“1st let me say..had food twice, once from order service and other in person. Both times the service and food were great! The manager is very nice and respectful along with the staff. The funny differences from other sushi restaurants are the fact you have to order everything by QR code ( so if you want a mobile device free night..not gonna happen) and your order comes via a robot! Now that I found funny because I kept on despite directions from the “robot waitress” trying to take food from the other shelves until I got used to things. Speaking on getting “used to”..try maybe 1 or 2 times order something small to get used to how the quantities are served. My friend meant to only get 2 of something and ended up with 3 and I had to eat the extra 1 for respect of the dining rules “whatever is left when you are done you must pay for”. Now the “all you can eat” bit. Please understand that the food here is really good and that they offer quite a unique variety of items to try and eat. That is the meaning of the “all you can eat” here. This is not a legit “all you can eat” restaurant . For $30 you are getting way good quality..so do you want good quality or high quantity? In this tight market you can’t really get both. So please be mindful & respectful of this. They do sadly have techniques to let you know when you are reaching “their” maximum..and after much thought…I can respect that. Overall the food, service and everything else was excellent. I ate mostly the sashimi which I thought tasted fresh and buttery when needed to be and when ate rolls I had the rolls that were cooked and those were handled expertly. My friends had the coconut shrimp which was the favorite for them and such like items. One said the ribs were tough and the fried rice was too hard. Overall I will return and be more “menu venturing “ knowing that there is actually a limit. Again..out of respect, please respect quality over quantity.“

“Food was delicious! We ordered satay chicken , pineapple fried rice and red curry with basil. It was altogether a good experience. So glad we found this little Thai restaurant. The owner, a very sweet Thai lady does everything herself. Hope she gets assistance soon.“

“We used to frequent this place all the time before covid. I keep coming back to see if the food may get better. The last two times, my husband and I ordered Chicken Alfredo. Salad was excellent, as well as the bread sticks. However, once again, the Alfredo sauce was blank and lacked seasoning. I'm so happy I had the waitress add grated cheese to it. I added salt and pepper, but I was disappointed. Service was excellent along with the atmosphere. I just wish food was back on track.“

“Okay, if you’re a parent you KNOW that parenting while you’re sick and your child is a one and a half year old discovering her pterodactyl scream for the first time is its own level of he….aven. So I did what any parent trying to keep their sanity would do, I ordered food online to be delivered to me and my growing baby dinosaur.
The food didn’t get delivered. I tried to call the delivery driver, I sent a carrier pigeon, I tried to use the bat-signal. Nothing.
My baby dinosaur was absolutely crushing crackers I offered as a temporary sacrifice. I desperately called the store. I forget her name and Panera gods I beg for your forgiveness because the manager that helped me was AWESOME. It was like Chris Pratt coming into tame all the raptors right when I was about to be eaten.
For a little background, they use DoorDash even through their website delivery, so they don’t have control over their delivery drivers.
Not to worry because hero manager took delivery drivers number from me, called him, couldn’t get ahold of him, got a new driver, made me a new sandwich, added in two cookies as additional sacrifices for my baby dinosaur and got it redelivered in half an hour. I love her. Give her a raise. Completely no fault of their own and worked hard to solve the issue and get me additional goodies.
Great service, 10/10 would recommend to tame dinosaurs.“

“Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Food was really good. No coffee and the only person working on getting the coffee supplied was the one cashier. This is the fault of the manager as there were other employees obviously available to take care of that. With Panera advertising it's Unlimited Sip Club, they should never run out of coffee if they are open for business.
Better luck next time.
We enjoy being Panera Club members. 😁👍“
