“We go there for a few favorite foods. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming and family friendlyParking: Parking in the lot in front of the brewpub. Usually no problem finding a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: Often, I see families dining here.“
“If you want an amazing Sandwich in Seattle, it's hard to beat Mean Sandwich. High quality ingredients, delicious and inventive flavors, and a focus on making the food damn good. The vibes are great and the staff are friendly, creating an incredible hole in the wall. It's one of my favorite places to grab a beer, hangout, and eat some delicious food. Can't recommend enough!“
“We popped by on a Sunday afternoon and had a lovely little lunch! The Detroit square pizza was so toasty, cheesey and had the perfect pepperonis on top. The only thing that topped it was the friendly and attentive service. I can't wait for summer so we can drink spritzes on their patio!“
“Stopped in for lunch today and ordered the Bison taco and some of the sweet fry bread with honey on it. Not exactly the same sort of fry bread tacos I'm used to from Arizona but that's perfectly alright and I knew that from looking at the menu in advance. The bread came right out of the fryer so it was warm and airy. The veggies were fresh and the bison meat was well cooked (not chewy or anything). The sauce worked really well with it too! Kind of wish I'd gotten a second one ?I'll definitely be coming back here soon!“
“Exceptional experience at this Indian restaurant! Impeccably clean environment with a friendly and polite staff. The gentleman assisting with orders was incredibly helpful. Portions were generous and the food was delicious. Highly recommend for a satisfying Indian meal. We will definitely be coming here for our Indian food cravings!“
“Heard about this place on Reddit and decided to check them out. Friendly folks working in the food truck and my order was made quickly. The burger I got was delicious, the perfectly crispy patty and the little crunchy onion straws was exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely be going back this weekend! I didn't get a chance to stop in Rooftop brewing itself but everyone that I interacted with that worked there was very friendly and made me feel welcome.“
“I've only been here once and I already love this place. Hands down, this fried chicken is up there with some of the best I've ever enjoyed across the country. The portions are huge, the chicken is seasoned perfectly so as to enhance the flavor of chicken (not overwhelm it), and they are simple sandwiches but this is what makes a great fried chicken sandwich. The area is fine and the inside is nice. It's run by one person who I assume is also the owner. Prices were very reasonable too for quality and quantity; I'll be coming back soon! :)“
“as this was my first time trying gumbo, I'm not sure I'm fully qualified to judge this, but I'll give it a shot anywaynormally, I don't like soups, because they're mostly liquidhowever, this was less of a soup and more of a dish with a ton of sauce - due to how much stuff is in hereI loved that this bowl was completely packed with solid ingredients - so each spoonful got you a variety of different thingsthe most important thing in a soup is getting the broth right - and I have to say they pretty much nailed itthe liquid has some spice to it - which very much pleasantly surprised me, and in addition, it has great depth of flavorI found it to be probably the best part of the bowlnone of the toppings are particularly noteworthy - they're all pretty solid additionsas mentioned earlier, the amount of meat in here was pretty fantastic.I noticed chicken and sausage as being especially present throughout, and both were pretty goodthe bread was decent - I thought it could've used more toasting/crispiness and more butter - as it became a bit too softwhen dipped in the gumbothe fries were also ok - i would've loved if they were seasoned with some sort of cajun seasoning - but the sauce was goodthe price wasn't too expensive, around 15 dollars, but the portion size wasn't huge either - so it's about a wash thereOverall, good flavor with a ton of different ingredients. 8/10“
“We came here after taking our kids to the VR place across the way. The staff was friendly and took our order quickly. The menu has many options, it feels like there is something for everyone (littles included!). Note that if you order a burger, it does not come with fries, you have to order them separately. After we ordered, it took quite a bit for us to get the food and there wasn't many people who ordered before us, but it seemed as if they might've been a little short staffed in the kitchen. It was worth the wait. All 3 boys finished their meals and the side of fries we got them. The food was extremely flavorful and filling. We live pretty far away from this location, but I would drive the 1+ drive it takes to eat here again. I'll be interested to see where their food truck goes, hopefully it'll come down south sometimes so we can enjoy it.Parking: This is located within a shopping center so we found parking easily.Kid-friendliness: Their kids menu has good options in case you have a picky eater that wouldn't enjoy the flavors on the regular menu.“
“My wife and I can’t in 6 minutes before they close. After debating with the man from the register he finally convinced us to order. My wife and i felt so bad but he urged us to order. Man oh man is this food fresh and I’m just so happy because we didn’t know what time they closed, literally just leaving the dog park. We just appreciate the customer service and how fresh this food is. Thank you.“
“Listen - don’t get your hopes up for a gourmet experience just trust that you’re supporting a long-time company that cares about its staff and has been around forever. Enough salt to choke a horse and that’s JUST how I like it! It’s delicious in its own way!! I personally love it, but Hawaiians love poi and Australians love vegemite. ?Parking: TrafficKid-friendliness: Basic yumminess but no special orders“
“Wonderful and attentive service. Very quaint and fun atmosphere, great for an evening get together with friends or a date. A little on the pricier side for the average dinner, which makes it better suited for a special event or night.Food is absolutely delicious, with generous servings of free bread and drink refills.Scallop Ravioli was INCREDIBLE. Very good portion, presentation, and taste! The breaded & fried salmon bites are also crazy good.“
“Fast and affordable. Charbuger and their shared location aladdin’s gyrocery are ave staples and the best Palestinian spots in the neighborhood. There’s few things better than a jumbo fry after a night of funVegetarian options: Falafel burger and fries“
“I come here all the time and every single time i do i always get the spicy chicken bruger amazing food, love the people, they always know what im gettin before i even get to the counter, will always come here with my girlfriend safe place for real!“
“BEST friend chicken burger in town! Super juicy giant chicken breast on a toasted sesame bun, garnished with spicy mayo sauce, cheese, onion, lettuce, & pickles. Also they are the only place I have found have Minute Made light lemonade on tap at their soda station and their chocolate milkshakes rock. Nice outside patio for summer & super friendly staff.“
“I absolutely adore this place. Top tier vegan junk food that sticks to your ribs. It's clean and nice inside, the staff is very friendly, and it's nice being in a 100% vegan restaurant. The shakes are also amazing! Only criticism I can think of is that sometimes it feels like they are understaffed, it's not that the employees are slow, but there's only so much a couple people can do for the volume of customers sometimes. Still, I think you'd be remiss to not stop and eat some delicious food!Dietary restrictions: This is a 100% vegan restaurant, feels good!Kid-friendliness: It's a nice environment, well lit, and clean, good for the Rugrats.“
“Found this place while on a walk. Delicious and affordable burgers with the best fries (those twice fried ones). If the owner is working, he gives super generous portions and is really kind. They have a table and lawn games set out, but I usually take my food to go.“
“Dietary restrictions: There are no accommodations for any specific dietary needs or restrictions. No special orders are taken, and you receive your food as it reads on the board. Also, there is no alternative menu, just something to keep in mind if so require such.Parking: Plenty parking but can fill up fast during busy rush times, but overall its roomy. Some spots along side to the sidewalk/ road are parallel so it may seem awkward if not familiar with the layout already. They also eat up space that could potentially house many more parking spots, however is keeps it from feeling cramped and overwhelming when busy.Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy because it's unique and different to walk up the the open counter window to order and eat at your car. Fun atmosphere. Also fun to watch the assembly line for burger making when really busy!Wheelchair accessibility: Fully Flat lot to the counter. There's accessible parking at the front, as well as being next to the easily accessible bathrooms“
“Hadn’t been here in years and was BLOWN away by how good the food was. Nothing special as far as service and it was so loud we couldn’t talk… but the food… OMG! So amazing. Can’t wait to go back!Dietary restrictions: I’m GF and that Miso Salad was divine!“
“This is one of my favorite burger places in Seattle. They have great burger options, deep fried veggies and plenty of tables. This is one of the places I can take my kids and they are happy, too. If you, like me, enjoy Chile peppers on your burger, you should try the one at giddy up, can't go wrong with that.“
“The food is just delicious!! Very Good quality ingredient by far one of the best meat I ever tested. Recommend chicken sandwich and class burger. The shawarma was ok (I did not like too much the spices in the sauce but the chicken was very good)Only one improvement I wish was made is to increase the fries’ quality otherwise you will still be a bit hungry hahaThe restaurent is super clean! The staff are very nice too.Inside there’s only 2 small tables a bit crowded but during cold weather it’s very good to have.“
“Sometimes, you just want a really good burger, some onion rings and a shake. Nothing hits the spot like Red Mill in all the categories.Parking: If you get the timing just right, there is some straightforward parking in their lot. If you go at a busy time, you'll be circling the block trying to find parking.“
“food was tasty, but not inexpensive. with tip and tax three of us ate for $72. a sandwich is around $13; fries are $4.5. it is a small shop with not much to look at; could fit maybe a dozen people. that being said the food was good and the portions were ample. i would go again, but i will let someone else pay next time!“
“Came here for the first time with my grandson wanted to come because we saw it on yelp and we have seen the movie, Good burger on Nickelodeon I have to say this burger is really good. I am not a burger person, but it was good. The place is very clean and really nice , Service was great and the staff very cheerful. I do recommend trying it, will I come back yes. The parking is not big . The restaurant they have 10 tables and roomy“
“Katsu Burger in Ballard was the perfect thing to find on a beautiful Saturday afternoon! The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with genuine smiles and warmth from the owners. They’re not just serving up burgers; they’re creating a welcoming community hub! We indulged in the Umami Wagyu Burger x 2 and a side of their Nori Fries, complete with the heavenly trio of dipping sauces – curry mayo, nori ranch, and wasabi mayo. Each bite was a taste sensation- flavor bomb MOMENT, prepared with obvious care and attention to detail. The owners’ kindness TRULY just shines through in every aspect of their establishment, making you feel like part of the family from the moment you arrive. If you’re searching for more than just a meal – a genuine experience filled with delicious food and heartfelt hospitality – then Katsu Burger is the place for you. Give them a visit and let them wrap you in their warm embrace with a side of curry mayo.“
“My girl and I really liked this spot. Only been here twice but service was great each time. The girls were very attentive and on top of things. We came hoping that they had the UFC fights on and they went out of their way to search for it and put it on for us. We ordered Fish 'N' Chips, their code was on point and perfectly fried and tasted amazing. Their fries however could've used some work.We are will definitely be going again and I would recommend this spot to friends. ??“
“Went here once on a Saturday evening. Waited 45 minutes in a cramped and overfilled waiting area. The staff there should consider themselves lucky I didn't have a complete mental breakdown and start violently screaming. The burger was very good, but not worth 45 minutes. Also, they were out of lemon shake.“
“It is nice to have a vegetarian restaurant with vegan and some gluten free options. This is my first time to the new location after they moved from the longtime location on Roosevelt. There are a lot hard surfaces so it gets pretty loud there. The place was pretty full. That considered, the service was reasonably prompt. I got the gluten free lemon poppy seed waffle. I did not taste much in the way of lemon and it was kind of dry. I should have avoided gluten free. They did not have hashbrowns per se, but more like fried potatoes. They were ok but I was in the mood for hasbrowns. The menu has changed since they moved so I was a little disappointed. Based on the other reviews it seems like people like the food. I think the main issue for me was I was expecting something different.“
“Boy oh boy am I excited for Cole's! The speedway offerings have definitely opened up over the past few years. But there's something missing that only Cole's offers. Late night business hours(kidding, although true). This place checks all the boxes for a great hangout spot. Great staff, great food, great drinks, all at a great price!Been here mostly for the lunch time and after work happy hour crowds. Always friendly staff and always delicious food.If you're in the area, either headed to/from the ferry or Mukilteo for the day, this is a MUST stop for lunch or dinner or just a quick drink.“
“Going in on a Friday night we did have to wait a bit for a table and they are now "seat yourself". The food is really good and I am in love with their Moscito (mix between a Moscow mule and a mojito). The service was quick and friendly and we got a great picture of our group with the bison hanging on the wall. This is a pretty laid back place, not a ton of seating but they do have extra seating outside in the back, but I wouldn't necessarily like to sit out there during the winter.“
“It's a drive-in, and as such it is wonderful.Vegetarian options: They have vegan burger patty options.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Since it's a drive-in you don't even need to get out of your car. So wheelchair access is moot.“
“I just wanted to add that we have been going to this BurgerMaster near UW since about 1972 (50 yrs!), when we were dating. Several favorite items, and loved the salad bar.Very sad to see that when we come up to Seattle in the future, our dependable old favorite may be gone. Many memories with friends/family, and always a great eating experience. May not be trendy, but maintaining 4-5 stars this long is quite an achievement, and the parking lot is never empty! That says a lot!!“
“Listen.. you’re not going to get a better cheesesteak in Western WA than you would here. My wife and I have been living here for almost a decade and we are so happy we found this place! The cheesesteak is cooked to perfection. Seasoned meat and crispy fries. The atmosphere is great. Staff is super friendly. My wife and I just moved to Auburn & we make the 40 min driver religiously every Saturday to get our favorite foods here!! You won’t be disappointed!“
“Stopped in and eyes were bigger than our stomachs, but thankfully Moonshine is open later than other BBQ restaurants on the Northside of Seattle. We started with Poutine w/Brisket and Fried Ribs, and then the Family meal of BBQ with Sweet Potatoe Fries and Colard Greens. Rounding it out we also ordered a side of Mac-n-Cheese and Fried Jalapeños (not on the menu, but you can order them).Everything was good, and we have enough leftovers for entire second meal. The Fried Ribs was my favorite, and the Colard Greems were next best (IMO). Staff was very friendly, and everything were ordered was brought to us quickly.“
“Really nice place. Had the Alfredo Linguine, was very good. Prices on par with quality. Will definitely be back now that they have the absolute best bartender ever in Ali. She's always incredible. Very personable, friendly and full of drinkology knowledge.“
“Wanted to grab a decent breakfast before heading into work. Found this place on google maps and saw they had gluten free French toast. My friend has gluten allergies so based on that we came here.I am blown away by the food! Everything was not only delicious, the portions were huge for the price! I had the Peter bowl, my friend had the gluten free French toast, and my husband had the banana Nutella crepes. If you are a fan of breakfast and in the area, you are doing yourself a disservice by NOT Coming here! Definitely come here and get yourself some A-Mazing food!Update: we ate here again for breakfast and they food was still delicious!!“
“Cute little place with a varied menu of burgers and sandwiches with vegetarian & vegan options.Mushroom and Swiss veggie burger was very good. Sides are fairly large portions but adds ~$5 to your order.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian menu“
“I could easily eat here daily. Cheap, quality, food and fast service. What more can you ask? It’s like a condensed 5 Guys…but with a simple no changes style menu. You pick, you order, you eat! The lines can get long in the evening…but there is plenty of parking.“
“Next Level Burger is located within a Whole Foods building, creating a lively and bustling atmosphere. While the ambiance can be a bit noisy with many people coming and going, I personally enjoy the energetic vibe.We tried the Ghost Pepper Popper Burger and the Fire Chik'n Burger. Despite being labeled as spicy on the menu, they were actually quite mild in reality. However, the French fries were excellent. It's worth noting that the portion sizes are smaller compared to traditional restaurants, but the prices are also lower, which is a plus. I appreciate that everything is vegan, so I can order without hesitation. My wife particularly enjoyed the mint chocolate shake.Would I return? Probably not. The service was surprisingly fast, and the place was kept clean despite the high foot traffic. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I'm not compelled to visit again.I left the place with wanting more food, would rate it a 3.5“
“The service was absolutely fantastic. They really care about how you are doing while you dine. Robust and bustling atmosphere. We had a table in the bar area. Our experience was comfortable and fun. Although some of the food could have been better, the experience was nice. The house chips they make are not good and the burgers were better years ago.“
“If you live in Ballard and want that sports bar where everyone knows your name, this is the place for you. Best staff, great food, amazing atmosphere especially when the Huskies or Seahawks are playing. Best neighborhood bar in Seattle by far.“
“What an amazing location! Everyone is so upbeat and personable. The lines aren’t as long as downtown. Makes for a great place to sit and eat without feeling rushed to leave the parking lot.Parking: If parking is full, just wait a few minutes and someone will leave usually within two minutesWheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access“
“Decent food, atmosphere, etc. The real star here is the service; it's always good, unreasonably good (not a complaint). They're quick, attentive, pleasant, and overall just nice to deal with. No idea why or how, but I'd hire their entire team for a higher end spot.Good place to stop after a fishing trip, or boat work at the nearby marinas.“
“First time trying. Excellent burger! I got the double char burger lettuce wrapped it was filling and amazing. The fries are really great too. The onion rings are great too Super crunchy and sweet onion. Didn’t think I’d find a burger place better than burger master or equal to. Sorry I didn’t take a pic of the fries or onion rings ate it so fast. order both it’s worth it!Came back next day got double char burger with cheese and pineapple and teriyaki it was amazing! Shakes are definitely top shakes in the PNW. My shake is almost gone.“
“The staff here are really friendly. They were able to customize the sandwiches to our preferences. We ordered the grilled salmon and the blackened salmon sandwiches along with a side of fries. Both sandwiches were fantastic. The buns were toasted, the salmon was cooked just right, and the fries were fresh and crunchy. The sauce that comes with the blackened sandwich was also good. The whole meal was priced reasonably. I highly recommend coming here for the fish sandwiches.“
“This is a place to go for classic well-made American classics. My truck was getting work done next door so I stopped here for a quick bite. The corn dog did not disappoint and from what I saw, the double bacon cheeseburger is super popular. Will have to try that one next time I am in the mood for another trip down memory lane.“
“This place is a typical sports bar in a college town. Cheap drinks with a drink/beer of the day, decently priced bar food, pool tables, and games on every screen. The first bartender was friendly and checked in on us multiple times. We definitely came early enough to beat the rush on a Friday night!“
“I've been here too many times to count. It would be a random Tuesday and I would turn to my partner and be like "Hey you want some crack?" And he would know. Lil' Woodys milkshake and fries. Yes please. The burgers are also great, but I love a giant basket of well made fries.I came here with a friend with a service dog at one point and they were very professional about it. They don't allow dogs inside but, of course, she was allowed to bring hers in.I also brought any visitors to Seattle here. It's a great place to chill and eat.“
“This is my kind of dive bar! Very good diner food.I love a great dive and they're almost impossible to find in Seattle anymore. The omelettes are fantastic and they pour rocket fuel drinks.I love this place.Be sure to bring your teetotaling vegan friends!(1/24 edit:) The Great Dane Burger is a bit intimidating... and fantastic. Easily the best burger value in the Seattle area.Vegetarian options: Bring all your vegan friends!“
“Always Welcoming, a regular from the Hood, I really like the inclusive head nod & smile. I appreciate great service, from utensils & pretty good coffee, Just fussy about my coffee ?. They are consistently good. I think there's even clubs that meet up. About Pricing, not a problem & appropriate ?.“
