“We don't live locally, but have dined at El Ranchito at least 20+ times within the last 22 years. We've tried many different Mexican restaurants and we always go back to El Ranchito for the food, the drinks, the value and the family-owned environment. We have never had a bad meal or service here. Always welcoming, always delicious. The bonus salsa/chips and dessert are equally as fresh and tasty. We often buy a tub of the Pico de gallo because it's simply amazing. Great food, great place.”

“I recently hired JTs to cater our baby shower because I always loved their food truck. This was excellent! All around great experiance with delicious food, great communication, easy drop off, professional - would absolutely use catering again👌 We got brisket and chicken sandwich items, bbq sauce 😋, mac, baked beans, potatoe salad, veggie & fruit platters for about 50 people. 🥰 BBQ has been my big pregancy craving and this was perfect! Thank you!”

“We were disappointed. The service was very efficient but robotic. The chicken teriyaki is generous, but the rice was simply paste. - so overcooked that no individual grains could be discerned. The broccoli was odd, overcooked above but with undercooked stems. The carrots were undercooked.”

“I asked for extra sauce on my pizza, didn't get it. It's hit and miss if I do get the extra sauce. I almost always get a chicken Cesar salad and the hat several times we have thrown away more than half the salad due to wilting and the lettuce being hard. Very sad! However, the staff is great and friendly!”

“Not going to lie, a good pizza. They guy who took my order over the phone was great, took my delivery directions and made sure it was right (had no physical address, just a corner of two streets with a alley). Everything arrived early, hot, would recommend for truck drivers since the delivery guy had a brain between his ears. I will buy from them again.”

“I ordered the fish soft taco twice this week because it was so good! Crispy fish, fresh vegetables, and the perfect amount of sauce. I wish they would go back to their old hot sauce method. I prefer the roulette of “is it going to be hot or not?” The prepackaged sauce just doesn’t have the same flavor profile. I understand the reason for the change, but I don’t have to like it 🤣”

“Located in a parking lot just by the do it center the food is AMAZING!!!!!! i get the burritos which are filled to the brim and that red and green hot sauce is the best i have ever tasted and the horchata is delicious and so tasty. “They need more stores! More Edaleen locations throughout Bellingham area extending to Burlington would be GREAT!
In addition, during the Christmas season, they help out an organization sell Banket (almond bark) which is addicting! A wonderful puff pastry with almond marsipan.”

“We had amazing service and wonderful food! Everyone was super kind and checked in on us the perfect amount! The pizza has such amazing crust and even the gluten free pizza was one point! My husband had the chicken curry and he enjoyed every bite of it! We will definitely be going back!”

“Are used to go to the Starbucks quite often because it is not nearly as busy as the standalone Starbucks store across the Guide Meridian Street. It is your typical grocery store, Starbucks, and they offer consistently good coffee and service. It’s a great place to grab your favorite Starbucks espresso drink while you do your grocery shopping.”

“My Little Mexico catered our daughter's wedding. The food was delicious, abundant and affordable. They delivered more than enough for the 100+ guests - and added a whole extra serving pan of meat! Guests piled their plates high and there were compliments all around for the tastiness of the taco fillings.
The delivery and setup were on time and efficient. They provided warming pans, serving utensils, and all the dishes for condiments. The next morning they picked up all their equipment. It was easy to work with the owner to plan the menu and to make adjustments to quantities when we knew the exact number of people attending.
I would definitely recommend My Little Mexico for catering - a great value for excellent food.

“OH MY!!! The service and the pizza were both outstanding! Our waiter, Johnny was so welcoming and friendly! He recommended the pizza and was he ever right! The Greek salad was fresh and delicious! Very very good food with an excellent waiter; the two combined made this a wonderful experience!”
