“On two occassions I arrived at the Sumner location about five minutes from their posted closing time, once on a Thursday night and the second on a Friday evening after a high school basketball game. The open sign and interior lights were on but when I entered the manager said it was too late to order even though it was before their posted closing time. Very rude manager who cared nothing about his customers and solely about getting out of there. Unlike any other Jimmy John's I have gone too.“

“The staff is always busy but friendly when I've stopped by. Restaurant is a little unkempt at times, never had any issues with my orders. My big point of contention is the bread. Consistently under-proofed, leading to wrinkly, rubbery loaves that harden beyond consumption within hours of being out of the bread cabinet. Photo of said wrinkle-bread attached.“

“This is, in my opinion as of 2/5/25 the best subway in the area. They make the sandwiches like they care about making food ( IE they toast the bread, and make a good proportional sandwich, preparing online orders accurately). So to whoever works at this subway right now I want you to know that I think you are doing it right. Keep caring about what you make and I will keep buying it.“

“Had garlic and asian zhing wings both delicious, crunchy and not too spicy. Perfect! Will be back again to try other items, but have already found my go to wings!!!“

“It's been years that I've been able to find a place to safely make me a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Well the awesome workers at this store went out of their way to make this happen for me. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY amazing the best Philly cheesesteak! Thank you Jersey Mike's for the awesome customer service! We love the Ham sandwich too. So now I have two favorite sandwiches I can order and eat safely with my crazy food allergies!

“These guys are great! They accidentally messed up on ONE of the sandwiches I ordered. I called to let them know, my name was taken and so on. The manager called me like two days later and was like he's so sorry and I have two large sandwiches on the house!!! Thats unheard of especially Nowadays.“

Price might appear high, but that's because they are adjusted for inflation. Staff are top notch.

I got the bacon cheese steak sandwich, which came nice and hot, and was dripping juice from the roast beef.

I recommend coming here for a change of pace from cafes.“

“I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months. 9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it. Great service, wonderful staff, and amazing subs. They are definitely a sub above.“

“The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming! I came from the subway in south Auburn because it was completely opposite. They are rude! Saxonna was the sandwich artist and she is amazing! She was so nice and professional! She made my day much better! Thank you too her!“

“Sat before St. Patrick's Day. The place was BUSY. The place was CLEAN. Each person in line had atleast 2 orders. The guys back there were doing an amazing job keeping the line going. They were fast, friendly and got all orders correct and even asked if all were meals for an extra up-sale.Pricing is a little steep. Over $30 for 2 footlong and 1 half sandwich with just cheese and meat. Otherwise a great experience!Keep up the great work! These guys deserve a raise! :)“

I usually don’t like subway but even the food at this location was good and fresh. I would rate the whole experience 6 starts if u could. “I went to this location today for the first time. It is newly remodeled and very clean. There was an older lady working (I think her name was Darlene) and she was so friendly! I enjoyed a little chat with her while she was making my sandwich. This will be my go to Subway on the hill. Can’t wait to see her next time!“

“I've been here five or six times with the same order and every time they give me a regular chocolate chip cookie instead of the double chocolate chip that I ordered. I assume this means they just don't carry that flavor, but if that's the case then it shouldn't be an option in the app. They've never mentioned to me that they were substituting it out either. Not a big deal, just kind of annoying to not get what you ordered.“
