“I’m pretty loyal to “I Luv Teriyaki,” but I stopped in for lunch today for the first time in awhile and man that is some good beef teriyaki. Good portion size, super tender, and wasn’t that thin sliced fatty beef you get at other shops. Real deal char on that marinated flank. Salad dressing is underwhelming, but better than I remembered. New regular lunch spot. I got a side of Gyoza and they were super crunchy. Their gyoza sauce is just how I like it - nice and vinegary. Thank you Himitsu!“

“Every time I have come in this restaurant since I was a kid there has always been the same nice lady who works very hard to give great service. I take out from here often but when I have dined in it is also a great experience! The food is great and high quality but the pricing can be a little high for some people. Price wise it is definitely a treat for me.“

“Ordered straight up chicken teriyaki. It comes with the traditional two rice scoops and salad.
Sauce was nothing special but good. More than passable for teriyaki sauce. I wish it were thicker, that would have moved it to 5 stars.
Chicken was good and matched the level of sauce. I wish it were a little more juicy - That would have gotten 5 stars.
The menu is large with traditional Chinese dishes.
The bathroom is adequate. It is a shared bathroom with the other tenets in the building and it could be cleaner.“

“Visiting Snoqualmie Falls, we stopped by this Japanese restaurant and were truly impressed. The dishes were authentic, well balanced, and full of rich flavor. The kid’s menu was super excellent; my son enjoyed his meal so much that he finished everything. The staff provided warm and professional service, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting.
After spending time in Japan, I was pleasantly surprised to find the same authentic taste here. The flavors truly reminded me of Japan. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting nearby area.“

“Snoqualmie Musashi doesn’t appear to be the same Musashi as the Wallingford/CID/Factoria one.
This location has salad (plain, unseasoned) in their chirashi (super weird) and is $29. Also, less fish than expected. The chirashi at the other locations have more fish. I admit tho- the fish at this location taste fresher than the other locations.“
