“Food is great, so far the best burgers in spokane we've found, the customizable shakes are also amazing, definitely one of our favorite places to eat. And the fries 🍟 are on another level, if you want fries you definitely get then here. They will fill a brown paper bag for you full. We've come here twice so far and both time got s bag of fries nearly full to the top. We will be back often. Only thing I would like to see improve is cleanliness, the tables are often lightly dirty but dirty non the less.“

“Went to Zips on E. Sprague to get a Burger. Walked in, & in cooking area EVERYONE WAS WITHOUT A MASK! oh 2 of them had masks around their neck. They all looked at me then leaned over the food they were preparing/ baging & continued on....talking very loudly. I walked out because I needed a safer option. No masks, no gloves..too risky for me! I went directly to WENDY'S. EVERYONE at Wendy's wore a mask & gloves. If you want a a great burger from somewhere that is preparing your food Safely & following the rules, go to WENDY'S!! “this is a good DQ, however they need to learn that when someone in line orders food that is taking a while, ask that customer to pull forward and they will bring out food, like MCD's, Arby's, etc. then the line keeps moving and our blizzards aren't soup by the time we get them.“

“I like coming in here and getting the blizzard. it's a real treat for myself. And I get a hamburger while I'm here too so my weight goes up. I like the Oreo blizzard. but my all-time favorite is the peanut buster parfait I just love all the chocolate smothered in there and it's hot with peanuts and softer ice cream. and the fries are good the staff was friendly helpful courteous and professional. But welcome to Washington State, where the Left side of the state makes the big bucks and the Right side still pays the same taxes to stay in business. “I hate the self order kiosk’s. We had great in person service. The server/ cashier was also very nice and went above and beyond to help the elderly couple in front of us. As long as we can get service in person like this we will keep coming back!“

“We used to love this Zips but not anymore. The quality of the food has really declined over the last few years. We decided to try again tonight and my burger didn't even have a teaspoon of ketchup and there was no mustard. Dry burger. I'm so disappointed. Sorry to say but we will have to make the drive to Trent to get out burgers and fries.“

“The food was just ok, it was hot and quick. I asked if they could cut my chicken sandwich in half and they said no, they gave me a spork. The chicken pieces did not have much chicken on them at all. The atmosphere was cold with only 3 tables and very uncomfortable hard chairs. They obviously do not want you to eat inside. Well it's been about 2 months later and I decided to try them again the atmosphere is still one star but the food was excellent this time and the service was very good. So I am raising my stars.“

“Very reasonable. My sister and I both ordered 3 piece chicken strip basket. Tons of hot fresh French fries. We pretty much just split one order. Bonus any size drink was only $1. Boy, do I sure love iced tea. Staff was super friendly. I was extremely pleased.“
