Both owners are from Brazil and one of them is from the region acai comes from, so he has the best understanding of the way it should taste and the best quality of acai. We highly recommend the acai bowls and also the mini coquinas with the green sauce.“

“I had an amazing sandwich from Yaygit. It was a couple months ago, but I still remember my visit fondly. I had a great chat with the owner (who made me the amazing sandwich!), and bought some of their dandelion chai powder to bring home with me. The sandwich was huge, full of tempeh, veggies, pink onions, and scrumptious bread. The dandelion chai is delightful, especially for cardamom lovers, it is spicy and rich. I love to have it with a creamy oat or cashew milk with a touch of sweetener. Yaygit feels comfortable when you walk in, and the people are very welcoming, I highly recommend you visit them soon!“

“Firstly the menu is immense. So many options make it hard to decide. I was sold on the advertised smoke show special and it did not disappoint! Authentic BBQ vibes and with an epic macaroni salad side. We also had the surf and turf and totally did a double take on the oshi salmon and the steak! So good! Our son loved the pancakes. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I could immediately feel the positive energy. I tried the Ratchet Yoga class with Justine, and it was an absolute game-changer! Justine’s teaching style is so fun and engaging, making the class accessible yet still challenging. I left feeling empowered and uplifted—truly a unique yoga experience. The café also deserves special mention. I absolutely loved the avocado toast, especially with the CrispBlaze chili oil by Jaiyen Cookhouse, a fantastic local business. It’s the perfect blend of flavors and a must-try! The new owner has done an incredible job with the place. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a space where people can unwind, recharge, and feel at home. I’m excited to come back for both the yoga classes and the café treats. Owners are former athletes who are health conscious and all about incredible food quality (organic, sustainable, etc). Fantastic friendly service in an adorable bright open space. Most items can be made vegan if needed. And for someone who is vegan and has celiac, it’s nice to have such amazing options. HIGHLY recommend! “My experience was very good when I entered the door. The lady with long hair and glasses greeted me with her great smile. They offered easy picture menu helps me order my drink fast. I like the mango passion fruit smoothie with perfect sweetness and still see mango and passion fruit right on top. I will come back !“

“La Copa has the best coffee in the area. Their staff understands the science and art of pulling espresso shots and their machine is calibrated properly so your drink is well made. They have a nice variety of food options made on premises and everything is delicious. Our favorites are the breakfast burritos (huge and yummy), the coffee cakes (flavors rotate), GF banana bread w/ chips, the danishes, the marzuka bars, the cookies, and the turkey pesto panini. “I’ve been here twice and it’s my favorite yoga studio in Seattle. Very intentional and I felt free to change some poses based on my ability that day. They have your mat laid out, in a beautiful room with gorgeous wood floors and natural light. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. You put your bag and shoes away in one area, grab a glass of water if you want, and walk into the separate room for the class. As someone getting back into yoga after a long time away, I was nervous, but I can’t wait to go back.“

Compared to Jamba Juice, this tastes more nutritious and flavorful.My favorite is the Vita Boost which comes with real blueberries and protein. Absolute must-try! There's a wide selection of smoothies that offer different benefits. I wish I had started coming here sooner! They even have snacks and other protein options.The only main downside is the that the hours are inconsistent. I know that it's not open on Sunday and I can't find any information about the hours of operations here.“
