“Really awesome little warm and cozy cocktail bar! Limited seating, but on a dry night it is nice to sit outside as they will have fire pits going. Great bartenders who make fantastic drinks. If you sit outside on the patio the service could be a little slow so you may need to order it from the bar itself.“

“I was searching for a place to host up to 60 people for a reunion/get-together that was extremely kid-friendly and Nui Nui came through! Miles Williams, the manager, was great to work with and very patient with our party that encompassed not only adults, but kids ages 14 to 4 weeks.

The outside patio was a great place for the kids to be and (unbeknownst to me) the indoor pool was also fun for a lot of the kids to enjoy!

The food was delicious and unique, with something for every pallet. I highly recommend it for your party needs!“

“My wife and I have come here for the drinks and occasionally truffle pommes frites or some oysters, but this time we tried some of the other menu items for dinner. My wife got the Halibut (Chapter 6) and I got the Mushroom Pasta dish. (Chapter 5)

I asked Casey if he recommended the mushroom dish and he said it was one of his favorites. I'm not a foodie, so I don't get overly excited over food but let me tell you... It was so good that it prompted me to write a review about it. I actually felt an endorphin rush from eating it! My wife loved the halibut, (which I also tried) and I would say getting her to eat fish is usually a challenge unless her fisherman father prepares it!

I would recommend a Manhattan or Old Fashioned, which Casey also pointed me towards some new Rye to try. Fantastic as always!

I had placed an order for oysters but apparently they were forgotten, but I was so enamored with the mushroom dish that I didn't even care. Casey offered them to me on the house as he felt bad, which was a very nice gesture. I wasn't upset at all!

Now we would like to try all the other dishes, because if both meals were that good, how can they miss with anything else?

Everything is fresh tasting and satisfying. The meatballs are so light and tasty, eat them slowly to enjoy every bite. Not only are their pastas and pizzas delicious so are their appetizers. I love how they roast their eggplant and they serve it in an incredibly rich tomato sauce with Gorgonzola on the side. “A really special, tiny spot. Reserved a seat at the bar as a solo diner - the bartender Sam was so welcoming. I ordered the non alcoholic Celery Shrub, which was delicious, with nice complex flavors. That drink order sparked a lively conversation with Sam about zero proof drinks, including some ideas to try at home. Very enjoyable experience - this is what inclusive drinking feels like!“

“The owner is incredibly personable and is very involved with his restaurant. His staff is very attentive and have excellent customer service skills. I chose a faster made food, the Chicken Kabob (recommended by the owner) and there was nothing that made it feel rushed or made cheap even though the price was amazing for the amount of food that came about 10 mins after ordering. BEST DARN KABOB I'VE EVER HAD IN SEATTLE. I'm sad I didn't try this place out when I lived in the neighborhood 10 yrs ago. I'd be a lot fatter by now...“

“My grandsons say this is the best food they have ever eaten in their whole life. The fried chicken was perfectly crisp yet perfectly moist; the short ribs were exquisite; the pot stickers and sushi were great. We loved our flavors, food, and experience and will always come back. One grandson says he would take a plane from anywhere in the world just to come back here.“

“Okay… these people are amazing. I walked in with 3 people without a reservation on a Saturday. It was my buddy’s birthday and they not only made room for us. But made our experience extremely memorable. When folks talk about awesome hospitality, they are talking about these guys. Madison is phenomenal, and Chris made our evening even better with a cherry on top. Both of their wine knowledge is through the roof! I could go on and on about the other staff too. Bottom line is, we had the best time and the evening was so special because of their hospitality. 10/10 definitely recommend!“
