“Had the jjamjjamyun and husband had the jjajangmyun and sweet & sour pork combo. Food was not overly seasoned and just the right amount of spiciness in the soup. The pork is made with sweet rice flour, so it gives it more of a chewy texture which is a nice change. We went in between lunch and dinner time, so it was nice and quiet. The staff was so friendly and nice, while being very prompt. I'll definitely be back!“

“I got the duck and BBQ pork lunch combo. First, the sauce they put on it is fabulous. The pork was actually my favorite. I’d never had Chinese BBQ duck before and it’s a little too fatty for me. The cabbage that comes with is very flavorful but it was cold. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be but it just surprised me.
There is extremely limited indoor seating. I’m talking 4 or 5 tables. And they serve everything in to-go containers.“

The servers were very polite and accommodating (even though it was basically closing time)

We had two spicy mala noodles, two dan dan noodles, two orders sweet and spicy garlic chili pan fried chicken wontons, and hot & sour chicken wontons, oh and a green onion pancake.

Everything was so good as always and they even gave complimentary pork and crab soup dumplings.which reminds me

“They need to do something about the flies. I don’t like trying to eat my dinner inside a restaurant fighting off flies. Years ago I didn’t have to pay for tea it came with your meal free. The wonton soup has no vegetables except onions. It has gone downhill over the years and it is very disappointing because they used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. The cost has gone way up and the quality has gone way down for the amount you get!“

“Locally owned by a Chinese couple for many years. In my opinion they sell the best fried rice and pork buns in the state. The buns are always fresh and warm and so delicious. I've had fried rice from easily a hundred different restaurants in both the USA and Japan and their fried rice is still one of my faves. Good ratio of rice to other ingredients, generous amount of meat, and not too oily.“

Not a giant menu of dimsum (which usually comes in 3 pieces) but each order is 8 pieces. The bun looks really good too. Always better to go in a bigger group to share. “I’ve been in Washington for ten years and this is the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever had here. I live in pierce county and I make the trip every other week. They are always pleasant. The food is consistently delicious. I do takeout and when I get home the food is still hot. The green pepper beef, prawn fried rice, crispy chili chicken wing, fried pork wonton and the wor ton soup are my favorites. I am very pleased with them. When a Chinese restaurant serve real hot mustard (not that packaged stuff) you know they’re good. They definitely reminded me of the yummy Chinese food on the east coast.“

The salad was good, and the dressing was a little different from other Teriyaki spots I've been to, but good. The portion size was decent, and the rice was excellent.

My friend had Chicken Teriyaki, and he said it was excellent. If I was in the area and wanted Teriyaki, I would consider coming back.“

“This is our go to spot for teriyaki in Auburn. The staff are so kind and efficient, their cook is super consistent, and their portions kick ass!! My wife always gets tofu+vegetable yakisoba and has never had a problem with cross contamination (not something we can always say about every place, she has some dietary/food restrictions equating to vegan). We had a fantastic experience at Peking Garden. The portions were very generous and the prices were extremely reasonable, which is getting harder to find these days. Every dish came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor.

The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and attentive, and you could tell everyone took pride in making sure customers had a great meal. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up leaving a tip not only for our wait staff, but also for both chefs in the kitchen.

If you're looking for delicious Chinese food, large portions, and great value, Peking Garden in Sumner is definitely worth a visit. We left full and very happy with the entire experience. Highly recommended! 🍜🥢⭐“

My uncle’s spicy Ramen noodle soup had just the right amount of heat and their substitutions for rice is amazing. I did have to pay a little more, but, the chicken teriyaki is to jump over the moon for. Everything is cooked to perfection and savory. Vegetables for crunchy and you can taste the seasoning and each vegetable didn’t have the same note.
The Gyoza, while fried, was not dry or soggy.
presentation was excellent. Owners are very accommodating. I recommend if you want quick good food, a quiet atmosphere and attentive service. For the amount of food you’re getting and quality you can’t beat this place.🙂 10 out of 10 recommend.“
