The table was decorated with a long stemmed red rose and a birthday card. Our meal was so delicious! Cocktails, starters, dinner and dessert were pure perfection! Thank you chef(s). That was hands down, one of the best meals we have ever had! We are already mapping out what we are ordering on our next time here! “We Love Ruby Brink! Burger night—say no more…! The beef dip sandwich on the lunch menu is another favorite. We love eating here for so many reasons though. This isn’t a “high staff turnover” type restaurant where you’ll be greeted by stressed out workers plastered with fake smiles fighting over tables like you might be used you. This is a grown-up establishment with grown-up food and grown-up and experienced, competent and empowered staff and I appreciate how this dynamic expressed itself in terms of guest experience. When I say that the food is grown-up I mean that it is carefully selected and prepared from scratch and this means it does not taste like what other restaurants are doing, which often is buying bags of frozen soup and sauces from the chef supply store to keep costs down and to keep everything tasting exactly the same, every time. You will taste different things here and that might surprise you. Ready yourself for that and enjoy!“

“We go to Waffle Stop almost every Sunday. The food is great and there are options for everyone be they 1,10,21,50, or 100. Most importantly the staff are amazing; they know our beverage order when we walk in the door and they are incredibly kind to our almost 2 year old. The service is top notch, the food is something I look forward to all week, and they make our family feel like we are part of theirs.“

“My husband and I have been eating at Nordstrom's Cafe for years. The food is always great and service is usually good. We feel the quality of the food and the clean, updated interior warrants the higher food prices. However, after shopping the Anniversary sale my husband and I went to lunch at Nordstrom's and we both were disappointed that the Cafe is now using paper napkins and not cloth napkins. I know it's not a big deal to some but it feels like another Nordstrom's downgrade. Just like losing the piano player and the customer service center/gift wrap. Remember those beautiful silver boxes with the bows? Or how every clerk walked around the counter to hand you your Nordstrom bag. Those days are gone....we find ourselves shopping there less.....“

“First time here, highly highly good! The buffalo calamari was really great and surprising. The burger was by far one of the best in tacoma, and fries were on point! I had a shake too and it again beat out most any ive had, and i eat burgers and shakes often. My wife had chicken salad and she loved it. Everything we ordered came out really fast and on point! “Katie Downs is such a beautiful restaurant for any gathering. It is in the best location, right on the Ruston Waterfront, and the staff here are the absolute nicest. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a great meal, no matter the occasion.“

“During my stay at the Murano, I had the pleasure to experience both the breakfast and dinner menus at the Bite restaurant located on the 4th floor.When I first arrived, I met an associate for coffee and Deborah made us the Mocha and Latte, both were great. She mentioned the restaurant opened up for dinner and invited us back. KB was my dinner server, he was attentive and friendly. Mayra was my server for breakfast and she was incredible. There were also 2 other staff members who periodically check in, so no definitely no shortage of good service. I had the overnight oats, which was a balance of sweet, with a bit of nutrition. Although it is considered a “small” on the menu, I found it to be perfectly filling.Highly recommend giving this place a try. For the food, the ambiance, and the friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back.“

“We came to Dirty Oscars for a change of scenery. We live in Puyallup. Food was ok. We got dbl bloody Mary’s, the traditional eggs beni and the elk hash. Hollandaise was good and the elk, sadly was not very flavorful. The thing that sucked and pretty much ruined the meal was when we go the check we were basically charged for 2 bloodys each! $28 for a dbl Bloody Mary. Doesn’t make sense when a shot of vodka is just $8! Asked manager and her response was “I don’t make up the prices. This is ridiculous!” We won’t be back.“
