“Large space and the staff went out of their way to ask questions about my order that I've never had before. Simple coffee and cream: half and half or heavy cream or a combo of both? That type of detail made them stick our to me. Thank you!“

“As always Starbucks coffee is great here, prepared well, and quickly. It's two restrooms were very clean. I didn't test it's wifi today, but am fairly sure it's at least ok.I especially like it's out door seating. I very much enjoy sitting outside with a coffee in my right hand, and a kindle in my left.“

“My recent visit to Starbucks was perfectly average. The coffee was fine, meeting the usual standard of taste and quality. The ambiance was typical of any Starbucks, with the familiar hustle and bustle of customers coming and going. Service was efficient, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was a straightforward experience, fulfilling the basic expectation of a Starbucks visit. While it didn't leave a lasting impression, it also didn't disappoint. If you're simply looking for a reliable cup of coffee in a familiar environment, this Starbucks will meet your needs without any surprises.“

“The staff are friendly and efficient. There is a drive thru, so it stays busy but the guests inside are not ignored or kept waiting to keep the drive thru times down. There is a ton of seating, but the chairs at the tables are so uncomfortable, the seat isn't flat and the sides curve up making it very uncomfortable to turn in the chair, or sit in any way other than sitting up straight like you'd be made to in school. The padded chairs that are meant to be lounged it are slightly better, but a little lower to the ground, it's difficult to lean back in the seat as it's kind of deep. There are plenty of outlets to use, so you don't need to be crammed next to people if you need to use one. I think the only thing missing is a place to sit outside, but even there is a spot to go have a quick smoke and still be able to see your spot without having to haul your stuff out with you. It's definitely one of the better places to get coffee in that area.

Parking: Pretty clean compared the the gas station/7-11 next door.“

“Yesterday 12/30/24 around 130pm I placed an order on the Starbucks app intending to pick it up at this location. But when I arrived they said they didn't have an order under my name and I realized I had accidentally sent it to a different location near my house over 30 minutes away. I was just on lunch break and not able to drive to the other location. So I just ordered it again. I was annoyed and mad at myself because I messed up and didn't feel right calling the other location or trying to get a refund since it was my error. This kind of mistake always feels bad. Wasted money. So I pulled up to the window with my app out ready to pay again but the Barista at the window at this location whose name I very much regret not getting said it was OK and I didn't need to pay again in this situation and gave me my drink. 🥹 That immediately made me feel better while I was kicking myself for my mistake. This experience solidified my loyalty to Starbucks and especially this location. I appreciated that grace you gave me in this situation. Thank you for an excellent customer service experience.“

“I visited this particular Starbucks for the first time because it's outside my usual travel route. I was impressed by the staff's quick service and pleasant attitude. The atmosphere is contagious, with positivity and warmth that you don't often find nowadays. I'll be coming back, even though getting there is a bit of a distance. But it's worth the travel. It's a very cozy and relaxing place!“

“So fast n courteous this might be my new stop.. It's crazy how fast a line forms there, but it was surprising how she was so positive about it.“

“The barista Jovanna at this location is extremely Helpful and accommodating, and never once balked at my inability to order due to not understanding how to order. On top of that, she kept my health in mind, knowing that I have diabetes and helped me create the perfect drink that would not spike my blood sugar. I do so wish that Starbucks would have more sugar-free options so that people with diabetes could be able to come to Starbucks and get a drink and enjoy not having to make it themselves. Overall This location is very accommodating and the barista that helped me was super kind and nice. Great job Jovanna!

Dietary restrictions: There needs to be more sugar-free flavors for people with diabetes and other health conditions that need to leave sugar out plain coffee is not really fun to drink and only having sugar-free vanilla available. Kind of sucks.

Parking: At this location, the parking is very limited and you would have to walk a long ways if you have disabilities in order to get to the Starbucks if there is not a spot available it’s almost always full in the air and the last time I came by did not have a spot for me to park fortunately, this time somebody was just pulling out so I got one“

“I love the whole Team here at this Starbucks. They always make me feel like I matter, from the minute I walk in to the minute I leave. They always add special touches, and I always get more than 2 people (usually every person working) saying my name when I walk in and when I leave. I feel like they are genuine and happy to see me!“

“We went through the drive thru yesterday (5/18)in the evening, my son really wanted an Italian soda, and when we asked, they couldn’t make it due to lack of certain ingredients, which is understandable! But, the customer service from the girl who took our order was amazing! She went above and beyond, and made my son his own little drink out of an act of just kindness. Totally recommend this location if you need your daily dose of coffee! Thank you so much Starbucks team!!“

“We love visiting this kiosk during our grocery trip! They're always so kind and they're efficient! As a former partner I love the quality of drinks and service we receive everytime! They always make the tiny human feel special and give her a cup of whip too “

“I don't usually go to Starbucks about when I do I'm usually in a hurry and I just want to get in and get out... and it is reasonably fast and I do like their white chocolate mocha... but honestly I only go here maybe three times a year if that.. But over all, it's okay.“

When we walked in today, I saw four people working together peacefully like equals and had no idea a manager was on shift until I saw her name on the displayed business cards at the self-service station. I am impressed any time I see managers being a part of their team rather than trying to run it from the sidelines.“

“I used to be a Starbucks partner and really loved it. I loved making connections and appreciate going through the drive thru or going into a cafe and receiving it as a customer. I just want to shoutout the shift supervisor today, 2/20/2025 at 7:47am. Her energy just carries throughout the store. She seems to be so hard working and dedicated to what she does. She greeted me with a warm welcome, offered my drink and croissant in for here dishes, and even delivered my items to my table. I was able to stay focused on my school work and enjoy my breakfast this morning. Honestly her energy made me consider working part time here because I was that impressed by her. I am sorry I didn't catch the name of her but she definitely seemed like a supervisor atleast. I hope this gives her some much deserved recognition. Thanks for giving me a great morning :)“

“What can I say, it's the original Starbucks. Of course there was a 30 minute wait. No, I wouldn't have waited without my wife wanting to. I did it anyway and I'm glad I did. I'm not huge into coffee drinks but I dabble into the Chai Lattes here and there. I'll tell you what, this is the real deal. Not to mention, even though things in that store were chaotic (employees working their tails off for the customers) they took the time to converse, connect, and deliver excellent service. I absolutely would wait in line for this one folks. A gem.“
