“The food is great but went to the Silverdale location 1/24/24 and arrived at 6:28 and stood at the counter a couple of minutes for the employee then ordered, he then told me it is an order to go after 6:30 so I looked at my watch which said 6:31 and I thought there should be ample signage if this is their policy. The sign on the door indicates they are open until 7:00 pm. I left and went somewhere else. Won't go back sorry there is no customer service left anymore.“

“I stopped here and have to say I was surprised at the quality of sushi. I am always cautious when someone claims how good sushi is at a place. It was fantastic. “I love the food here. It would be nice if there were a few more options but I understand not being able to have everything everyone wants. There's no menu here you simply go to the counter grab a bowl put the things you would like in the bowl and hand it to them and they cook it. There's not much of an atmosphere here it's usually fairly empty when I go in which works for me.“

“It was such a great experience! Every worker and manager was perfect. My only complaint is that my burger was burnt to all hell so i sent it back (manager was very jice about it) replaced entire burger because i ate half and decided to take it home and it is worse then i got it the first time..“

“A curious experience...premium burger and additions on a below-standard bun. I had the Teryaki Char, she had the Portobello Char. Mine was tasty, but next time I'll leave off the tomato, lettuce, pickle, etc. because you could barely taste the teriyaki.
We both agreed that bun was a disappointment...thin to the point of falling apart, standard white bread, nothing remarkable about it. A truly great burger experience includes everything: burger, adds, condiments, and bun.“

“I believe our servers name was Alexa. I ordered a gluten free bun and made sure whatever else I ordered didn’t have gluten. I didn’t even think about the fries. She took it upon herself to make sure the fries were also gluten free. I thought that was really cool. It’s hard to have dietary restrictions and go out to eat. Now Red Robin is on the list of safe places I can go to.“
