“My girlfriend and I have eaten here at the Orting Subway for the past few months and its been a very enjoyable experience. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, the food is always fresh and delicious, and there's nice booths to eat your food at. We always leave feeling full.“

“I got an Uber eats order from here the other day, and I messed up my order. Im allergic to onions but my partner loves them. I put no onion on the wrong sandwhich. I called and spoke to a really sweet gal who said she would make sure to correct it for me. Normally I struggle asking for no onion, most places still put it on even if I call. This was not that experience. Both our sandwiches were perfect and I couldn't be happier. So nice on the phone and total follow through. I wish I knew her name for this shout out!“

“On two occassions I arrived at the Sumner location about five minutes from their posted closing time, once on a Thursday night and the second on a Friday evening after a high school basketball game. The open sign and interior lights were on but when I entered the manager said it was too late to order even though it was before their posted closing time. Very rude manager who cared nothing about his customers and solely about getting out of there. Unlike any other Jimmy John's I have gone too.“

My son has been trying to sell discount cards for football and they were not only kind enough to let him sell them to patrons outside but offered us cold drink refills on a hot day. “Sat before St. Patrick's Day. The place was BUSY. The place was CLEAN. Each person in line had atleast 2 orders. The guys back there were doing an amazing job keeping the line going. They were fast, friendly and got all orders correct and even asked if all were meals for an extra up-sale.Pricing is a little steep. Over $30 for 2 footlong and 1 half sandwich with just cheese and meat. Otherwise a great experience!Keep up the great work! These guys deserve a raise! :)“

“We've been going to this Subway for over a year now so I felt like they deserved a shout out. We order our sandwiches in advance on the app about once a month. The sandwich artists have always been on top of it & we've never had any complaints. The sandwiches are always done properly.

The staff has always been polite & the restaurant is clean.“
