Update: went through the drive through today (8/16/25) and ordered 3 things. They got all 3 things wrong.
My wife went through the drive through this morning, they got her order wrong. I went through the drive through the drive through this evening. They got my order wrong. Happened in the last couple trips as well. They have usually been good, I don't know what changed recently but someone there no longer cares.“

“Such a cool place! The whole building is several shops wrapped into one, a brewery and coffee shop on the main level, and a toys & vintage store upstairs. I came for the coffee but ended up getting a brew of one of their loose-leaf teas. It was clear the barista was very knowledgeable about what they were serving, and the tea was perfect! They have a long list of house made syrups that all looked delicious, so I will have to try their coffee next time!“

“Wake Up Call has decent coffee, and their prices are a lot better than the big chain. This place is great for meetings, and the service is not bad. Sometimes it gets a little busy and then it seems a little slow, but most of the time it's just steady traffic. You would think that parking would be difficult, but street parking is free and there seems to be plenty of it. I like old buildings, and they dress this one up nicely.“

“The service was quick and the coffee is good but not the pricing! 😅 7.36 for a 12 oz iced orange flavored americano seems like too much, considering that most of it is water and a bit of syrup+coffee shot. I have gotten coffee from them (other locations) before but the pricing seemed off this time. It could have been a mistake too! Or I guess inflation is showing its effect everywhere!
The sitting area is not huge as it is part of a shoe store!“

They are so kind and remember you and all the little details about your habits (I like big straws on work days and skinny straws on non work days) Their prices are incredibly fair and I just can’t say enough nice things about them. “Urban blends in the mall is so cute, it's a little oasis in the midst of all the stores. The person there was so friendly, and so helpful with finding us the perfect blend of flavors for our iced lotus. She was knowledgeable, talkative and obviously knew what she was doing, truly great customer service. If you're in the mall, there's no other place to stop and have a little coffee and snack. To be honest, it's worth going out of your way for even if you aren't at the mall. Definitely check it out.“

There's been a few times we didn't quite have a drink orders figured out and they were very patient, I know how annoying that can be. Convenient location if you have to visit the VA or VES.“
