“Saw the fun menu options for the special Spirits of the Seven Seas and decided to go for date night. We got an array of food and beverage options which were all delicious. We'd visited before and had another great time, service was exception from both the server and bartender.“

“My wife and I have come here for the drinks and occasionally truffle pommes frites or some oysters, but this time we tried some of the other menu items for dinner. My wife got the Halibut (Chapter 6) and I got the Mushroom Pasta dish. (Chapter 5)

I asked Casey if he recommended the mushroom dish and he said it was one of his favorites. I'm not a foodie, so I don't get overly excited over food but let me tell you... It was so good that it prompted me to write a review about it. I actually felt an endorphin rush from eating it! My wife loved the halibut, (which I also tried) and I would say getting her to eat fish is usually a challenge unless her fisherman father prepares it!

I would recommend a Manhattan or Old Fashioned, which Casey also pointed me towards some new Rye to try. Fantastic as always!

I had placed an order for oysters but apparently they were forgotten, but I was so enamored with the mushroom dish that I didn't even care. Casey offered them to me on the house as he felt bad, which was a very nice gesture. I wasn't upset at all!

Now we would like to try all the other dishes, because if both meals were that good, how can they miss with anything else?

“For over 20 years we have enjoyed every meal on the menu. They are the only restaurant that I know that make their own pastas, sauces, bread, and desserts. What a difference that makes. Everything is fresh tasting and satisfying. The meatballs are so light and tasty, eat them slowly to enjoy every bite. Not only are their pastas and pizzas delicious so are their appetizers. I love how they roast their eggplant and they serve it in an incredibly rich tomato sauce with Gorgonzola on the side. “The owner is incredibly personable and is very involved with his restaurant. His staff is very attentive and have excellent customer service skills. I chose a faster made food, the Chicken Kabob (recommended by the owner) and there was nothing that made it feel rushed or made cheap even though the price was amazing for the amount of food that came about 10 mins after ordering. “I’ve been frequenting The Doctor’s Office now for the past few months so I am biased, but this place is one of my favorite bars here in Seattle.

The bartenders are all kind, funny, and know their shit when it comes to liquors. Yes, the cocktails on the menu are pre-batched, but you can order anything drink you can think of or ask for cool variations on a drink you’d like and it’ll be made fresh on the spot. Also if you’re into more niche or uncommon world liquors, this is the place to go.

The ambiance is perfect for either a solo drink or a drink with a small group. The bar-top seats 6 at the top and has seats for a group of 2 and up to a group of 4-5, so very small and cozy.

Definitely check out this place for a good drink and good time! Also shout out Peter and Sam for being great bartenders and great people 😊“

“Great place, flatbread and mini tacos are nice. I came here for an event so I didn't have to pay and don't know how prices are. Best part is the darts and games. We really enjoyed it. And the cameras for dart game are more accurate than most other places. The quality of darts is decent but not perfect. It was interesting to see the global leaderboard where you see the number of darts thrown in all their location.“

“Had to check out the falafel and here's my review... I'd like to state up front that as someone who lived in Israel for years and has always been very critical of "hippie" falafel and most Americans attempts which always seem to include lettuce, which has absolutely no place in a falafel, this was as close to an authentic falafel that I have seen in the western states. That being said, I found no reason to go back. Been there, done that. (Although it is a Hummus Bar and I didn't bother to try that because I make extraordinarily good hummus at home.) I've been avoiding bread on my new diet but was intrigued that there was a new source in town for fresh pita, which can make or break a falafel sandwich. I tried to secure an end to taste, (the top section that is cut off to stuff the pita,) the ends are traditionally tossed but my attempt was rebuffed by the staff who claimed they used them so I went ahead and ordered the "stuffed falafel" sandwich. What I got when I ordered the Stuffed Falafel was better than any pita I've ever had in Seattle, but it wasn't up to snuff with a traditional pita. It was too bready and airy for me, but it held together very well, when it was completely full of all the ingredients and sauce. Everything inside was very yummy, a great tahini sauce and tasty falafel balls, though I thought the falafel was a bit under-cooked and soft. The mix of cucumbers, tomatoes & Israeli-style pickles was great but there was none of the expected red or purple cabbage. The waitress claimed that there was cabbage in there but it was white, but I couldn't taste it at, a definite let down. At my favorite falafel shops in Jerusalem and NYC you load your own veges and choose your own sauces and I always go heavy on cabbage & pickles. No problems though, I wolfed it right down... :) I also tried a side order of חצילים and it was good, but nothing to write home about. In conclusion it was the best falafel I ever had in Seattle, but I'm still looking for that completely authentic falafel shop to come around.“
