“I love Balcon! It’s my favorite quick bite spot in the neighborhood. I especially love the bean and cheese pupusa - I usually get two with extra slaw. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu tho - so happy this little local business opened up!“
“Pizzadilla! I haven't found anything like it or as good as Tony's Tacos makes it. Dining inside the bus, yes a bus, as well as seating outside in a covered patio. It was busy with customers picking up take out orders as well as people dining on site. The staff were very friendly and it didn't take long from when I ordered to when I was on the road with my delicious Pizzadilla. Tony's Tacos is worth the drive to get there. Highly recommend!“
“Absolutely love this place!! The food is amazing, it felt like a lot a love is put into the meal. The bartender does an amazing job on drinks. The staff is amazing. I love the chimichurri steak bowl, it's so tasty! It's my first time there and I'm excited to try more food on their menu. So glad they play great music too.“
“RING THE ALARM!!!!!! and y'all know when I say that I mean it! This place has food that is packed with allllll the deliciousness and flavor you can imagine! I was transported somewhere else! I ordered an asada burrito bowl and my mouth came alive!!!! Please go try this cute little spot out! Well worth it!“
“Always on point and delicious. What I recommend is the MALIBU PLATE. Once you try that it's gonna make you want to go back for more. I love how this place gives you 4 different salsas, grilled onions, fried peppers, and some potato wedges. It compliments everything well. Definitely go give them a try...it's my GO TO Taco Truck.“
“My husband and I moved to Lakewood last year and this place was one of many that we’ve been wanting to try; I think it’s safe to say that they’re our new favorite place for Mexican food!I was unsure at first because their prices are so reasonable that I was thinking it must mean they’re lacking elsewhere , but I was wrong. They really do just serve insanely delicious food at a very affordable price.Staff was super friendly too. Everything was just too good to be true here, I can’t believe they even exist. Lol.“
“I rarely eat Mexican food. But when I came to auto taco, they were really friendly and their food was delicious. My favorite part is the hot sauce, guacamole it’s fire???Parking: A lot of space and you get to see the beautiful cars the car dealership has.“
“I had the carreta plate. (The wagon plate) which is 1 chicken tamale 2pc pork chucklin, 1 pupusa 1 taco , 5pc yucca fried, good portions. And good taste, but should say what really stood out was the steak on the taco was really good, nice flavor and no fat on it. Also the red taco salsa is spicy and goes with the taco. Although the place is Salvadoran the tacos where small but satisfying.workers are friendly and attentive. Patient. Will go back for more.Parking: Inside a 76 gas with carwash station lot. Outside chairs and tables. Easy mellow going place.Kid-friendliness: Ladies are attentive and nice. Verry mellow place.“
“I was pleasantly surprised by this place, a literally shining light in the dark in one of the shadier parts of the greater Tacoma area. Food was fresh and plentiful, a much better value than established chain restaurants. I've tried nearly every burrito within a 100 mile radius and I highly recommend giving this small local business a chance.“
“I got a breakfast burrito it was awesome my only complaint was that it took a while to get it but I wasn't mad because the lady was taking orders and cooking by herself and it still came out great. Manager needs to hire more help they have good food just the service is a bit slow.“
“Holy moly this place is absolutely delicious! I had to fish tacos as recommended by the other reviews and they were really awesome, along with the taco al Pastor. My husband had the burrito and it was very delicious, the tortillas super fluffy. We look forward to eating at this place again when we are rolling through Federal Way. It’s places like this that keep us interested in discovering all the hidden gems around this area. They also have Mexican sodas and other delicious looking things on the menu..“
“We ate here late at night at the happy hour, the menu had good choices and the chicken tacos were really good. The waitresses and customer service is really good. I would highly recommend the street tacos and the guacamole. The bar area can get a bit loud with some customers. But overall, it was a good experience.“
“Me and my husband have been on a quest to find good tacos in our area for a long time now. This place is IT. I tried a variety of tacos - adobada, Al pastor and asada. Adobada by far were my favorites. The tacos are on the pricier side and are small. Loved them so much that we also ordered some togo. We will be back for sure. The owner was very nice and welcoming as well. Also their red taco sauce - AMAZING but very very spicy ?️?️?️“
“The food was absolutely amazing! The serving sizes are generous and the food was seasoned really well. I ordered the tacos and the meat was very tender and saucy and the toppings were fresh. My significant other ordered the tostadas and they were packed high with toppings. The only downsides are that the location is cash only and that food runs out early (so definitely try to get there early! I got there at 7:30 and the location was out of rice and beans)“
“Food was great and super well seasoned. I asked for jalapeños in my burro but yo ?I thought they were gonna gimme a watered down version with no spice and plenty of vinegar, nah fam, those jalapeños were freshly rolled and chopped WITH SEEDS ???. I had to order a second carne asada burro after I wolfed down the first(no jalapeños this time) and saved it for the next day since I would be miles away from civilization and a fresh meal, it was as good as the first and if not then better.I’m a truck driver and I appreciate spots like this, fresh food, friendly service, and the atmosphere was inviting enough. It’s at a gas station but yo, look where KFC started and look where they’re at now. KFC’s garbage though (at least now) so go to La Casa Del Taco now before they blow up and loose that signature flavor. From Phoenix to Seattle with live fam, y’all keep up the good work??“
“This came recommended as the best fish & chips in Tacoma. Not only did it exceed expectations, the Oysters were excellent too!It offered a wide assortment of fresh fish and food to take to go if you stop by while in town or on a stroll. I will be returning my next time in Tacoma! And yes, the fish and chips are the best I have ever had!“
“Listen up folks❗ ?We've been to many places across the West Coast and some east and when I tell you the other review of the guy saying that these are the best tacos he was seriously not lying. These have to be hands down the best tacos we've had in the United States even beating in Socal not to mention some in Tijuana. (I know what amazing Mexican street tacos taste like)The tacos are absolutely flavorful, juicy, scrumptious finger licking D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!!!! How in the world do you only have 7 reviews this place is absolutely underrated! You deserve to have a restaurant ?? The guy was really nice and great customer service also! We had the Asada Taco with Queso & Bone Marrow, partner had Rib Eye & Skirt Steak Tacos ?? They are worth the price.Ok now what in the heck go get your tacos and quit reading!“
“I’m from So Cal - LA county to be specific, and this tastes like home! The Frescas are delicious! The Asada fries tastes like back home, and the Cali burrito taste like “Cali Burrito” back home! It’s been so hard to find LA style burritos and tacos around here! Most definitely coming again!“
“So good! Customer service was good and even thought I left the food out for a few hours, it remained warm! They're generous with the cheese and the meal came with 3 tacos, the consomme, green sauce, and a bag full of onion, cilantro, and lime wedges! 10/10, would order again“
“The spicy shrimp was absolute ?. It came with so many extra goodies on the side to mix in. Guacamole, sour cream, carrots, bell pepper, onion, jalapeños, and more. There was a friendly atmosphere with the cook having his daughter with him. We live nearby and we will be back.“
“The spicy chicken sandwich and baklava here is amazing. The meat being halal makes me love this place even more!!! Staff is kind and friendly and location is nice. I do wish the meat was a little thinner so the sandwich is less messy but it's tasty regardless.“
“Went for my husband’s birthday. We had a really good time, the food was delicious. I got the shrimp cocktail and shared the Pacifico snack. Will def return. They only have a few menus in English but that wasn’t a problem. The live music was nice and their drinks were also very good. A little pricey but nice for a date night!!“
“The enchiladas Verde with Pollo(chicken)was delicious. It comes with a generous portion of rice and bean. I had placed my order to go. Also I was shocked to see the patio had been removed and the eating area is now in the parking lot, covered of course. The total was 16.88 with tax. When I added the Pollo was. 75cents.Verde was 14.00.togo-15cents. Service fee 40 cents. Plus the 1.58 tax. So not bad I guess from a food truck. ?“
“Buried inside a nondescript strip mall, this is an authentic gem for real Oaxacan food. Huge variety, all carefully prepared by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oh, please order the Tepache drink: freshly made and super-delicious.Only downside: portions are HUGE. I would have liked to try multiple, smaller platesKid-friendliness: Huge food court with plenty of large tables.“
“My phone died and I didn't know the way home from where I was, so I stopped by here and asked if they could help me. The cashier was quick to help grab a charger for my phone and let me borrow it for a moment to charge it. He was super kind and understanding! I wish I could remember his name so I could give a proper shout out, but he definitely made my day. Had a quick bite and was out of there and on my way home safely. Thank you guys! <3“
