Update: It's the holiday season and the gift of giving is in the air. I saw a homeless person pulling an old used piece of luggage 🧳 into the Burgermaster building. I decided to go in and pay for her meal. When I gave her money, the homeless person said that the staff there is giving her the meal for free. Such kindness. I told her to keep the money for her next meal. When my food was brought to my car by the waitress and manager, they also brought a gift card for my next meal. Such kindness and generosity. May everyone be touched with kindness and generosity as I did during this holiday season. Our community is richer with establishments like Burgermaster.

“This Red Robin staff deserves 10 stars! My wife and I took our little one here and as the host was helping us out at the front counter she got sick and made a mess. The front end staff went over the top helping us out with cleaning up and helping out in the restroom providing coms between parents outside during cleanup. Helped us order a take out and made sure our takeout order was super put together! I didn’t catch the names of the individuals helping out but it was two younger staff members working 5/19 at around 7:30-8pm. You all are the best and we appreciate you very much. Also thanks for the balloon to help the little one smile!“

“I only recently heard about Habit Burger, and this was my first visit. The setup and atmosphere felt similar to a Burger King, or some similar nicer fast food place. The menu was short and direct, which made it very easy to read through and decide without feeling overwhelmed. I got a double patty Charburger, and it was VERY good. Not exactly a gourmet burger, but a much nicer burger than your average fast food version. I did not order any fries or drink as I wasn't very hungry. Total came to $9.15 including tax. For what I needed it hit the spot, but if going back for dinner I will make sure to get fries too to make it more filling. And yes, I will definitely be coming back again. My coworker, who recommended the place swears by their salads. I will be trying one in the near future.“

“I noticed today the letter from the owner. Due to increasing insurance costs and vandalism- prices are reflecting the cost of the food being served.

I do like the food here, but something seems a bit off.

You expect a tip on top of a service charge when you do not have a person taking orders. You have a robot do that (touchscreen). You also have your employees ready the food at the end of the counter, and not bring it to the table for dine-in.

It's very odd you are footing the bill on your customers when it comes to vandalism. I'm sorry your business is dealing with this- I walk past here a lot and do not remember you ever having a gate, and the front door and glass have looked the same as long as I've been by. Maybe I'm not noticing? The bathrooms have a lot of graffiti, but that is easily maintained through painting every so often. If you're terribly worried- most seattle businesses are covered in stickers or graffiti. You should be focusing on other areas of cleanliness, and functionality of the business. The soda dispenser looks like a nightmare. You could rid the shop of it, and just focus on clean running water and an ice dispenser. Smart to have cold soda in the front fridge.

Would love to see prices for food come down someday. I really like your fries.

Update: Every time i've come in to get a meal, the coleslaw is either frozen and it smells off, or it's simply not doing well past the day you make it. Thankfully every worker you have will remake my coleslaw fresh, but please try to make all slaw day of if you can. Or made to order? It always smells and looks absolutely inedible unless it is fresh.“
