“My service was fantastic. My wife ordered apple pie ala mode and server was unsure how to make it. Really need a better system in place for new employees. The supervisor remade the dish after the new person messed it up. She was very nice. Felt bad for new person because other employees were snickering about the situation. No issues with the mess up. People need to make mistakes to learn. It’s the best way. Doesn’t help to have mean coworkers.“

“I'm not a good judge of what a great cake is, but I can tell you what an average or poor cake is. I had a slice of London Fog and it was quite good. It was nearly a meal in itself. Nicely moist and chilled. That was a plus! I drive by this place several times a month and was curious to try it. There's 1 other cake slice I'm curious to try. It has pudding in it. After that I'm probably done. Cake isn't really my thing, but if it's yours this is well worth the cost!!“

What stood out about our last visit was Dom’s customer service. It was exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and so patient with our 6 year old daughter who could not readily decide what she wanted to order. He is the reason I would return to this location even though there is a Coldstone closer to my home.“
