“Hands down this place has the best burgers and milkshakes ever! The quality of their food is fresh and perfectly mouthwatering. The fries are so fresh and delicious and the shakes are real. No freezers is as fresh as you can get. Real beef that doesn't make you feel sick and bloated after eating. I can't say enough good things but if you want an amazing burger, this is the spot.“

“Everything is good at Arby's! We usually frequent the drive thru. Drive thru attendants have been friendly and helpful. They do their best to work quickly and get the orders out. I've been loving Arby's roast beef and cheddar since I was a kid. (I do miss the super deals from back then). Curly fries are my go-to and a large lemonade always hits the spot.“

“Went to Zips on E. Sprague to get a Burger. Walked in, & in cooking area EVERYONE WAS WITHOUT A MASK! oh 2 of them had masks around their neck. They all looked at me then leaned over the food they were preparing/ baging & continued on....talking very loudly. I walked out because I needed a safer option. No masks, no gloves..too risky for me! “this is a good DQ, however they need to learn that when someone in line orders food that is taking a while, ask that customer to pull forward and they will bring out food, like MCD's, Arby's, etc. then the line keeps moving and our blizzards aren't soup by the time we get them.“

Both sandwiches tasted pretty good. The condiments/customization was mostly done correctly, but they did drop the crispy onion strings (if they were out, they should've simply told me so). The place is spacious and quiet; a good place to grab a quick bite alone or to stop by with kids or friends. I noticed, on a modestly hot late spring afternoon that I visited for a late lunch, that the secondary room in the back was at least 2-3F cooler than the main lobby/dining area.“

“I like coming in here and getting the blizzard. it's a real treat for myself. And I get a hamburger while I'm here too so my weight goes up. I like the Oreo blizzard. but my all-time favorite is the peanut buster parfait I just love all the chocolate smothered in there and it's hot with peanuts and softer ice cream. and the fries are good the staff was friendly helpful courteous and professional. I will be back time and time again. I like how you can sit outside.“

“They nailed my request of a bunless burger perfectly. It came exactly as it would have on a bun but in a substantial bowl with a lid on top. All the veggies and sauces were still included!! Perfectly done guys!! Thanks for meeting my needs!!“

“We used to love this Zips but not anymore. The quality of the food has really declined over the last few years. We decided to try again tonight and my burger didn't even have a teaspoon of ketchup and there was no mustard. Dry burger. I'm so disappointed. Sorry to say but we will have to make the drive to Trent to get out burgers and fries.“

“I hate the self order kiosk’s. We had great in person service. The server/ cashier was also very nice and went above and beyond to help the elderly couple in front of us. As long as we can get service in person like this we will keep coming back!“

“Just tried the limited time Chicken Bacon Ranch Street Chalupas and on a score 1-5 I give maybe a 2½ and that's being nice. It's nothing to rave about. I think I'll just go back to my normal chalupa supreme, they're bigger and taste better.“

But welcome to Washington State, where the Left side of the state makes the big bucks and the Right side still pays the same taxes to stay in business. “The food was just ok, it was hot and quick. I asked if they could cut my chicken sandwich in half and they said no, they gave me a spork. The chicken pieces did not have much chicken on them at all. The atmosphere was cold with only 3 tables and very uncomfortable hard chairs. They obviously do not want you to eat inside. Well it's been about 2 months later and I decided to try them again the atmosphere is still one star but the food was excellent this time and the service was very good. So I am raising my stars.“

“Very reasonable. My sister and I both ordered 3 piece chicken strip basket. Tons of hot fresh French fries. We pretty much just split one order. Bonus any size drink was only $1. Boy, do I sure love iced tea. Staff was super friendly. I was extremely pleased.“
