My daughter and I love your cafe! We’re the ones that you reignited my kids love for Mocha Cookie Crumble (which you guessed solely based off her description). Then, I’d purchased a Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Iced Latte at the Queensgate cafe, took 5 sips, threw it away (no cold foam, no flavor, no love or pride)…came in and told you the story and you REMADE MY DRINK. The Beckie-way and the rest of my day was great! 100 out of 10 ❤️

“Always stop by Wake Up Call for my early morning coffee. They are great for many reasons. First, I love the unique menu at this coffee shop. Second, the baristas are all friendly and nice. Finally, they are the fastest coffee line I have sat in. I won't mention another coffee place, but they take at least twice as long to make drinks. When you are in a rush, this is the best choice.“

“They make some pretty good mochas and the jamocha shakes are really good. But their prices are pretty high and they discontinued their punch cards a couple years ago which is a bummer.“

“I’m officially sold on Dutch Bros. I am in love with their new Caramel Chai with vanilla popping bobas. I’ve had 3 since they came out, and can’t wait for the next. It’s super yummy! We love being able to pay on the Dutch Bros app. The line gets long, but they are working hard and it moves quick! They take your order when you pull up, and the last two times we were there, we were handed our drink before we even made it to the window!“

“I’ve been in a few times and both Kayla and Logan are AHHHMAZING. Logan was killing it one morning on his own (I think the next person hadn’t come in yet). There were in-house and drive thru customers. Logan juggled them all efficiently, with a smile and like a boss. Kayla is the most chill and nice person. I REALLY took my time and asked her all these questions and she was patient, kind, informative and super sweet. They both need a raise!!“

“This Starbucks was a delight. The atmosphere was claiming and the employees were engaging. They had smiles on their faces and were informative. I had visited the Starbucks on 395 and Clearwater Ave and it was dreadful. They were stern and snappy. The atmosphere was depressing and cold. I think I will be going out of my way to go to the Starbucks on George Washington Way, do to the atmosphere. Thank you for the friendly service!

“My wife absolutely loves Lil Firehouse Coffee—it’s her go-to spot in Richland! The Matcha is her favorite, and the quality never disappoints. Great service, cozy vibe, and always a solid experience. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates a good cup and friendly local charm.“

“I will eat here again! I wish I had found this sooner. The bacon turkey avocado was incredible. This is one of those rare gems and an excellent way to help the community. It's located down the NW stairs inside the main entrance, so you'll have to pass through security, but it's totally worth it.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is an ADA compliant building and there is elevator access. Just tell security where you are headed and they will guide you to the elevator.“

“The food and drink here were rather good for a Starbucks! My only complaint was my brownie was a little too hot. The service was amazing, especially this barista named “Fee”. Her attitude and energy are in every way perfect and I highly recommend going there just to see her!!!“

“We did an evening Target run over this weekend to look for a few things for our girls. Mom and I were feeling alittle sluggish. Luckily they have a Starbucks inside. Lol. Just what we needed to pick us back up. Coffee was good. Wife had the seasonal peppermint that have and I had my usual cinnamon dulce latte. Hot of course. They were both yummy. Oh and the hot chocolate and cookies for the girls. Thanks“

“Such a cute little place! Stopped in for a cup of coffee, but I was amazed how inviting it looked. Nice and clean with plenty of seating. They also have a nice outdoor area and a garage door that can be opened to the outdoor area for easy seating.“

“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely positive it made such a difference in my day. You can tell they take pride in creating a warm and friendly environment. “My family and I dined here today for lunch and had such a great experience thanks to Young lady, I believe her name was Rebecca. she was delightful, quick and remained in such a positive mood despite how crazy it was during the lunch rush. A true rock star!“

“A very small but busy McDonald’s. There are very few places to dine in here. Coded bathrooms are a mystery to me here but nonetheless a requirement for them, and they won’t just give you the code - you have to wait for someone to unlock them for you. Also, service inside seems crazy slow but the drive thru is highly efficient and recommended.“

“I ordered under my nickname Violet, just so they recognize the name. I order a dozen of a custom assortment, a dozen of original glazed, and six chocolate frosted. As well as some drinks. For delivery. It showed up missing the dozen of original glazed. I don't know or care why. But when i called, the manager was immediately very apologetic and ready to make it right with the options of a refund, a gift card, or i could come get the dozen plus a dozen for free. Their delivery is just doordash so i understand why they did not offer to deliver it. I wasn't upset about of this. And i got there and they gave me the two dozen. I was also gonna order one more of the powdered strawberry filled because my oldest son doesn't normally like them but then got butthurt when he saw i bought one for his brother in the custom dozen i had delivered. But the manager gave TWO of those to me free of charge. I was ready to pay for it, but she insisted. I have never had anyone so ready to make it right. And they did wonderfully. All of the people in there were nice. And it was clean. Everything was great. Thank you so much. Excellent customer service. Excellent everything.“
