After all these years, it’s still one of those places I know I can count on for good food, good drinks, and a great atmosphere!“

“My wife and I have come here for the drinks and occasionally truffle pommes frites or some oysters, but this time we tried some of the other menu items for dinner. My wife got the Halibut (Chapter 6) and I got the Mushroom Pasta dish. (Chapter 5)

I asked Casey if he recommended the mushroom dish and he said it was one of his favorites. I'm not a foodie, so I don't get overly excited over food but let me tell you... It was so good that it prompted me to write a review about it. I actually felt an endorphin rush from eating it! My wife loved the halibut, (which I also tried) and I would say getting her to eat fish is usually a challenge unless her fisherman father prepares it!

I would recommend a Manhattan or Old Fashioned, which Casey also pointed me towards some new Rye to try. Fantastic as always!

I had placed an order for oysters but apparently they were forgotten, but I was so enamored with the mushroom dish that I didn't even care. Casey offered them to me on the house as he felt bad, which was a very nice gesture. I wasn't upset at all!

Now we would like to try all the other dishes, because if both meals were that good, how can they miss with anything else?

“For over 20 years we have enjoyed every meal on the menu. They are the only restaurant that I know that make their own pastas, sauces, bread, and desserts. What a difference that makes. Everything is fresh tasting and satisfying. The meatballs are so light and tasty, eat them slowly to enjoy every bite. Not only are their pastas and pizzas delicious so are their appetizers. I love how they roast their eggplant and they serve it in an incredibly rich tomato sauce with Gorgonzola on the side. Their steak is cooked to perfection with an amazing sauce, a grilled pepper, onion, and their incredible handcut shoestring fries that are to die for!! Enjoy“

“I made dinner reservations for my staff at A Stir after a conference in Seattle, though I was unable to attend myself—and I must say, I’m so bummed I missed it! The following Monday, I was greeted in the office by my entire team raving about how amazing the food and service were. Every dish was packed with flavor and crafted with quality. With team members who are gluten-free, it was crucial to find a restaurant that offered more than just a basic salad. A Stir exceeded expectations with a full menu of creative, nutritious dishes and an extensive selection of wine, cider, and gluten-free beer. On the morning of our reservation, I received a thoughtful email from the executive chef, Ton, with personalized recommendations. This added such a nice touch and made the experience even smoother for my team. Our reservation was at 6:15, and when my team arrived, dishes were freshly served, hot, and ready—a perfect way to unwind after a long few days at the conference. Dining at A Stir was the ideal way to close out their weekend, and I can’t wait to visit on my next trip to Seattle to experience it myself. “The owner is incredibly personable and is very involved with his restaurant. His staff is very attentive and have excellent customer service skills. I chose a faster made food, the Chicken Kabob (recommended by the owner) and there was nothing that made it feel rushed or made cheap even though the price was amazing for the amount of food that came about 10 mins after ordering. BEST DARN KABOB I'VE EVER HAD IN SEATTLE. I'm sad I didn't try this place out when I lived in the neighborhood 10 yrs ago. I'd be a lot fatter by now...“

“Tomatoes & Apricot Salad was delicious. Charred Octopus was excellent, though the potato salad was not spectacular. The Squid Salad was very good, though quite mild. The bowl of clams was tasty and quite nice. It would have been nice if the baguette had been gently warmed so that the delicious butter could have had a chance to meld a bit into the bread. The Burnt Basque Cheesecake is something I have enjoyed all over northern Spain. So, I have my favorites. This was very good. I have enjoyed slices more caramelized, fluffier, and taller, but this was very good. The Yuzu Marmalade was delicious. I would suggest hand polishing the wine glasses before serving. Dishwashers leave lipstick, specks of food and grease marks which are a 'turn-off'. Wines were good.“

“We celebrated our anniversary at 2120 and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Seattle. The cocktails alone are worth the visit. The Old Fashioned was phenomenal, but the true standout was the Tequila Pho cocktail. I’ve never had anything like it—it genuinely tasted like you were drinking a bowl of fresh pho in the best possible way. It may honestly be our new favorite cocktail ever. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The oysters were, without question, the best we’ve ever had, and we’ve tried oysters all over the country. The smoked salmon crudo was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. My oxtail pappardelle was rich, flavorful, and perfectly executed, while my wife absolutely loved the Thai coconut curry with scallops. To finish the evening, 2120 surprised us with an amazing anniversary dessert featuring warm donuts, fresh chocolate cream, and caramel sauce, along with a celebratory glass of champagne. It was a thoughtful touch that made an already memorable evening even more special. A huge thank you to our server, James, who made the entire experience exceptional with his outstanding service, attention to detail, and warm personality. “I’ve been frequenting The Doctor’s Office now for the past few months so I am biased, but this place is one of my favorite bars here in Seattle.

The bartenders are all kind, funny, and know their shit when it comes to liquors. Yes, the cocktails on the menu are pre-batched, but you can order anything drink you can think of or ask for cool variations on a drink you’d like and it’ll be made fresh on the spot. Also if you’re into more niche or uncommon world liquors, this is the place to go.

The ambiance is perfect for either a solo drink or a drink with a small group. The bar-top seats 6 at the top and has seats for a group of 2 and up to a group of 4-5, so very small and cozy.

Definitely check out this place for a good drink and good time! Also shout out Peter and Sam for being great bartenders and great people 😊“

“Great place, flatbread and mini tacos are nice. I came here for an event so I didn't have to pay and don't know how prices are. Best part is the darts and games. We really enjoyed it. And the cameras for dart game are more accurate than most other places. The quality of darts is decent but not perfect. It was interesting to see the global leaderboard where you see the number of darts thrown in all their location.“

For the mains, the Indo-Chinese Chilli Chicken had the perfect balance of spice and flavor, while the Railway Mutton Curry was rich, tender, and comforting. The Kulcha Bread paired perfectly with the curry.
