The owner is absolutely wonderful—she’s so kind, personable, and always makes you feel welcome. If you’re looking for a great teriyaki place, I highly recommend this spot. “Not sure how this place doesn't have more reviews, but I'm glad I stumbled upon this. Got a honey black milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. Was super surprised that they do not add on extra for boba and other toppings. Usually I'm looking at $8-9 for mid-tier boba around seattle. This place? It's $6.50 freaking dollars for great milk teas. What a steal. Will definitely be back. Also has a pretty nice outdoorsy vibe to do work, so great for if you're remote/teleworking.“

“I have tried so many bubble tea cafes but this one is best,I love this place.“

“I recently went to Ding Tea and was so impressed. The team was so welcoming and they were so patient while I took my time to choose what I wanted from their wide variety of drinks. I tried the Rose Milk Tea with Boba and it was 10/10! My boyfriend got the Monster Bubble Tea which was also DELICIOUS! I also really love the vibe of the shop, it is so clean and classy. If you’re a true bubble tea lover, you need to check this spot out.“

“I got 4 teas taro/boba matcha/ice cream and the strawberry and mango yogurt popping boba which came out to be about 30 dollars. I usually stick to the taro matcha combo but the mango yogurt popping boba would be a next runner up. Also super timely and understanding staff“

“I use to get food from Janbo all the time, they have moved further away😢 I am going to get my son’s to take me!“

“I usually came in for Poke, but finally decided to try out this boba place. Doanh was so friendly and she recommended White Peach Oolong for me since I'm a big fan of Oolong. It's nice to try out something new and unique that other boba places don't have.“

“Good Food and the attention is great“

“This is the BEST boba spot ever!! Every time I come here, I have an amazing experience. The drinks are always fresh, the shop is always clean and tidy, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greet you with a smile. Their customer service is truly outstanding!

My favorite drink is the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk with Boba, and it is absolutely AMAZING! It's rich, creamy, perfectly sweet, and easily one of the best boba drinks I've ever had. I seriously love it! I also tried the Chocolate Bubble Waffle, and it was delicious—soft, warm, fluffy, and full of flavor. It paired perfectly with my drink.

The service is always fast, even when they're busy, and the quality never disappoints. Every visit leaves me impressed, and it's clear they take pride in what they do.

I 1000% recommend this place to anyone looking for incredible boba, delicious desserts, and amazing customer service. Once you try it, you'll definitely want to come back again and again!“

“So glad this place got new ownership. If you have not tried this place do it. I got the Beef Yakisoba and minus the green peppers and zucchini Soooo Good. Portion was big and worth the price. Meat delicious, flavor delicious and will definitely be coming back.“

“Such a great local spot. The latte was smooth, balanced, and made with care not just rushed out. The vibe here is super calm and peaceful, making it an easy place to reset. On top of that, the staff was genuinely warm and friendly. Definitely coming back!“

“We had such a lovely experience at Pho Smile! The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the service was warm and friendly. I especially appreciate that they’re open until midnight, so I can enjoy a good meal after work.
I was worried my little one might get restless, so I asked if they could put something on the TV and said even music videos would be fine. They kindly put on cartoons for her instead, and she absolutely loved them! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our meal even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Best Tea place in town! Go get the bubble waffle w puff cream! The matcha mango & milk teas are amazing. I love their jasmine green tea. they sometimes have special teas like oolong or okinawa as well. Really nice staff & fun atmosphere.“

“Friendly service great food and good portion“

“We both got Chicken Yakisoba, pretty good with a great portion and rice. One of us got the sparkling Aloe-ade with jellies off the side board, was fun. Very nice to sit inside with great plants all around. The service was kind and attentive too.“

“Small, but mighty. It's a tiny place with just a couple of young folks serving/prepping/cashiering, but they are always hustling about with smiles on their faces. Between making online/doordash orders and serving customers in store including many of the nearby EvCC students, this is clearly a loved local favorite. The raw fish and veggies are always fresh and flavorful. I've never gotten ill or received anything that was bad, and I've eaten here many times. The sushi burritos are awesome. There's takoyaki, fresh fried tempura, beautiful bowls with your choice of goodies, and really really good bubble teas. I suppose it's a little pricey comparitively (but everything is more expensive now) and only a few bucks more than something like fast food and you get much, much better quality. It's absolutely worth the money in my opinion. I would highly recommend anyone to try it if they like sushi foods. If you haven't eaten here, you'd be missing out.“

“The taste that you dont wanna miss!“

“My favorite teriyaki in the area. Great location. Great food. Great people working.“
