“I’ve known both of the owners since high school and I’m so proud of them for their success! It’s fully deserved. The food here is the best I’ve had in Spokane hands down. I haven’t had a single item that I didn’t love! They work so hard to bring only the best to your plate. Highly recommended!!! They are kind and caring people and it shows.“

“We’ve been in before, but it’s been years. I don’t know why we wait so long before coming in again. We are always greeted with the nicest staff and the best food/milkshakes! My sister and I went in today and shared the daily deal. It was enough food for both of us to split, they even put it on separate plates and cut the burger for us! The food was incredible, flavorful and my favorite? Not greasy!! Yes there is grease to a point since it’s a burger and fries, but there isn’t grease dripping down my fingers when I take a bite and making me feel sick. I genuinely feel good after eating their food. It’s a friendly environment, I like the old time feel. Definitely recommend and will be back. Ooh they also donated ice cream to the deaconess NICU reunion 💙“

“Stopped in for lunch and we ordered the shrimp po’ boy sandwich, impossible smash burger, brussel sprouts, and fried pickles. Everything was soo good. Atmosphere was laid back with lots of great furniture and decor. The staff were great and attentive and didn’t let our drinks run dry. Can’t wait to come back!“

“My kids and I went there this morning and it was PACKED. The kids were hungry and I told them, let's wait it out and see, usually when there is. a lot of people it means it's good. There were a few other folks who told us it was worth the wait as well. We finally get seated and order. We got our food and my kids ate nearly EVERYTHING on their plates and said it was definitely worth the wait, and that we HAVE to come back every weekend. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the food, staff, service and other customers 😁“

“We have had several “Watch Parties” for the Zags Women's Basketball Club to cheer on our amazing Gonzaga Ladies’ team. Trevor, Crystal and staff provide excellent service, food and drinks in a fun atmosphere! We look forward to every event (and a long season 😃)! There are big screen TVs surrounding the entire interior of 24 Taps. It's a great place to get together! A big THANK YOU to Trevor and crew for everything you do for so many! ❤️🏀💙 Go, Zags!“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“Shout out to our server last night, Rose! What a DOLL! We were in a group of 6 waiting for the Sleep Token show, and she was a DELIGHT! She took the time to learn all of our names, remembered our many, MANY different drink and food orders between all of us, and was so pleasant and lovely the whole time. She looked out for us and recommended the time to order food and still get into the show in time, since the kitchen was so busy. She’s amazing, and we all adored her!“

“LET ME TELL YOU WHAT.. I'm from the other side of the state and had never heard of zips so I swung in. Took all the employees recommendations. Now I'm big time mad that there isn't a zips near home. Sooo good. Definitely not cheap but where is anymore. The employee was so kind and was perfect at her job. My food, so fresh and hot. I got the buster meal with a huckleberry pie milkshake and frys with fry sauce. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. I'll probably be back before I leave town“

“The employees there were so amazing. We went right after a concert. They were very close to closing and still had smiles on their faces and were more accommodating than they should have been at almost midnight lol. The food was also amazing. The customer service here is the best I have seen from almost any restaurant. The management and staff at this location deserve accolades for the culture they have created which is pretty much non-existent in today's world, especially at 11:50pm or so, 10 minutes before closing. Thank you“

“Just went to the a&w/kfc in airway. I gotta say I’m pretty happy. Got the 2 for 6$. I got a huge burger and onions rings. Great deal, taste good. Gonna be hitting this place up instead of “McDonalds” that just charges WAY! to much anymore and the burgers get smaller every time I come in.“

“the toothless lady cook yelled at a teenager was very rude and scolded her in front of me after the girl was very polite and doing a great job. no wonder they are hiring for all positions. That toothless cook needs a talk on how to not break down minors at work and be supportive. shame on your management for watching it happen and not saying a word. The red bearded guy that was rude as well.“
