“I went to their Seattle location for Cinco de Mayo. I had their mango margarita and their breakfast burrito with carnitas. Both were delicious! They have artwork available for purchase and I saw a couple I’d like to buy for myself. I will have to go back and do that.“

“This is by far the best taco truck I’ve ever eaten at!!! There are so many options, especially for vegetarians- their veggie tacos and mulitas are so delicious and flavorful! Normally it can be hard to find a taco truck with a truly delicious veggie taco, but this truck seasons their veggies really nicely and has a full blend of potatoes, mushroom, onions, and bell peppers that make the tacos super filling and SO tasty!!! Their salsas are also really yummy. I highly recommend paying a visit here!! Very vegetarian / vegan friendly and so worth it!“

“Amaaaaaaazing quesa birria tacos & consome. I like that you can purchase individual tacos so you can get the number you want. We wanted to drink the consome like soup! Not too salty either, perfect 👌🏼. Tasty warm chips too. They’re also SO nice here. When we left, everyone said goodbye, even the cooks. A nice break from the Seattle freeze attitude. “I was in Koko’s again recently and had such a good time. I’ve been here before and always enjoy it, this visit was nice because Jonathan was there and he’s just genuinely great with guests. The place has such a fun but also relaxed vibe and it’s one of those spots where you end up staying longer than you planned because the atmosphere and the drinks are so good!!

We tried a couple things from the new menu and the octopus tacos were honestly amazing, the octopus was cooked perfectly and really tender, which is not easy to do, and the toppings so good together. I’ve also been to the Seabrook location before and loved it there too, and Jonathan mentioned the new location in Seabrook is opening soon. I’m already excited to go check it out this summer.“

“This place has tortas and burritos with amazing flavor!! Head straight to El Pirata Tortas. I’ve tried several, but my favorites are definitely El Cubano and the carnitas tacos. They nail it every time.

“Malena's is my favorite taco in Seattle. The burritos are HUGE and the tacos (hard shell) are delicious. Guacamole is legit and i could eat their salsas with everything. Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Rolled tacos as good as Olvera street in LA. Burritos put chain stores to shame. Such good food and freshly prepared to order.“

“I don't even really like tortas and the torta I got from La Marea was phenomenal. It was still an early night at Fair Isle brewery and La Marea was already sold out of everything but the torta. The fish was fried perfectly and spicy, and the serving size of the sandwich was huge. Paired great with my beer too! Will be back for more soon enough.“

“I’m a taco/burrito regular. They’re delicious, IMHO better tacos and burritos than at most traditional sit down restaurant but at roughly the same prices. And they’re huge. We get 3 meals out of an order so a good value too. They also have quite a few choices for salsas and also very good.“

“My boyfriend and I went to El Moose for his birthday last weekend. This was our first time there, and we were sooo impressed and happy with all the service we got!! All the staff was very sweet and friendly!! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and real authentic Mexican food!! Definitely made our experience worth it and we will definitely be back again!! “I absolutely love this place. Best mexican food I’ve tried in the Seattle area. I’ve been going here pretty regularly since 2019 and have not had a single bad experience. I always get a chicken burrito with whole black beans and no dairy. The rice is always tasty, never too much either. They’re generous with the protein. The seasonings are used well, but the magic comes with the sauces. Most taco trucks just use standard suppliers for their ingredients and you can tell, but not here. They make their own sauces. They have a red sauce, green sauce and a spicy sauce. I always get the spicy sauce. Its maybe more spicy than many people could handle but used sparingly still packs a solid flavor-punch.Burritos are my default because they are amazing value. $11 for effectively two meals.I’ve gotten each arrangement and combination a few times, and my go to for a more reasonable portion is three chicken tacos. At $2.50 a taco its also a pretty good deal.I don’t think there are any additional charges for meats (except lengua) so getting carne asada, barbacoa or carnitas isn’t any different. I would highly recommend the barbacoa on tacos or butritos.“

“I’ve been going here since I was little and never once have I had a bad experience with the staff, the food, allergy issues, seating or anything else you could dream of. I genuinely challenge you to find a bad item on the menu

It gets a little loud sometimes when it’s packed but if you ask you can always be seated in the much quieter back or even outside in the summer.
This is genuinely my favorite restaurant ever and I though I might as well give a review now that I’m moving away lol“

“Food is super tasty, fresh , fast and satisfying. However, I have had issues with add ons. If I pay for an add on I expect to get enough. I've added avocado and litteraly got one slice. I've added sour cream and got less than teaspoon in a huge burrito. Other than that, I love this truck and will keep coming back because it is delicious and convenient! Just won't pay for add ons anymore.“

“This place has a special place in my heart. I've enjoyed the restaurant a few times on my own but me and my friend went in on the dia de los muertos parade event and it just felt *right*. Chips and queso is so good. The tacos are always good. Gotta say, the potato taco is my favorite. They also serve two soups and who doesn't love a warm cup of soup? It is a little pricey but it's worth the hype.“
