“My service was fantastic. My wife ordered apple pie ala mode and server was unsure how to make it. Really need a better system in place for new employees. The supervisor remade the dish after the new person messed it up. She was very nice. Felt bad for new person because other employees were snickering about the situation. No issues with the mess up. People need to make mistakes to learn. It’s the best way. Doesn’t help to have mean coworkers.“

“Was so looking forward to coming in after stalking their instagram and seeing all their amazing cakes! Finally decided to make the 50 min drive from up North and it was so worth it!
Got the Vanilla Bean Custard, Chocolate Blackout, and Key Lime Vanilla Graham cake slices. My favorite by far was the Vanilla Bean Custard, the cake was the perfectly moist with a deliciously subtle cream cheese (if I’m remembering correctly) frosting. The layers make each bite so flavorful and I was obsessed.
The Chocolate Blackout was pretty Chocolate forward without a lot of other flavors coming through, but I think that was user error and I should have gotten a cake like the 9lb Porter or Cookies and Cream to fit my preferences. The Key Lime Pie one was not to my taste but my boyfriend really enjoyed it. I think next time I will get more slices, especially the more seasonal ones. Can’t wait to come back!!“

“The place to big enough to host a party🥳 with very nice interiors! The menu had lot of options and I have tried spicy mango tango - a spice drink (obvio). They have made a perfect balance and I just loved it. I have heard a lot of good things about their cupcakes and sandwiches. I will soon will be trying those.“

Leave aside that the cakes in themselves are just exquisite in taste and presentation. For people who happened to leave or be influenced by any negative reviews, I’d suggest going to the business and visiting the owner in person. “I ordered my 50th birthday cake from this shop, and was so impressed. When they brought out my cake, it was so much more beautiful than the gorgeous photos on their website that I teared up. My party guests were blown away by how beautiful it was. Then we cut the cake and it was DELICIOUS. It was moist and flavorful. The frosting was not too sweet, and the raspberry filling was tart and perfect. I would absolutely order another cake from this shop again, and recommend it.“

“My family and I frequent Coldstone, at least every other week, for years. We’ve been to many locations across multiple states. The ice cream is always great. However, customer service varies. What stood out about our last visit was Dom’s customer service. It was exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and so patient with our 6 year old daughter who could not readily decide what she wanted to order. He is the reason I would return to this location even though there is a Coldstone closer to my home.“
