“The menu here is large and varied! So many options, including baked rolls. The shrimp tempura in the Lucky Cat roll was delicious - I recommend it. Also get the sushi dip, it comes with fried crispy wonton chips and jalapeno sauce! Everything was nice and fresh. Beautiful presentation. Portions are generous and prices are agreeable. “Our favorite place now! My order: Unagi (nigiri), Vegetable Tempura, Teriyaki Chicken Lunch Special. Dad's oder: Teriyaki Chicken Lunch Special and 5 order of maguro to go. The unagi was the best i have had in over 10 years. The tempura was light, crunchy and flavorful. My Dad is very particular about food and I am known to order the same item over and over. I have been trying different things and pleased with each one here. Everything was as good as it could possibly be. So happy!“

“Fantastic quality of teriyaki, sushi, and soup; quite literally some of the best teriyaki we've had in Tacoma and elsewhere. Staff is extremely polite and provides fast and accurate service. The atmosphere is very calm and pretty, and the bathroom was clean and very nice. Will be visiting here constantly!

“First time trying this place was a couple weeks ago and I have to say I’ve been missing out. Some of the best sushi I have had. I love the “Alaska & Las Vegas” rolls. They do get busy, but if you call head you shouldn’t have a wait time.

“Hubby was craving sushi, so stopped and ordered a Surprise roll for him, a long with a Tempura California roll. I ordered two Philadelphia rolls for myself and a chicken teriyaki lunch. The sushi was delicious and perfect. The chicken teriyaki lunch was wrong. It had spicy chicken and two servings of rice. I was really looking forward to the salad. Otherwise, definitely going back. It seems to take a minute though when you order something from the “kitchen,” like an order of salmon sashimi w/o the rice under it, I can see the chefs making stuff for the belt for ten minutes before they seem to acknowledge that someone is waiting for something else? But overall great place! Parking is a little tricky but that’s not their fault“

“My wife and I come here every now and then. The service is nice, the food is good, and we always leave with leftovers. Their portion sizes are enormous, and I say that as some who eats a lot of food. I will typically order an entree and a side and I can't finish both at the restaurant.

Their sushi is a little more expensive than most Japanese restaurants. But they do seem to be high quality.

This is the place to go if you prefer nigiri and sashimi when you order.

“1st let me say..had food twice, once from order service and other in person. Both times the service and food were great! The manager is very nice and respectful along with the staff. The funny differences from other sushi restaurants are the fact you have to order everything by QR code ( so if you want a mobile device free night..not gonna happen) and your order comes via a robot! Now that I found funny because I kept on despite directions from the “robot waitress” trying to take food from the other shelves until I got used to things. Speaking on getting “used to”..try maybe 1 or 2 times order something small to get used to how the quantities are served. My friend meant to only get 2 of something and ended up with 3 and I had to eat the extra 1 for respect of the dining rules “whatever is left when you are done you must pay for”. Now the “all you can eat” bit. Please understand that the food here is really good and that they offer quite a unique variety of items to try and eat. That is the meaning of the “all you can eat” here. This is not a legit “all you can eat” restaurant . For $30 you are getting way good quality..so do you want good quality or high quantity? In this tight market you can’t really get both. So please be mindful & respectful of this. They do sadly have techniques to let you know when you are reaching “their” maximum..and after much thought…I can respect that. Overall the food, service and everything else was excellent. I ate mostly the sashimi which I thought tasted fresh and buttery when needed to be and when ate rolls I had the rolls that were cooked and those were handled expertly. My friends had the coconut shrimp which was the favorite for them and such like items. One said the ribs were tough and the fried rice was too hard. Overall I will return and be more “menu venturing “ knowing that there is actually a limit. Again..out of respect, please respect quality over quantity.“

“Been a long time since I could enjoy teriyaki and sushi. New owners previously ran a high end restaurant and bring that same experience here. Inside is newly renovated and continuing to change. New owner is a sushi chef and will be adding more variety in the near future with new menus. Juicy tender chicken with proper white fluffy rice, great chow mein, beef fried rice was perfect, egg drop soup broth was great. like to eat here atleast twice a week. there are definitely gluten free options if you go through the menu. they are great people and accomodating to those also with physical or mental handicap and or disabilities.

Dietary restrictions: a lot of gluten free options, may not be for celiac

Parking: Parking on both sides, you can loop around the back

“Love the theme of the anime and how they decorated the location. Amazing ramen’s and other dishes with flavors. I recommend for cute hangout place with family or friends.

Service is top notch here. They made new a new noodle when I complained first time the noodle is a bit cold as I love hot soup!!! Very nice people!!!“

“Loved the food! On our first trip, we had one of the suchi options, Chulichi shrimp, the ceviche trio, and mango margaritas. All of them were excellent, subtly spiced, and simply delicious. Yes, the music was a bit loud but it was manageable and did not prevent discussion at the table. Our waitress Clarita and bus-person David provided excellent recommendations and great service. “This was my first time here and it will not be my last! I ordered the teriyaki chicken with rice and a salad. It was delivered to me hot and fresh. The teriyaki sauce was delicious paired with the slightly chard chicken, which I like. The salad was crisp and the dressing was delicious. The man that waited on me was very friendly and courteous.“
