“A nice chill place with a good happy hour. We stopped for a late lunch, and enjoyed the tacos and the tenders. Sitting at the bar was fun, watching the creative bartenders care for the thirsty day drinkers. Clearly a local place, the servers seemed to know most of the crowd, yet welcomed us strangers warmly. Next time, I will have a burger as they looked great!“

“This was my first time here, my buddy an I showed up for the game, and the place was packed, but there was a screen anywhere you look! You can't miss a play. Then I had the smash burger and frys, it was so tender it was falling apart. And if thats not enough, the people there are super friendly. I'll definitely be making back here.“

“To be honest I haven't ever been in that building since it was The Sunset Pub. Yet I have been in there when it first opened up as a game room back in 1980- 1981 named Galaxy II. Frequented it everyday when it was Sunset Pub, I'm sure it can hold its own as the Pickled Onion. As long as they have pickled beans to go into their Bloody Mary's.“

“I really like this place, everyone is friendly and the food is delicious! Nice chill place to watch a game or have some drinks or both! However, they seem to be slow to get food out to customers. I have seen food sit ready for over 20 minutes on multiple occasions. Also, I have sat down at the bar and not been served for over 5 minutes several times. This is something they need to work on because besides that they are the top place around.“

“Quick, reliable service by super nice staff. Good bar fare. Thoughtful variety of beers for those who like them in the weaker side, and for those who like them hefty.
The noise, the chatter, can overpower, but I prefer it lively, compared to empty.
Can't imagine not enjoying spending an hour here now and then. About $20 per person for a simple entree such as fish and chips, and one beer, with tax, tip.“

“Best soup on the hill! Pretty decent pizzas and sandwiches too. But the beer is king. Mostly regional. The occasional Russian River including the odd Pliny. And really just a comfy local watering hole.
Mostly in the Winter, they have their Roasted Garlic soup.
Very vegetarian and vegan friendly.“

“I am delighted by this establishment and sad to have not visited here sooner. If you're in the mood for a dimly lit, intimate space that feels worn from decades of love with walls that could write books from the stories they've heard, do yourself a favor and check it out.“

“Coo lil local bar to grab drinks at. I have a great time every time. However most of the times I have been it seemed really busy but the staff was always friendly and as attentive as possible. Food is pretty decent and the DJ is always on point. They also have karaoke from time to time“

“Delicious food, came out hot and fresh in 7 minutes. Didn't once think I needed ketchup/hot sauce on the taters; they were full of flavor. Super friendly and welcoming staff.“
“Great atmosphere, kid friendly, awesome selection, and great staff!“
“My favorite place to grab a beer in the city. Excellent selection of imported belgians, plus some local drafts to cover most tastes. The vibe is excellent; if you're looking to drink some strong beer and have a nice conversation where you don't need to shout, this is your place.
No food, but you can grab Carmelo's right around the corner and come back with it (and you should).“

“We stopped by this pub after doing the art walk and ended up celebrating our friend’s birthday here. It was a good place to stumble upon. Service was fast, beer was good, and food was delicious! Plus it’s close to the light rail so it was an easy place for us to get to!“
“The rooms are very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The lobby, the library and reading area are very nice and well appointed. The staff are professional and very attentive. The windows open to let fresh sea air into the room. The whole club feels like you are indeed staying in a private, safe club. Hoping that the 3 food venues extend the hours later in the evening especially on the weekends. Once again, a very nice stay...the place to stay in Seattle.“

“Had an amazing experience in February at Elephant&Castle- Seattle while traveling for a work conference. Sat up at the bar and had an awesome experience. I was looking for somewhere to watch basketball. The bartender Nic C (at least that was the name on the receipt, bartender with dark black hair) put the game on the a screen. I ordered the pie flights and poutine. The food was amazing and quick. Bartender provided great service while I watched the game. I noticed how great the service and food that other people ordered. Thanks for making this a highlight of my work trip! 5 stars all around“

“I loved the overall vibe of this place! I only had appetizers for food, but it was really good! Also, my waitress was so kind. They were doing a special promo of adding Halloween candy with their drinks and mine had candy corn. She noticed I had picked them off and then apologized profusely for assuming I could eat them (I was really not upset) and then swapped them out for something I could have. So sweet! And my drink was very good.“

“Pretty delicious burgers and ciders! Came here at 7pm on a Sunday and it was easy to get a table and a good meal. The prices are a little high but they are on par with most restaurants in the area, so expected. Their cider flight was great for the price and the flavors were delicious according to other guests in my party!
The atmosphere is pretty neat with a lot of unique paintings/murals around the place.
They offered an okay gluten free experience with gluten free buns and salad dressings. But to note, although they have a separate fryer, there cross contamination risks from the manufacturer of the fries and tots. However it was well communicated and accounted for!“

“Roanoke Inn continues to be Mercer Island’s cozy, neighborhood gem where “friends meet friends,” and its charm only grows with time. Nestled in a historic building with a laid-back ambiance and a killer beer garden, it’s the kind of place that instantly feels like home .
Huge thanks to Ollie, whose energy and speed behind the bar never go unnoticed he keeps the orders flowing and the atmosphere lively even when the place is packed . And shout out to Isabella for being equally attentive and welcoming she made our visit that much better.
If you’re on Mercer Island and looking for great food, craft drinks, and a spot that feels timeless yet never gets old, Roanoke Inn checks all the boxes with teammates like Ollie and Isabella leading the way, it’s a must-visit.“

“Absolutely love this place and all the food, tv game options and the pool table is always available. Friendly customers and always a conversation to be had. Staff is great minus one lady who always looks like she's ready to tell you your puppy died and is quite short and unfriendly“

“It was a late and chilly hour in February when we stepped into this place and were immediately welcomed by the warm 'pub-like' atmosphere and the friendly staff. Didn't get the chance to try the food but noticed their kitchen does stay open later than most restaurants in this area! Their beer was tasty and cold. We will definitely be back.“

“Twin Peaks is a great sports bar! They have at least a dozen large screen TVs along the walls and above the center bar seating. They also have smaller TVs at each of the seating booths. The menu is pretty good; typical drinks and grill and bar food. Nothing that will blow your mind but it's still pretty good. Plenty of seating though it can get crowded depending on the game.“

“Such a good Turkey melt and OMG the fries are to die for. I've dealt with the ear-piercing Karaoke to eat, that's about the only downside. Leave your hearing aids at home if you can, probably will need some in a few months if I become a regular.“
