“Simply amazing Authentic Nepalese food that will make you go YUM! We came across this place driving down Aurora. Having been to Nepal a few tines we have great memories and love Nepalese food. Man this was the real deal. You may not think much driving by, but you cannot dispute authentic delicious Nepalese food. Service was awesome too. Reasonable prices. I had the chicken Thukpa extra spicy. The chicken breast was tender and marinated to perfection. The spices were flavorful Nepalese traditional. I cannot wait to go back. Check it out. I promise you won’t be disappointed It’s right next to the Crown Inn.“

“Ate their paneer biryani and it was the worst in the area. I'm surprised because you would think with so many Indian restaurants around, this place should've checked competition before starting it.“

“Overall a really great experience. The food was fantastic and the service was great. The only issue I have was the 22% service charge added. The service charge is added, then when you pay, the machine asks for a tip. The food isn't cheap, and I thought that was very excessive. The restaurant states: "*A 22% service charge is added to every party. Meesha retains 100% of this charge. It is used to pay commissions, provide benefits, and most importantly provide a living wage to our entire staff." I have no issue with a living wage, but this cost should be rolled into the price of the food.“

“I had a very good experience. Had I tried more of their food I would more than likely give 5 stars. The place is very clean. Service was prompt and excellent. Every dish arrived steaming hot. Every place has their own spice combinations making the cuisine unique. They didn’t skimp on the finer touches you get when eating in someone’s home. Like curry leaves and such.“

“The mango lassies are watery and go for around $7. Up to you if you enjoy it. I won't be coming back. There are better deals out there and better quality. I'm leaving a review to remind myself that I've been here and I don't need to come back again.“

“Nice, quiet, and comfortable place. Highly recommend for 20 some things to go on a date, all the way to bringing your 67-year-old parent who gets overstimulated by the city. Be mindful that gratuity is automatically included so the price jumps up quick. Very quality food and I love the family style eating.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of diversity to have meat, no meat, plant-based, etc.“

“We couldn't decide between Indian food or pizza so we enjoyed the best of both worlds at Tasty Curry Restaurant and Pizza off 128th. Butter chicken pie with a delicious side of wings. It was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time, and I'm a pizza snob. Super friendly staff. I can't wait to try more of their food. Definitely give them a try when you're feeling adventurous.“

“We thought we would try this great Indian restaurant in North East Seattle and and glad we did-it's really super good! We ordered curried goat, lamb vindaloo extra spicy- raita, stuffed kulcha, basmati and brown rice and I have two glasses of Indian wine, one rose and one Cabernet. I especially love the rosé. The chef came out to talk to us afterward and told us that the goat is fresh from a local butcher. And all of his food are traditional Indian. He was a most friendly and nice person.“

“Today was our first time visiting Seattle and we were craving some Indian food. Taste of Indian did NOT disappoint me. The Tikka masala and naan were phenomenal. The service was also amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was also very relaxed and welcoming. I was given a complimentary refill of my reisling and they also give you a little slice of cheesecake at the end of your meal. Whether you are going for a date night or a family meal, this place is a perfect option. If we are ever visiting Seattle again, we will be returning to this spot!“

“I am in town for the week, and the lady I am covering for her vacation recommended me eating at the Claypit. I am SO glad she did. However, I almost didn't come because, when I Googled it, there was a message that it was cash only. But I had been eyeing their menu and wanted to try them out, so I got some cash and came on in. As it turns out, they must have been an old message because I was able to pay with a credit card. The food was excellent, arrived in a timely manner, and the wait staff were super friendly and helpful. Of all the places that were recommended, I definitely want to come back when I get back onto town at the end of the week.“

“Love this desi burger place. As a vegetarian, I'm pretty happy with their Bombay veggie burger and masala fries. The quantity and taste are both value for money. If you dine in, they even offer a chutney - ketchup combo with the fries that makes you reminisce the time when burgers were just becoming a thing in India during the 90s and local joints would often offer chutney as a side.“

“It was our first time at Roti Cuisine yesterday, we absolutely loved it!
Starting with food, we ordered Onion Bhaji, Lamb tandoori kebab, Chicken Korma, Garlic Naan and Buttered Roti. We asked for mild (no spice) for all dishes. The Onion bhaji was deep fried just right, and was served straight out from the pan. Then the Lamb kebabs arrived on skewers in a copper vessel along with the breads. They were amazing, cooked just right and melted in our mouths. The Chicken Korma came with rice, and was delicately spiced and not heavy because the chef had used not too much oil in preparing the dish. The Naan and Roti breads came straight from the tandoor oven and were perfect. The servings were good sized, we had ordered too much food for two people, and did not want to over eat, but ended up eating about 2/3 of the food over about an hour and took the rest to go. The food was just excellent!
Now to the ambience. The restaurant was full, a testament to the quality of its food and its loyal following. The interior is nicely (and not overly) decorated with Punjabi and Mughal themes. The tables are not too close, and customers were perhaps too busy enjoying their food to talk too loudly. We felt that the environment was very nice and relaxing, and could focus on enjoying the food without getting sensory overload. One suggestion I would have for the restaurant is to have a coat hanger or two near the entrance. We had to keep our coats on extra chairs.
Finally, the staff is very courteous and hospitable. We felt they went above and beyond to take care of the guests. The service was prompt and we were left on our own while enjoying our food. We talked a bit to the manager of the restaurant, and he was super nice.
We would definitely be back to Roti. It is the best Indian restaurant in Seattle that we have been to. The food is delicious and authentic. The ambience is very nice and the staff is wonderful. Getting to the restaurant and finding it was pretty easy. 5 stars!“

“Have eaten here for years and never taken the time to review but now's the time! Huge menu, food is very flavorful with generous portions (including the buffet), but perhaps most importantly the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient (it's difficult to get to the bottom of your water glass as they are always returning to fill it up!) Suel is particularly friendly with a good sense of humor! We love Masala and give it our highest recommendation without hesitation!“

“"Arth" isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary sanctuary where flavors come alive, service is impeccable, and every moment is cherished. Celebrating our 11th anniversary there, with 20+ friends & family members, was an unforgettable experience. From the first taste to the last, each dish was a masterpiece blending tradition with innovation. The presentation was as exquisite as the taste, making every plate a work of art. The ambiance at Arth was equally enchanting. Soft lights, murmurs of conversation, and tasteful decor created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured our celebration was seamless, guiding us through the menu with expertise. Hands down the best Indian restaurant in the area, our evening at Arth was nothing short of magical, a perfect blend of culinary delight, impeccable service, and cozy ambiance.“

“The place was very busy, this may cause a variety of unwanted situations some of which are caused by customers themselves. We had to wait a little over 20 minutes which is not unusual for the day and time especially when the food is reported to be very good. While we waited we checked the menu and ordered our food which came to us nice and hot and without much waiting. We found the service to be very good and the food was excellent. We had the chicken tikka massala and the mutton as our main plates and also had the fried kale "fritters" (I forgot the name) which was very tasty. Everything was good and we can say this is a great place for Indian food. Will return.“

“So their South Indian food is really good. Super crispy dosa, soft idlis, flavorful aloo (with cashews ?), really nice chutney. The only thing is that their North Indian and Maharashtrian food kind of misses the mark. The peanuts in the poha are burnt. You're supposed to fry the peanuts, take them out, make the poha, and then put them back in. You should add some onions and potatoes to it too and cilantro at the end. Please fix this, I miss having poha regularly, and I don't have the energy to make it myself.“

“We ordered catering service from Chennai express for 18 people. Overall the food was loved by everyone especially pongal, idli, bisibali-bhath and masala vada. Their chutneys and sambhar was yummy!
The communication was clear and the food was yummy and ready on promised time. They were also very accommodating to give us food delivery at little earlier in the day.
Ordering was a breeze, delivery was prompt and the packaging was good. Very satisfied with Chennai Express“

“The food is ok. Nothing extra ordinary, but its really difficult for me to understand why they add 18% tips by default. Even for group of 4 or just one person for that matter. Price of food really on higher side with minimum quantity. Another thing is you cant split a bill. So on one table they only accept one credit card. This place is not for celebrating with friends for that reason.“

“Fantastic non-veg food in terms of all variety, especially the way they cook juicy Mutton(Goat).
I would have given 5star, if either tea cup size was better or the price should have cheaper for that small cup of tea.
I would suggest the manager to address or take care of this.
See you next time!“

“Got delivery from here via doordash and had to come over to Google to leave a review bc it was just that good 😩💗 they threw in a free lentil soup and a coconut juice with our order which was so sweet!!
the food was all delicious (malabar curry was too spicy for me but my partner loved it). the tilapia fry was PERFECTLY cooked and sooo delicious, probably my favorite item. really solid, standard butter chicken and samosas with good chutney. our masala dosa was wrapped in foil so it was a lil soggy when it arrived but we tossed it in the air fryer for a couple of minutes and it was perfect! also, they included approximately 1000 lbs of rice for all the goodies which was great
highly recommend, we can’t wait to go sit down to eat here ☺️“
