“This is my almost daily Starbucks. I drive to Seattle every morning for work and seeing Jeremiah at the window brings me so much joy every morning. He is so full of life and makes my day better. Thank you to the whole team for great service and delicious drinks!“
“This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the Puyallup area. It's beautiful inside, very spacious. Always kept clean. I don't think I've ever gone there and not seen an employee wiping down tables or sweeping the floor.
There are a lot of places to sit, including probably the last comfortable chairs in all of Starbucks! Seriously, these leather chairs and the decision to keep them helps differentiate, and elevate, this store from all the others.The light fixture above the "family size" table is really cool. As is the roller coaster art by the front door. It does not feel cookie cutter or corporate. It's distinctive.
Every time I have gone the employees have been friendly and engaging. Every time. Last time I was there someone drew a smiley face on the lid of my cup. This used to be a commonplace practice but now it is a rarity. It's amazing how much a small gesture like that can make a big difference.
I typically don't use the drive through but it definitely gets a lot of traffic. I do use the parking lot and it is, uh, terrible. Much too small for this busy store. Both the overall parking lot and the individual parking spaces need to be enlarged.
In short, I actually enjoy going to this store. I go out of my way, and pass several other Starbucks, to visit here. It feels like a Starbucks of old. And I like that! I think you will as well.“
“The server around 9:30 am was great. she was very good in her job. We ordered a 2 dry Venti Cappuccino , 1 cappuccino with 3organic sugar and 1 cheese danish.

“On 1/20/23, I decided to stop by Starbucks to purchase a tall Pistachio Latte with heavy cream to keep warm while grocery shopping. Service was excellent. I like this location. It has a good amount of seating and privacy. Some seats are set up by the window for a great view and also has a fireplace ? to keep warm while you work, relax or enjoy your drink and/or food.The place is kept clean and they stock a wide range of Starbucks merchandise.“
“I’m not sure who did this but it was so dang sweet! I was so worried when switching job locations that I wouldn’t find a good coffee shop near my work. I am so pleasantly surprised that I found this Starbucks and that every single person that works in this location is the most genuinely sweet person ever. I’ve never had a bad food item. I’ve never had a bad coffee. Everything is always been fantastic and I couldn’t be happier.“
“I recently moved to the Puyallup area and as a real estate agent I find myself working on the go. This is a great place to stop and get some desk work done before I get home.
The place is always super clean on entry, no matter how busy it is - Including the bathrooms. The service is top notch and staff is friendly, and I can always find a place to sit. Not to mention my coffees have been great! I typically order a couple of shots of espresso with cream, and at most Starbucks it's a 50-50 chance on it being good or too bitter. These guys have made my drinks great every single time... I'm really impressed and thankful to have this space near my home.“

“I have had a lot of different Starbucks as my home base throughout my 25 years of drinking coffee, this one takes the cake!! Everyone always greets me and says bye with a positive attitude. The manager is always around and working as hard as the entire team. But besides the most delicious coffee, the customer service is absolutely superior to any other store.“
“I love that the servers and so trustworthy. I love that if they do not know the answer, they will clearly tell you that they don't. I love that personally. Starbuck Serves the BEST Pink Cakepop and Coco Cakepop. It is My daughter and nephew's most favorite treat.“
“Alec was so incredibly sweet. My wife spilled her drink and he helped us clean it up and even remade it for us. We've always loved this Starbucks, we come here to brainstorm and relax on our free days. The people are always impossibly sweet and this is just a great example of why we always come back. “They just recently redid their inside lobby and it’s fine but a little sterile. I prefer when they had the comfy chairs and it was more a place you wanted to stay for a long time not these uncomfortable new hardwood chairs they’re putting in everywhere“
“Nothing special just "meah". Offtimes the heated food could be handled with respect to how the final outcome will be. Sandwhich bread can come out tough. One thing I love is that they do not use those 'Gimme a tip BEFORE you even get the service' cash card readers at this location.“
“I love the coffee I don't see how you don't like it but I live in Edgwood were a lot of things are cheeper than regular but the coffee and drinks are really good and I love it if you ever go or are in Edgwood were you are able to 'enjoy with out annoy'“
“Excellent service and drinks. Easy to swing in and get revved up. Close to many other restaurants also.
Parking: There are a few spots up front. But it's in a strip mall area, so more parking is available with a short walk.“
