“Excellent service from Elizabeth! She was so friendly and attentive! I ordered brisket with mac & cheese and potato salad and my friend ordered the bacon & blues burger with a brisket add on and talk about mouth watering! We also ordered the fried pickle jar and highly recommend that appetizer! We saved our leftovers for the next day and it went just as hard! Amazing hospitality from this establishment and the vibe was so country it felt like we were back home in Texas! Don’t skip out on the banana pudding and a big thank you to management and the cooks who help keep the place running smooth!“

“We are from out of town and were looking for a little spot to grab a Bloody Mary before we start a long day of baseball. We stumbled this place and glad we did. Great service from Jacob, excellent Bloody Mary and delish hot puffs 🤤 We will definitely be back when we are in the area again!“

“We took two friends who'd were from out of state. They loved our favorite Kirkland restaurant!! The service is good and the food terrific. Not to mention a great cocktail list. The beautiful wooden bar adds a lovely atmosphere. Five star for sure!“

“If you’re near Woodenville, Washington definitely make plans to stop at McMenamins Anderson School in Bothel, Washington. It’s a former school tranformed into a unique Hotel Complex. There’s a movie theater, swimming pool, tiki lounge, restaurant, sports bar (the woodshed), a whisky shed and gift shop. Elanha was the hostess for the Woodshed and she spoiled us from the time we arrive until we left. Her Customer Service was Outstanding!! An Amazing, Fun Stay!!! You Won’t be Disappointed!! The Anderson School Location is also near Wine Tasting Country:) Have Fun!!“

“Rouge is easily one of the best craft cocktail bars on the Eastside. Every visit is a standout experience, thanks to Zeke and his talented team. The mixology here is on another level—each drink is crafted with creativity and precision, using high-quality ingredients and unique flavor combinations. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of laid-back and upscale, making it great for a night out with friends or a cozy date. If you’re into expertly made cocktails and a welcoming vibe, Rouge is a must-visit.“

“Very disciplined operation—they do a nice job of running the dinner and music in a well choreographed manner. I've always been impressed with the kitchen, the food doesn't get the credit it deserves. Excellent pork chop and chicken with bold flavoring done well. Service attentive, music comes off without a hitch. It's just a well run ship.“

“The atmosphere and service are great. The food itself is good but could be slightly adjusted.
We ordered a tonkatsu and gyudon.
The tonkatsu was cooked well but lacked a bit of sauce. Portion size is appropriate, and overall flavor was delicious.
The gyudon was a bit tough. The beef was a little bit thicker than standard and was a bit overcooked. The rice was a little dry, but we did come in late in the evening, so that's not a major surprise.
Overall, it's a good experience, and we'll try coming back, but a bit earlier in the day.“
