helpful and considerate and we ended up happy with our 6 choco tacos. Thank you Jeremy for making this trip well worth it!“

“My service was fantastic. My wife ordered apple pie ala mode and server was unsure how to make it. Really need a better system in place for new employees. The supervisor remade the dish after the new person messed it up. She was very nice. Felt bad for new person because other employees were snickering about the situation. No issues with the mess up. People need to make mistakes to learn. It’s the best way. Doesn’t help to have mean coworkers.“

“I love this Coldstone. It may not have the frills or modern flavor mashups of the modern ice cream shops (like salt & straw) but the classics are on point. Their mint sundae thing is the best. All served up with great customer service- the perfect stop after a dinner out or on your way to a fun evening somewhere.“
