Yesterday and today I was gonna go down the hill to get my fix. Then I remembered they now have the most ridiculous policy ( not Starbucks fault) of having to pay to park in a strip mall parking lot.
I refused to come both times this week.
It is not your fault they can't properly manage their lot. This is not the answer! I used to come down daily for many businesses down there. I will do whatever I can not to go there cause I refuse to even sign up for this new ridiculous parking idea.
The management company should be supporting it's occupants not turning business from them. My neighbor's ( we are local ) feel it's absolutely absurd as well.
I WILL not pay to park just to get my coffee. Not should I be forced to bring my phone just to go down the hill and grab my daily brew.“
“Stopped for coffee ☕️ & pastries before getting on boat. The place is very relaxing. Lots of great menu choices and staff is helpful. They do have a public restroom too, which was appreciated.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly choices.

“I have been to several Starbucks and can honestly say this location is by far the best, the customer service is outstanding. They are very friendly, accommodating, and make the best drinks. Everyone that works at this location will ensure you enjoy your drink and are happy to make adjustments if needed (drinks have always been delicious, and adjustments were never needed, but they offer). I literally avoid the Starbucks across the street which has a convenient drive thru, and would rather walk into this location as it’s inside Safeway.“
“Busier than expected for late afternoon, 4pm. But we were able to secure a couple spots at a table to take care of our business. Thankful for a public meeting place with easily accessed Wi-Fi. With the wide variety of beverages, there is something for everyone.“
“After searching all the Starbucks in the northern half of the Eastside, this has become my go-to place to spend a few hours on my laptop. Roomy, fireplace, warm atmosphere, and electrical outlets under all the benches lining the walls, even the big table by the fireplace.Other pros:-Staff is always friendly and although sometimes understaffed (who isn't nowadays?) it has never been a problem.-No drive-through! Starbucks corporation relented to the profit-gods some time ago and every new store has a drive through now; frantic head-set-wearing staff lessen a relaxed coffee-house experience.-Never had a problem getting a drink remade if I thought there was something iffy (even me whining 'it tastes weak for some reason' lol)Cons: (about this store in particular)-The temps are always a challenge here: too icy AC in the summer and in the winter a cold-draft down your back at the window benches Also, for laptop uses, you are usually sitting with your laptop facing the window behind you so reflections are a problem during daylight hours.-On Weds the local schools let out early so it can be a noisy crowd of kids in the early afternoon. Avoid if you want a quieter coffee-house experience.-Parking can be tight but lots of room right next door if you can handle walking 50'. If you are not elderly or handicapped and this is your biggest complaint then I think you are doing pretty well!Overall my favorite place in the Eastside of Totem Lake area!“
“i love this new drive-thru starbucks! service is amazing, the inside is nice and has many seating options! as of december 20th (the time i am writing this review) you need proof if vaccination to drink INSIDE this starbucks. if you are just driving through the drive-thru no vaccine needed! :)“
“Not all Starbucks are alike. I tried this store today and it was the best. The reason for that was Mark who asked the right questions to make me the best cup of coffee that I needed. I am used to stand inline to place the order but this is the first time I was actually asked questions so it get what I want. Thank you Mark and the company should promote you to management to train other employees. There is a difference between order taking and professional service. Starbucks can benefit from Mark.“

“This former Burger King has been transformed into a spacious and inviting Starbucks, the newest on the Eastside. The staff is comprised of the same great & friendly people who worked at the tiny storefront Starbucks (with no drive-up window) in Totem Lake West that I used to frequent.“

“Baristas are pleasant and friendly! Lovely to talk to if they aren’t too busy. My drink is always made correctly here and tastes great. The food tastes good, especially with sriracha. They’re fast when staffed and not alone. It bums me out when I see one of them working alone, but the service is still satisfactory. My only wish is for more seating options besides the sushi bar. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone who wants a great drink from kind baristas.“
“It seems like a new location—very clean with spacious seating and plenty of tables. Good vibes!
However, the staff wasn’t very friendly. I was holding a Starbucks cup and asked for the bathroom code. Even though I had previously ordered a drink there and was just going to rinse my cup before refilling, the staff assumed I hadn’t made a purchase and refused to provide the code. But I was holding the Sbux cup!
I explained the situation while clearly holding the cup, and after having to explain the whole situation, they provided the code. Even if a guest hasn’t ordered yet, if they’re visibly about to, with the Sbux cup in their hands, a bit more openness and flexibility would go a long way.
That was disappointing, but otherwise, everything was fine.

“This location is a great space for either hanging out to chat with friends or to get some work done. They have a great mix of music softly playing to provide a relaxed atmosphere. The customer service is also amazing! I ordered my drink right as the power flickered and while we thought it went through after waiting several minutes it was obvious it got lost in the power fluctuation. Jesse was wonderful and made my drink upon follow up and even brought it to my table where I was working. Thank you Jesse!!“
“Omg just had an Apple caramel coffee. All the syrup was settled in the bottom of the cup. Started out extremely bland and ended with a cloyingly sweet horrible taste in the end of the cup. Ugh. Why did Starbucks have to screw up their barista trainings so badly. Sad to see this company go down…
