Our omakase experience at Suzuki was absolutely incredible. Of course, the food was amazing, but what made it truly special was the entire experience, from the service to the atmosphere.

Everyone who served us, including the chefs, was so kind, warm, and genuinely happy to be there. You could really feel the positive energy and strong bond among the staff, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.

Each dish was beautifully presented and came with thoughtful explanations, adding so much depth to the meal. It was a feast not just for the taste buds, but also for the eyes and ears. The ambiance was simply perfect.

Without a doubt, it was the best birthday dinner I’ve ever had.

“Sushi Today is amazing. I used Grubhub to order from them, which was a mistake. Long story short, I never got my food. One of the team members called me to see if I got my food which I said no and they were so kind and gracious, they told me exactly what to do with GrubHub so that I could get my order.

I had my order within 10/15 minutes of that phone call. There was a sweet apology note which was completely unneeded. And most importantly their food was so good so delicious I will be back and I will be ordering directly from their restaurant.“

“We will be back! Some of the freshest sushi we have had in a while in the south end. Reasonably priced and good portions. Service was super friendly and so fast. Food came out very quickly. We were checked in on multiple times.
Right when we sat we were offered a warm cloth and complimentary miso soup.
Rainbow roll had very fresh fish on top, Jumping Ebi had great texture , Monkey Brain had a lot of avocado, and the Spicy Tuna wasn’t overly seasoned and had good flavor.“

“My wife and I absolutely LOVE this place! It is smaller and quieter than most sushi spots in Bellevue/Seattle but it is by far our favorite. We have ordered a variety of their rolls and dishes but we now have out usual order of:

Caterpillar Roll
Yellowtail Tataki

It is such a hidden gem and don’t be fooled by the “fancier” places around. This is our go to sushi spot. We are unfortunately moving out of the Bellevue area but will still try to come back at least every other week. That’s how much we love this place. The service is also kind and welcoming. “This used to be a excellent beer bar serving amazing beer with mediocre food. Then it changed owners and they started serving solid sushi and still serving amazing beer. They changed chefs earlier this year and they are one of the best sushi restaurants who happens to serve amazing beer. They do sell out of specialty dishes (e g., Ankimo: monkfish liver pate) which is how it should be for delicasies.“

“BEST sushi around! New sushi bar in Kent next to McClendon’s Hardware (in former Save-U-More) FRESH fish and all the flavors were in point. Rice was PERFECT. We enjoyed 4 long rolls and they were LONG ( 10 pieces). Great owners and very welcoming. They are set up for large platters, in door seating (with Karaoke). Nice, new decor and restaurant.“

The only reason I’m putting 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered the “house sake cold” for $10, and when the bill came, they had charged us for a $30 bottle of sake. When we asked about it, they said they don’t have cold house sake. Could have sworn it was on the menu. They insisted it isn’t… and honestly we didn’t like the sake anyway. But we still had to pay $30. We will still go back! It’s just good to know.“

“A nice little spot for some delicious sushi in downtown Kirkland. Walked in on Friday evening and were seated really quickly. The staff was welcoming and friendly in a down to Earth way. Our table was clean and comfortable. Great variety on the menu; I was able to order non-sushi items for myself and daughter while my friends found some great looking sushi plates. My chicken Katsu was crispy and cooked perfectly, and included a fresh salad and a cup of miso soup, which was very tasty. We tried the potato-ball/squid dish (I can't recall the name) and it was VERY good!!! Great on a cold evening to warm you up. Prices seemed fair and our waitress was very helpful and friendly. “My husband and I found this little hidden gem while we were heading home from spending the afternoon at the lake. The restaurant is located in a downtown area with cute quaint shops and eateries. There is a decent amount of parking in the lot right next to the building. We came here on a Tuesday evening which apparently is one of their slowest days of the week. The owner is a very kind Japanese man who also made our sushi. We ordered the Seattle roll, five color fish roll, a few types of nigiri sushi and the hamachi sashimi combo. However, prior to our meal, the chef/owner gave us each a small garden salad as an appetizer. Everything tasted very fresh and delicious. As if that wasn't enough, upon clearing our table after our meal, the chef/owner gave us a few complimentary slices of watermelon to help cleanse the pallet. The ambiance was very clean and cozy with a good amount of seating to accommodate many customers. The prices are very reasonable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and look forward to coming when whenever we are in the area.“

“If I could give Kobe more than 5 stars, I would. Every dish we tried was outstanding. The White Dragon Roll was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The Hot Pot Bibimbop arrived sizzling with perfectly balanced spices. The Teriyaki Chicken with Yakisoba was pure comfort food, and the Chicken and Dumplings were rich and satisfying.

For dessert we shared the chocolate ice cream, which turned out to be Oreo cookie ice cream—a great surprise and an even better value.

The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and it is clear the staff works as a team. The ambience is calming and makes it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.

“One of the best sushi conveyor places in the area, although I will admit I'm biased because they have a lot of different salmon rolls and I LOVE salmon! The seared garlic salmon roll is one of my top favorites, and I'll go here just for it, haha. But they also do nice eel, scallop, and other rolls and nigiri, so if you want something basic, or a bit different, it's great. Also a good selection of sides and desserts.“
