The person there was so friendly, and so helpful with finding us the perfect blend of flavors for our iced lotus. She was knowledgeable, talkative and obviously knew what she was doing, truly great customer service. If you're in the mall, there's no other place to stop and have a little coffee and snack. To be honest, it's worth going out of your way for even if you aren't at the mall. Definitely check it out.“

“We love WUC and have for a very long time, back when there was only one location! But this one is our favorite due to all the friendly baristas and consistency in getting good coffee. We especially appreciate Hayley and how she always knows both mine and my husband’s orders and has even had them ready when she saw us pull up. That really stuck out to us because it shows such a high level of paying attention to her customers and making them each feel special. We frequently tell her she’s not allowed to leave 😅 But, I also have to say that we also appreciate Ari and Trendon (I’m so sorry if I misspelled that!!). Wheelchair accessibility: City of Spokane Valley or Starbucks did not complete the sidewalk or walkway. No problem if you come by car to the parking lot or come from the neighborhood to the south but extremely difficult for wheelchairs and support walkers if you come by city bus or the neighborhood to the north.“

“The best baristas ever and always my fave coffee place. We always go here when coming through town and they never disappoint. Today they made “special milk” for my grandson on the rocks with whipped cream and heart sprinkles. He bragged at how good it was the other kids said they should’ve gotten fancy milk 😂. They loved their Italians sodas 🥤 too. Above and beyond!! Thank you for making their day as they welcome their new baby brother home“

“Ok so I saw the bad reviews for this stand and I really wanted to give them a 5 star but I can't quite do that.
First of all I came in on Sunday morning around 630am and there was no customers there, which was nice. But I'll come back to that. The barista was polite and made the drink quickly and I paid and everything was great. It was the second day of hoopfest and also my wife's birthday. All she asked for was coffee. So I went and got ice, water, and breakfast for the kids and drove back to our hotel. By the time I got home I had coffee spilled on our new leather seats because the coffee lid was leaking. Not because it wasn't on tight but because there was coffee all up in under the lid.
I opened it, used McDonald's napkins to clean the mess and put the lid back on. By the time I got to the room the cup was leaking again--same problem.
So the coffee tasted great and she was happy with it but the cup thing was just ridiculous. If you're in the coffee stand business you gotta have the right stuff to make a good product, and leaky cups or lids that are flimsy and don't fit right.. sorry that ain't cutting it. Probably try a different coffee stand next time.“
