“I visited this particular Starbucks for the first time because it's outside my usual travel route. I was impressed by the staff's quick service and pleasant attitude. The atmosphere is contagious, with positivity and warmth that you don't often find nowadays. I'll be coming back, even though getting there is a bit of a distance. But it's worth the travel. It's a very cozy and relaxing place!“

“As always Starbucks coffee is great here, prepared well, and quickly. It's two restrooms were very clean. I didn't test it's wifi today, but am fairly sure it's at least ok.I especially like it's out door seating. I very much enjoy sitting outside with a coffee in my right hand, and a kindle in my left.“

“Very nice staff, coffee is always good and service is very quick no matter how long the line. Unfortunately, they are placed in a mostly abandoned lot that isn't very safe, not a place I would feel comfortable walking to or hanging out. But great for drive through!“

“I usually don't like Starbucks so I don't know the menu. Kayla was very patient and helped me with my order. After asking me a few questions about what I like, I let her make me whatever. I don't know what it was but it was delicious!“

“We went through the drive thru yesterday (5/18)in the evening, my son really wanted an Italian soda, and when we asked, they couldn’t make it due to lack of certain ingredients, which is understandable! But, the customer service from the girl who took our order was amazing! She went above and beyond, and made my son his own little drink out of an act of just kindness. “This Starbucks has the most amazing team! Everyone is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond to make the experience great every time. “The staff are friendly and efficient. There is a drive thru, so it stays busy but the guests inside are not ignored or kept waiting to keep the drive thru times down. There is a ton of seating, but the chairs at the tables are so uncomfortable, the seat isn't flat and the sides curve up making it very uncomfortable to turn in the chair, or sit in any way other than sitting up straight like you'd be made to in school. The padded chairs that are meant to be lounged it are slightly better, but a little lower to the ground, it's difficult to lean back in the seat as it's kind of deep. There are plenty of outlets to use, so you don't need to be crammed next to people if you need to use one. I think the only thing missing is a place to sit outside, but even there is a spot to go have a quick smoke and still be able to see your spot without having to haul your stuff out with you. It's definitely one of the better places to get coffee in that area.

Parking: Pretty clean compared the the gas station/7-11 next door.“

“We love visiting this kiosk during our grocery trip! They're always so kind and they're efficient! As a former partner I love the quality of drinks and service we receive everytime! They always make the tiny human feel special and give her a cup of whip too “

“I don't usually go to Starbucks about when I do I'm usually in a hurry and I just want to get in and get out... and it is reasonably fast and I do like their white chocolate mocha... but honestly I only go here maybe three times a year if that.. But over all, it's okay.“

“Like the location we use the drive thru. Great place, only downside is drive through access. Plenty of queue space if you do not approach using the 72 nd street exit entrance. Instead approach from the 72 nd street intersection. If you dine in you could be blocked in until traffic to the drive thru dies down.“

There's no way for you to know this but I have just been diagnosed with cancer and your act of kindness this morning brought me to tears. “I was pleasantly surprised at how much of a lovely location this was. I came in to have a cup of coffee with my friend. Good central location to meet. I was pleasantly surprised by how easily it was to find parking. Typically in this area of Tacoma there's nowhere to park. I don't know if it was the time of day that I went, which was around 10:00 a.m. But there were lots of parking spots. I was also very pleased by the atmosphere in there. It was very upbeat and happy. It's a great place to meet somebody to to have a casual conversation. Not so much private conversations but I don't believe that's why we go to coffee shops. Am I right? Flat surfaces so it's very easy to come in and out. If you were on crutches or in a wheelchair. You don't realize how important those things are until you need them. The people who work there were super friendly. They got the coffee done quickly. It wasn't overcrowded or anything. It was such a wonderful experience all around. I will definitely come back again.“
