Starbucks in Puyallup

“Hi there the only thing I don't like what they do is when I give him my money and then they talk to you and say do you want your change back of course I want my change back that's my money you should not put people in a place with a question like that“

“Excellent service and drinks. Easy to swing in and get revved up. Close to many other restaurants also.

Parking: There are a few spots up front. But it's in a strip mall area, so more parking is available with a short walk.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. My sister and I drive extra to come here because the lobby is so nice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I dropped my drink today, and they helped me clean it up quickly and replaced it for no extra charge!“

“The server around 9:30 am was great. she was very good in her job. We ordered a 2 dry Venti Cappuccino , 1 cappuccino with 3organic sugar and 1 cheese danish.
Who ever taking our order she was a great listener today. 10/19/2024, I should get her name.. Kudos to you all. Happy to come back!“

“Stopped by this Starbucks with my husband last night before leaving town & had some of the BEST coffee and service from a Barista named Kelsen. “On 1/20/23, I decided to stop by Starbucks to purchase a tall Pistachio Latte with heavy cream to keep warm while grocery shopping. Service was excellent. I like this location. It has a good amount of seating and privacy. Some seats are set up by the window for a great view and also has a fireplace ? to keep warm while you work, relax or enjoy your drink and/or food.The place is kept clean and they stock a wide range of Starbucks merchandise.“

“I recently moved to the Puyallup area and as a real estate agent I find myself working on the go. This is a great place to stop and get some desk work done before I get home.

The place is always super clean on entry, no matter how busy it is - Including the bathrooms. The service is top notch and staff is friendly, and I can always find a place to sit. Not to mention my coffees have been great! I typically order a couple of shots of espresso with cream, and at most Starbucks it's a 50-50 chance on it being good or too bitter. These guys have made my drinks great every single time... I'm really impressed and thankful to have this space near my home.“

“This location is on my way in to work so I often go through the drive thru to pick up my mobile orders. I’ve been coming here well over 7 years, I’ve never had any issues and everyone has always been kind. That’s to be expected, right?
Well, this past week I’ve had the pleasure of Hailee taking care of me twice at the drive thru window. She’s a little ray of sunshine! The absolute BEST!! While waiting for my order she was chatting me up like we were old friends with a sincerity that you could feel. I work in the service industry and Hailee’s service is the kind that inspires you to make someone’s day a little better with simple acts of kindness. Her customer service, and positive energy are effortless and definitely contagious.“

“Friendly workers and I didn't have to wait more then a couple minuets they were super quick getting my order and I had 3 drinks for them to make so I was pleasantly surprised with the speedy customer service, and every drink was correct and super yummy.“

“I have had a lot of different Starbucks as my home base throughout my 25 years of drinking coffee, this one takes the cake!! Everyone always greets me and says bye with a positive attitude. The manager is always around and working as hard as the entire team. But besides the most delicious coffee, the customer service is absolutely superior to any other store.“

“Former Starbucks barista here, now hospital worker.. I love the baristas here, they do a great job! Sometimes the machines are “off” and the shots are a little funky but it’s not the baristas fault. Coffees are always built correctly and I can count on them being ready on my break when I mobile order. The prices are a little bit higher than a stand alone Starbucks but that’s the price we pay for the convenience offered.“

“This review is solely for, and earned by Allison. Not only did she know my drink when I walked in, she pivoted from making drinks to taking my order (by asking if I wanted my usual latte, and I don't come in that often), then went back to making the coffee drink. Small talk produced the fact that she's been doing this for 13 years, it shows. Allison, if you can find my previous review, you will know how much it means to have your expensive, guilty pleasure ($7), craft coffee made correctly. Instead of leaving a little grumpy that I wasted money on a poorly or incorrectly made drink, I left happy and enjoying my craft drink. BTW, I've shared my previous experiences with Starbucks Corporate, and all they wanted to do is offer me a refund or credit, all I want is a coffee made right. Genuinely - Thank you!“

“I love that the servers and so trustworthy. I love that if they do not know the answer, they will clearly tell you that they don't. I love that personally. Starbuck Serves the BEST Pink Cakepop and Coco Cakepop. It is My daughter and nephew's most favorite treat.“

“Alec was so incredibly sweet. My wife spilled her drink and he helped us clean it up and even remade it for us. We've always loved this Starbucks, we come here to brainstorm and relax on our free days. The people are always impossibly sweet and this is just a great example of why we always come back. Also the drinks are always made really well too! Thank you Hailey for remaking the drink and Alec for helping us out and turning what had been a really rough day into a better one!“

“I love the coffee I don't see how you don't like it but I live in Edgwood were a lot of things are cheeper than regular but the coffee and drinks are really good and I love it if you ever go or are in Edgwood were you are able to 'enjoy with out annoy'“
