“I don’t ever leave reviews on Google, but I almost cried because this was some of the best food I’ve ever had. We are vegan and the options were phenomenal. All super fresh. Not mushy like some places. Crunchy freshly cooked veggies (but not raw) and immense flavors. The staff was super helpful and attentive. This is my new comfort food. We got the aloo baingan, bhindi masala, and aloo flatbread. The server also suggested some naturally vegan starters for next time and I can’t wait to try them. We will absolutely be back over and over.“

“This was a great little dinner spot that I found by chance. It was a little loud but the food was really good. The drinks were great too. Walked out with 3 drinks, app, 2 entrees, and one dessert for around $200. It was a treat for us but probably not something we could have often. The staff were super nice and attentive.“

“Came across this place on Friday evening after doom scrolling for some late night grub.The restaurant is clean and I immediately felt at home with the smell of comfort food. I was greeted first thing when I walked in the door even with a line ahead of me. Of course I had the hot catfish dinner with fries. My food was freshly prepared and hot! “Had dinner tonight with my husband, mother in law and son, food was delicious per usual. always so fresh and perfectly seasoned. Our server Jessica was so sweet and made sure everything was perfect. I got the mild combo it with clams shrimp and crawfish, and it was the perfect spice. My husband got combo A in medium and it was perfect for him. My mother in law got lobster and shrimp and loved it.“

“If you go with a group and plan on splitting the check, make sure you have cash or Venmo. This isn't cart Dim Sum. They have a QR code on the table that you will use your phone to order from. As a table, you can all select your dishes and order. Once you are ready, you submit your order. They only accept one credit card for a tab.The dishes were excellent and rival the Dim Sum spots in Renton, Bellevue, and the International District. “Let me start by saying Fnu Alvian was an excellent server at Zesty. He stopped constantly to make sure my fiancé and I needed anything. The food over all was so delicious , just the wings weren’t what I was expecting. This is a great place for a date night, birthday celebration or family night! “The interior was beautiful. It was cozy and you could tell they put a lot of work into the tiny details (there was some beautiful woodwork). Not only was the ambience great, but they also really took in to account sound, you couldn't hear other tables and didn't have to talk over music. The food was an experience! I believe they're still in beginnings, but they didn't disappoint. Served with beautiful plating, the sight was just as much a part of the experience as the taste. We went with the Zabutan which was amazing. Normally we consider sauce on steak sacrilegious--but the sauces that came on the side were also so delicious and complimented the steak perfectly. The prices were typical for this type of restaurant. in Lakewood, this is the first really nice date spot we've had since moving here. So I think some folks aren't used to the price point, which has lead to some not as great yelp reviews. But we felt pricing was on point. We'll be back again for a date night for sure.“

“I wish I would have taken photos! We ordered pickup and when we went in it was such a cool place! Such an awesome idea. We have had a hard time finding a really good burger especially since we’re super picky but after walking by it a few days ago and seeing how fun it looked I decided to try. My hubby ordered the pepper jack burger and I ordered the lamb. We were surprised how hefty it was when we took the burgers out and everything looked so fresh. The cheese was perfectly melted into the patty of the pepper jack burger and the patty’s were really good size. I was surprised how great the lamb burger was. I’ve had a few but this one was super flavorful and even a bit spicy. It is a place I’ll definitely be taking my son since the first two tables have large screens with two controllers so you can actually play different games. It is definitely a great place to try!“

“Came here unexpectedly after the first restaurant we wanted to go to was closed for Easter. We got the Szechuan dumplings, Mongolian beef, honey walnut prawns, beef fried rice, and orange chicken. Everything was fantastic! The employee asked if we were sure we had enough rice, we should have gotten more because it was so freakin good. They are in four different Pierce County locations Tuesday-Friday 11:00 am -- 2:00 pm Tuesday -- Milton; Wednesday -- Sterino Farms (Puyallup); Thursday -- Edgewood; and Friday in Sumner. I try to schedule appointments in Puyallup on Wednesday so I can have an excuse to swing by Sterino Farms to shop for fresh produce and eat fish & chips! There is a covered eating area at Sterino Farms. Not only is the food delicious but there is a feeling of genuine hospitality. They take the time to ask how your day is going and chat for a few seconds. I rarely spend money on drinks, but I do recommend the lemonade -- it's really, really good! Edit: there is ALWAYS a line! Wait times are long. I almost always go to the Puyallup location. I've been to Sumner once and the line was reasonable. I've yet to discover the "best time" to go.“
