“My family loves to come to Fuel, and we do go almost weekly. We have always had the best service and the food has always been AMAZING! We eagerly wait to hear what their daily specials are, but the grilled cheese with tomato bisque is our standard order. I love the elk chili and the meat & cheese tray. Then there is the dessert, a skillet cookie to die for! I've seen other reviews that weren't too stellar but we have never had issues, even with a group that kept getting larger. The seating arrangements can't handle very large groups, so expect to sit at tables nearby for groups larger than 8.“

“Every dish my family ordered was good. The prices are reasonable. My kids loved it. The only complaint I have is the european waitress’s attitude was not the best, yet the other staff was friendly. We left a tip just because the food was good; then her attitude was a little better. But I had another tip too that is: if you don’t like your job get another one. Five stars for the food!“

“Wow! I don't usually write reviews about food, but I am just so excited to have this food truck near my house, next to a brewery with awesome music! This was my first time eating their food. I am just so impressed! I had the bowl, with soy protein curls, extra avocados, black beans and the Thai peanut sauce- it was so delicious! I was happy that it wasn't overrun by rice, since I'm not a huge fan, and theirs had a satisfying tecture. My partner also liked it (and she's hard to impress), but they were already closed. Hopefully during the summer months they'll be able to stay open a little longer than 8pm (fingers crossed!)“

There have been a few time that they didn't answer to take an order. I figured they were either too busy, and we would have to wait extra long, or didn't have a delivery staff that day. I pulled right out and hit the freeway as we were already a half day behind. I opened my bag of awesomeness only to discover our onion rings were very cold, greasy, and placid, very disappointing. Nevertheless, my brother called them and told them what we received and the manager asked us to come back so they can replace our order but we were already far gone and a half day behind. With that, the manger took our names and told us to stop by on our way back, and they would make it right. Tonight, on my way back home, again, almost 2 months later, I called. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t able to recall the instance and could not find the notes with our name pinned up in the office like we were told. Nevertheless, he took my word for it and made it right! How about that, giving the customer the benefit of the doubt, I don’t know, nor am I aware of any restaurant organizations that do or would do that. We love ya Woodland BV!“
