“I visited this particular Starbucks for the first time because it's outside my usual travel route. I was impressed by the staff's quick service and pleasant attitude. The atmosphere is contagious, with positivity and warmth that you don't often find nowadays. I'll be coming back, even though getting there is a bit of a distance. But it's worth the travel. It's a very cozy and relaxing place!“

“We went through the drive thru yesterday (5/18)in the evening, my son really wanted an Italian soda, and when we asked, they couldn’t make it due to lack of certain ingredients, which is understandable! But, the customer service from the girl who took our order was amazing! She went above and beyond, and made my son his own little drink out of an act of just kindness. Totally recommend this location if you need your daily dose of coffee! Thank you so much Starbucks team!!“
“The staff are friendly and efficient. There is a drive thru, so it stays busy but the guests inside are not ignored or kept waiting to keep the drive thru times down. There is a ton of seating, but the chairs at the tables are so uncomfortable, the seat isn't flat and the sides curve up making it very uncomfortable to turn in the chair, or sit in any way other than sitting up straight like you'd be made to in school. The padded chairs that are meant to be lounged it are slightly better, but a little lower to the ground, it's difficult to lean back in the seat as it's kind of deep. There are plenty of outlets to use, so you don't need to be crammed next to people if you need to use one. I think the only thing missing is a place to sit outside, but even there is a spot to go have a quick smoke and still be able to see your spot without having to haul your stuff out with you. It's definitely one of the better places to get coffee in that area.

“Large space and the staff went out of their way to ask questions about my order that I've never had before. Simple coffee and cream: half and half or heavy cream or a combo of both? That type of detail made them stick our to me. Thank you!“

“So fast n courteous this might be my new stop.. I usually go to a different Starbucks but lately they been kinda rude n not making the drinks to good.. however I came here n there was 5 cars n front of me n it went so fast n smooth I was in n out in least than 5 min.. loved it.. the barista at the window was amazing.. great job at this location.“
“Erica was so awesome! She was really sweet and very helpful on making a decision for a drink. She even gave me a small sample to see if I would like it and I did.
It's crazy how fast a line forms there, but it was surprising how she was so positive about it.“

“I love the whole Team here at this Starbucks. They always make me feel like I matter, from the minute I walk in to the minute I leave. They always add special touches, and I always get more than 2 people (usually every person working) saying my name when I walk in and when I leave. I feel like they are genuine and happy to see me!“
“Great place to go & sit with a cup of coffee or walk around the Proctor District neighborhood. I've been coming to this area for a number of years; it's a really mellow vibe. The staff is very friend & know how to make a great cup of coffee! My go to is a Venti White Chocolate Moca Triple Shoot w/ Whip.... “
“Like the location we use the drive thru. Great place, only downside is drive through access. Plenty of queue space if you do not approach using the 72 nd street exit entrance. Instead approach from the 72 nd street intersection. If you dine in you could be blocked in until traffic to the drive thru dies down.“
“Yesterday 12/30/24 around 130pm I placed an order on the Starbucks app intending to pick it up at this location. But when I arrived they said they didn't have an order under my name and I realized I had accidentally sent it to a different location near my house over 30 minutes away. I was just on lunch break and not able to drive to the other location. So I just ordered it again. I was annoyed and mad at myself because I messed up and didn't feel right calling the other location or trying to get a refund since it was my error. This kind of mistake always feels bad. Wasted money. So I pulled up to the window with my app out ready to pay again but the Barista at the window at this location whose name I very much regret not getting said it was OK and I didn't need to pay again in this situation and gave me my drink. 🥹 That immediately made me feel better while I was kicking myself for my mistake. This experience solidified my loyalty to Starbucks and especially this location. I appreciated that grace you gave me in this situation. Thank you for an excellent customer service experience.“
“The barista was super nice and just a joy to chat to. Wish I got her name but she has red hair and made a delicious coffee for myself and my family.Super bummed there is a no tipping policy because we would have LOVED to tip her - she clearly goes above and beyond.“

“What can I say, it's the original Starbucks. Of course there was a 30 minute wait. No, I wouldn't have waited without my wife wanting to. I did it anyway and I'm glad I did. I'm not huge into coffee drinks but I dabble into the Chai Lattes here and there. I'll tell you what, this is the real deal. Not to mention, even though things in that store were chaotic (employees working their tails off for the customers) they took the time to converse, connect, and deliver excellent service. I absolutely would wait in line for this one folks. A gem.“
“As always Starbucks coffee is great here, prepared well, and quickly. It's two restrooms were very clean. I didn't test it's wifi today, but am fairly sure it's at least ok.I especially like it's out door seating. I very much enjoy sitting outside with a coffee in my right hand, and a kindle in my left.“
