“I have eaten here multiple times over the last 20 years . It is the one restaurant in PT that has kept its menu up with the times. The Silverwater rarely disappoints. Be prepared to spend at least $30 per person (coffee, no drinks) plus tax and gratuity for a meal.”

“Our son recently got married in lovely Pt. Townsend. We needed to host 30 people for the groom's dinner. There are not many places in town that can accommodate that large of a crowd. However Jason was willing to offer our group his entire front room for this event. Being from out of town everything was arranged through one phone call and text messages. Jason recommended a family style dinner with three entrees, 4 appetizers and two additional sides. The food was amazing, the service was delightful, everyone was comfortable and well fed. I can't recommend this restaurant enough for the wonderful experience it gave us and fond memories for the newlyweds. This was quite a place for a destination wedding and our flawless experience with Jason made it even better. My only wish is he owned another one in Minneapolis, then maybe he'd be a Vikings fan!”

“Came for morning coffee while visiting Port Townsend. Great location and view…if you can get a seat! It was super crowded and we ended up at a tiny table in a dark hallway by the entrance. People were constantly coming in and out, leaving the door open so we were cold. The coffee and muffin were excellent but I wish we could’ve been inside.”

“Last week we had a very delicious lunch for 4. I had the Braised Beef sandwich, my wife had the Kale salad, our friends had the French Onion Soup and Chicken Bacon Pot Pie. ALL of these were absolutely wonderful! The staff were all very friendly, answered all the questions, and made great recommendations. We will most definitely come back for another meal! The dishes are delicious, and the spiciness on-target with our regular requests of 4 (pleasantly spicy) to negative 2 (not spicy at all). The servers are always friendly and helpful. Some of our favorite dishes are Golden Cashew, Rama, Massamun Curry, and Mango Ginger Duck.”

“This lovely small hotel right in the heart of Port Townsend. I walked to restaurants, the Saturday Farmers Market, and shops. The deck off the waterfront room was sunny and peaceful - perfect to enjoy morning coffee. Self check-in worked great, and the room was well stocked with everything I needed. Will definitely return when I'm in PT!Note that the hotel was beautifully renovated in 2018, so older reviews (especially ones about food from the now-closed restaurant below) don't reflect the current experience.”

“We stayed at the Marina RV Park for the weekend and decided to walk on over the night we got in. We had the BEST food and service, we loved it so much that we came back with some friends the next day for lunch. This place has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants, we will be back anytime we’re in Port Townsend. We were talking about that Prime Rib & Cheddar for the rest of the day and into the morning 😆🤤”
